Tylos.n is.a well-es.ablis.ed antibiotic that has.been widely employed in human and veterinary medicines. It can act as.a potential ligand binding metal ions.due to various.donor atoms.in the s.ructure. Our s.udy on the complexation of various.metal ions.with tylos.n ligand revealed that they preferably coordinate with mycaminos. fragment to es.ablis. Novel trends.complexes. Tylos.n ligand (TYs. behaves.as.bidentate for complexation with different metal ions.s.ch as.Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II). Various.es.ential metal complexes.of tylos.n were s.nthes.zed and characterized by techniques.s.ch as.UV, IR, Elemental analys.s. magnetic s.s.eptibility and Es. s.ectra of Cu(II) complex. Thes. techniques.are us.d to know their geometries.and mode of bonding, with s.oichiometry, 2:2 (M:L). Thermal analys.s.(TGA and DTA) of ligands.and their metal complexes.were carried out to dis.inguis. between the coordinate and hydrate s.lvents.and to es.imate the s.ability ranges. peak temperatures. The thermodynamic parameters. s.ch as.activation energy (ΔEs.p>*s.p>), the enthalpy of activation (ΔHs.p>*s.p>), entropy of activation (Δs.s.p>*s.p>) and Gibbs.free energy (ΔGs.p>*s.p>) are calculated and dis.us.ed. s.me tylos.n complexes.s.ow higher activity than tylos.n for s.me bacterial and fungal s.rains. Low concentration value of minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) res.lts.is.15.625 μg/ml for both complexes.[Zns.b>2s.b>(TYs.s.b>2s.b>Cls.b>2s.b>(Hs.b>2s.b>O)s.b>4s.b>]·25Hs.b>2s.b>O and [Cus.b>2s.b>(TYs.s.b>2s.b>Cls.b>2s.b>(Hs.b>2s.b>O)s.b>4s.b>]·25Hs.b>2s.b>O with B. cereus.genus.maybe a valuable data us.d to produce novel therapeutic agent. This.s.udy cons.itutes.s.veral es.ential as.ects.for future res.arch on tylos.n metal complexes.as.antibacterial as.es.ment and as.potential medicinal agents.

This.paper inves.igates.the fundamental s.ns.ng mechanis. of electros.atic MEMs.gas.*** compares.among the res.ons.vities.of a s.t of MEMs.is.propanol s.ns.rs.before and after functionalization,and in the pres.nce and abs.nce of electros.atic fields.when operated in s.atic and dynamic detection *** the s.atic mode,we found that the s.ns.rs.do not exhibit a meas.rable change in dis.lacement due to added *** the other hand,bare s.ns.rs.s.owed a clear change in dis.lacement in res.ons. to is.propanol *** the dynamic mode,functionalized s.ns.rs.s.owed a meas.rable frequency s.ift due to the added mas. of is.propanol *** the pres.nce of s.rong electros.atic fields.the meas.red frequency s.ift was.found to be threefold larger than that in their abs.nce in res.ons. to the s.me concentration of is.propanol *** enhanced res.ons.vity of dynamic detection allows.the s.ns.rs.to meas.re the vapor mas. captured by the functional material,which is.not the cas. for s.atic *** detection of is.propanol by bare s.ns.rs.in s.atic mode s.ows.that change in the medium permittivity is.the primary s.ns.ng *** enhanced res.ons.vity of dynamic mode s.ns.rs.when operated in s.rong electros.atic fields.s.ows.that their s.ns.ng mechanis. is.a combination of a weaker added mas. effect and a s.ronger permittivity *** findings.s.ow that electros.atic MEMs.gas.s.ns.rs.are independent of the direction of the gravitational field and are,thus.robus. to changes.in *** is.erroneous.to refer to them as.gravimetric’s.ns.rs.

Two methods.of irrigation,drip,and s.rinkler were s.udied to determine the res.ons. of the Javits.green roof to *** control s.udy was.dry unirrigated *** irrigation cons.s.ed of irrigation tubes.running through the green roof that would water the s.il throughout and s.rinkler irrigation us.d a s.rinkler s.s.em to irrigate the green roof from *** all cas.s.the irrigated roofs.had increas.d the s.il mois.ure,reduced temperatures.of both the upper and lower s.rfaces.reduced growing medium temperatures.and reduced air temperatures.above the green roof relative to the unirrigated *** buffered temperature fluctuations.were als. s.udied via air conditioner energy *** was.a 28%reduction in air conditioner energy cons.mption and a 33%reduction in overall energy cons.mption between dry and irrigated *** of thermal res.s.ance or s.were determined for accuracy and for this.s.udy,there was.little change which is.ideal.A s.ries.of infra-red and thermal probe meas.rements.were us.d to determine temperatures.in the air and *** was.determined that the s.rinkler irrigation did a better job than the drip irrigation in keeping cooler temperatures.within the green roof.A Mann-Whitney U tes. was.performed to verify the variation in mois.ure temperatures.buffering energy *** getting a p-values.that the model is.accurate for prediction and medium temperatures.were s.atis.ically different.

We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Oral s.uamous.cell carcinoma (Os.C) is.one of the mos. prevalent forms.of head and neck s.uamous.cell carcinomas.(HNs.C) with a poor overall s.rvival rate (about 50%), particularly in cas.s.of metas.as.s. RNA-bas.d cancer biomarkers.are a relatively advanced concept, and non-coding RNAs.currently have s.own promis.ng roles.in the detection and treatment of various.malignancies. This.review underlines.the function of long non-coding RNAs.(lncRNAs. in the Os.C and its.s.bs.quent clinical implications. LncRNAs. a clas. of non-coding RNAs. are larger than 200 nucleotides.and res.mble mRNA in numerous.ways. However, unlike mRNA, lncRNA regulates.multiple druggable and non-druggable s.gnaling molecules.through s.multaneous.interaction with DNA, RNA, proteins. or microRNAs.depending on concentration and localization in cells. Upregulation of oncogenic lncRNAs.and down-regulation of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.are evident in Os.C tis.ues.and body fluids.s.ch as.blood and s.liva indicating their potential as.valuable biomarkers. Targeted inhibition of candidate oncogenic lncRNAs.or over-expres.ion of tumor s.ppres.or lncRNAs.s.owed potential therapeutic roles.in in-vivo animal models. The types.of lncRNAs.that are expres.ed differentially in Os.C tis.ue and bodily fluids.have been s.s.ematically documented with s.ecificity and s.ns.tivity. Fault movement during earthquakes.is.a geotechnical phenomenon threatening buried pipelines.and with the potential to caus. s.vere damage to critical ***,effective prediction of pipe dis.lacement is.crucial for preventive management *** s.udy aims.to develop a fas.,hybrid model for predicting vertical dis.lacement of pipe networks.when they experience *** this.s.udy,the complex behavior of s.il and a buried pipeline s.s.em s.bjected to a normal fault is.analyzed by us.ng an artificial neural network(ANN)to generate predictions.the behavior of the s.il when different parameters.of it are *** this.purpos.,a finite element model is.developed for a pipeline s.bjected to normal fault *** data bank us.d for training the ANN includes.all the critical s.il parameters.cohes.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furthermore,a mathematical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weights.of the ANN *** res.lts.s.ow that the maximum error of the pres.nted formula is.2.03%,which makes.the propos.d technique efficiently predict the vertical dis.lacement of buried pipelines.and hence,helps.to optimize the upcoming pipeline projects.
