Biomacromolecules are attractive in biomedical applications as therapeutic agents and potential drug carriers due to their natural active components,good biocompatibility,and high ***,their large relative molecular weight,complex structure,susceptibility to degradation,and poor stability limit their *** can address these issues by improving the therapeutic value,bioavailability,permeability,and absorption of biomacromolecules while regulating their retention time in the ***,compelling evidence has been reported that supercritical fluid(SCF)technology has emerged as an alternative that maintains the integrity of biomacromolecules and reduces environmental *** this review,we highlight a set of unique nanosizing strategies based on SCF technology for biomacromolecular nanomedicine,and extensively discuss their characteristics and *** particular,the protein-based,nucleic acid-based,and polysaccharide-based nanomedicine preparations via SCF technology and their biomedical applications are summarized,and the potential for industrial production of biomacromolecular drugs is also *** further provide perspectives on the opportunities and challenges in this excellent field of biomacromolecular drugs nanotechnology.

改善农村人居环境,建设美丽宜居乡村,是实施乡村振兴战略的一项重要任务。为助力乡村振兴,打造乡村生态宜居住宅,本文以北海市铁山港区扫管龙村的农村住宅为例,立足农村住宅优化设计的影响要素、设计原则、设计意义,结合扫管龙村的基本概况,对该村落的住宅现状进行分析。从该村落所面临的问题点出发,通过理论与实践调研相结合的方式对其新农村独栋住宅的优化设计展开研究,总结出适宜北部湾地区的住宅环境优化策略,为新农村住宅环境的设计理论提供参考。

Stability Analysis of Networked Evolutionary Games with Profile-Dependent Delays

This paper investigates the networked evolutionary games(NEGs)with profile-dependent delays,including modeling and stability ***-dependent delay,which varies with the game profiles,slows the information transmission between ***,the dynamics model is proposed for the profile-dependent delayed NEG,then the algebraic formulation is established using the algebraic state space ***,the dynamic behavior of the game is discussed,involving general stability and evolutionarily stable profile *** and sufficient criteria are derived using the matrices,which can be easily verified by mathematical ***,a numerical example is carried out to demonstrate the validity of the theoretical results.

目的分析诱发医院行政管理人员职业倦怠的危险因素,预防医院行政管理人员的职业倦怠。方法选取行政管理人员120名,采集一般资料,采用职业倦怠问卷评估受试者的职业倦怠水平,采用职业认同感问卷评估职业认同感。结果医院行政管理人员存在中度倦怠,从业年限、学历、技术职称和周均工作时间是导致职业倦怠的因素。结论受调查的医院行政管理人员普遍存在职业倦怠,采取措施预防医院行政管理人员的职业倦怠具有重要意义。

Glabridin is the main ingredient of hydrophobic fraction in licorice extract and has been shown to have anti-melanogenesis activity in ***,the underlying mechanism(s)remain not completely *** aim of this study is thus to elucidate the possible mechanisms related to the melanogenesis suppression by glabridin in cultured B16 murine melanoma cells and in UVA radiation induced hyperpigmentation model of BALB/c mice as *** docking simulations revealed that between catalytic core residues and the *** treatment by glabridin significantly downregulated both transcriptional and/or protein expression of melanogenesis-related factors including melanocyte stimulating hormone receptor(MC1R),microphthalmia-associated transcription factor(MITF),tyrosinase(TYR),TYR-related protein-1(TRP-1)and TRP-2 in B16 *** PKA/MITF and MAPK/MITF signaling pathways were found to be involved in the suppression of melanogenesis by glabridin in B16 *** in vivo glabridin therapy significantly reduced hyperpigmentation,epidermal thickening,roughness and inflammation induced by frequent UVA exposure in mice skins,thus beneficial for skin *** data further look insights into the molecular mechanisms of melanogenesis suppression by glabridin,rationalizing the application of the natural compound for skin healthcare.

This paper investigates the attractor and stability of delayed Boolean networks（DBNs） with/without state constraints by using the semi-tensor product of matrices. Firstly, the dynamics of DBNs with/without state constraints is converted into an equivalent algebraic form via the semi-tensor product of matrices. Secondly, based on the algebraic form, a new formula is proposed for the calculation of number of attractors for DBNs with state constraints. Thirdly, a necessary and sufficient condition is presented for the stability of DBNs with state constraints. Finally, an example is worked out to show the application of the obtained new results.

As photocrosslinkable materials,methacryloyl-modified hydrogels are widely used as bioinks in tissue *** printing methods to use these hydrogels,including changing the viscosity of the material or mixing them with other printing components,have been explored,but their application has been limited due to low printing quality or high *** addition,the complex operation of bulky equipment restricts the application of these existing printing *** study presents a lightweight stereolithography-based three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting system with a smart mechanical and structural *** developed bioprinter dimensions were 300 mm×300 mm×200 mm and it can be placed on a *** equipment has a mini bioink chamber to store a small amount of bioink for each *** systematically investigated the point-by-point curing process in the 3D bioprinting method,which can print mixed cells accurately and have good ***,we provide a compact,low-cost stereolithography bioprinting system with excellent biocompatibility for 3D bioprinting with methacryloyl-modified *** can be potentially used for drug screening,studying pathological mechanisms,and constructing biological disease models.
