在铀钍混合型的矿床中,钍对γ总量测井结果的影响难于直接扣除。因探测器体积和测量时间的制约,传统的解谱方法灵敏度较低,相对误差较大。基于已研制的溴化铈探测器的γ能谱测井仪,针对能谱数据特征峰特点对解谱方法进行了实验研究。采用拓展能窗解谱法,大幅提高了铀含量检测灵敏度,降低了铀含量测量结果的相对误差。结果表明:采用拓展能窗解谱方法,相比于传统标准能窗解谱方法,平均铀含量检测灵敏度提高到3倍多,混合模型体源的铀含量测量结果的相对误差绝对值从9.2%降至了4.7%,在铀钍混合模型体源上测得的铀、钍含量相对误差绝对值小于5%,在铀和钍单核素模型体源测得的主核素含量相对误差绝对值小于5%。拓展能窗解谱方法可以提高测井精度,对准确测量铀钍混合型矿床中的铀和钍含量具有一定的现实意义。

Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is a psychiatric disease that seriously affects brain ***,selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)are used to treat PTSD clinically but have decreased efficiency and increased side *** this study,nasal cannabidiol inclusion complex temperature-sensitive hydrogels(CBD TSGs)were prepared and evaluated to treat *** model of PTSD was established with conditional fear *** TSGs could significantly improve the spontaneous behavior,exploratory spirit and alleviate tension in open field box,relieve anxiety and tension in elevated plus maze,and reduce the freezing *** and eosin and c-FOS immunohistochemistry slides showed that the main injured brain areas in PTSD were the prefrontal cortex,amygdala,and hippocampus *** TSGs could reduce the level of tumor necrosis factor-a caused by *** blot analysis showed that CBD TSGs increased the expression of the 5-HT1 A *** administration of CBD TSGs was more efficient and had more obvious brain targeting effects than oral administration,as evidenced by the pharmacokinetics and brain tissue distribution of CBD ***,nasal CBD TSGs are safe and effective and have controlled *** are a novel promising option for the clinical treatment of PTSD.

Stress tolerance plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness of piezoresistive sensing films used in flexible pressure ***,existing methods for enhancing stress tolerance employ dome-shaped,wrinkle-shaped,and pyramidal-shaped microstructures in intricate molding and demolding processes,which introduce significant fabrication challenges and limit the sensing *** address these shortcomings,this paper presents periodic microslits in a sensing film made of multiwalled carbon nanotubes and polydimethylsiloxane to realize ultrahigh stress tolerance with a theoretical maximum of 2.477 MPa and a sensitivity of 18.092 kPa−*** periodic microslits permit extensive deformation under high pressure(e.g.,400 kPa)to widen the detection ***,the periodic microslits also enhance the sensitivity based on simultaneously exhibiting multiple synapses within the sensing interface and between the periodic sensing *** proposed solution is verified by experiments using sensors based on the microslit strategy for wind direction detection,robot movement sensing,and human health *** these experiments,vehicle load detection is achieved for ultrahigh pressure sensing under an ultrahigh pressure of over 400 kPa and a ratio of the contact area to the total area of 32.74%.The results indicate that the proposed microslit strategy can achieve ultrahigh stress tolerance while simplifying the fabrication complexity of preparing microstructure sensing films.

The indiscriminate utilization of nondegradable polyethylene terephthalate(PET)-based products has triggered serious environmental pollution that has to be resolved vigorously.A simple synthesis of N-doped carbon nanotubes from recycled PET(NCNTs_(r-PET))was developed by a nitric acid-assisted hydrothermal *** results and theoretical calculations show that the intrinsic defects in CNTs_(r-PET)would induce N-doping by NH_(3)generated from nitric acid during the hydrothermal process,thus producing the NCNTs_(r-PET).The life cycle assessment proves that the developed method for N-doped CNTs using r-PET as the carbon source is more environmentally friendly than the conventional chemical vapor deposition using acetylene as the carbon *** a typical application,the NCNTs_(r-PET)delivered an impressive sodium storage capacity with an ultralong *** work not only provides a new route to upcycling waste plastics into valuable carbonaceous materials in an ecofriendly manner,but also reveals a basic understanding of the N-doping mechanism in carbonaceous materials.

胎儿出生体重是妊娠结束时评估胎儿生长状况的最直观指标,但其作为一个单一的衡量指标并不能反映整个妊娠期胎儿生长的动态变化,相似的出生体重可能沿着不同的生长轨迹获得。目前胎儿生长受限或巨大儿等诊断是基于估计胎儿体重或腹围的横断面临界值判断的,而横断面测量可能会遗漏某些未能达到其潜能、但仍高于传统临界值的胎儿亚组,这些亚组的胎儿同样面临不良围产结局的风险。对胎儿生长进行纵向评估可能是解决这一临床问题的有效方法之一。本文从胎儿宫内及出生后生长轨迹的影响因素、不同轨迹下胎儿的远期健康结局等方面进行综述,以期为相关领域的进一步研究提供参考。

The fungal disease caused by Magnaporthe oryzae is one of the most devastating diseases that endanger many crops *** shows that sexual reproduction can be advantageous for fungal diseases as hybridization facilitates ***,the pervasive clonal lineages of *** observed in natural fields contradict this expectation.A better understanding of the roles of recombination and the fungi-specific repeat-induced point mutation(RIP)in shaping its evolutionary trajectory is essential to bridge this knowledge *** we systematically investigate the RIP and recombination landscapes in *** using a whole genome sequencing data from 252 population samples and 92 cross *** data reveal that the RIP can robustly capture the population history of ***,and we provide accurate estimations of the recombination and RIP rates across different *** ***,our results highlight a parent-of-origin bias in both recombination and RIP rates,tightly associating with their sexual potential and variations of effector *** bias suggests a critical trade-off between generating novel allelic combinations in the sexual cycle to facilitate host-jumping and stimulating transposon-associated diversification of effectors in the asexual cycle to facilitate host *** findings provide unique insights into understanding the evolution of blast fungus.

In the tapping-mode atomic force microscope(TM-AFM),the probe tip continuously taps the sample surface,which may cause plastic deformation of the sample and result in energy *** energy dissipation of the probe is closely related to the scanned phase *** quantify the energy dissipation due to plastic indentations of the sample,this study utilized a combination of molecular dynamics(MD)simulations and experiments on single-crystal copper samples,including multiple nano-indentation *** energy dissipation of the probe due to the plastic deformation of the sample was calculated by integrating the hysteresis curve of the indentation depth versus the force applied to the *** simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental *** sets of results have demonstrated that the plastic energy dissipation decreases as the number of indentations increases,and eventually the energy of the probe tends to *** equilibrium energy dissipation is associated with other dissipation ***,it was observed that,after hundreds of taps,the dissipated energy of plastic deformation could be ignored,implying that the scanned image may not reflect the plasticity information of the sample after multiple taps of the probe on the sample surface for scanning.

What is already known about this topic?Elevated gestational weight gain(GWG)during pregnancy among women diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is correlated with an increased instance of large for gestational age(LGA)and ***,it remains uncertain whether managing weekly GWG following a GDM diagnosis positively impacts fetal birth *** is added by this report?Our study found that GWG following GDM diagnosis correlates positively with the risk of LGA and macrosomia among all body mass index(BMI)subgroups,especially for overweight and obese *** are the implications for public health practice?The results of this research highlight the importance of enforcing a more stringent regulation on GWG on a weekly basis for overweight and obese women diagnosed with GDM,particularly when considering neonatal growth.
