Center f.r Biotechnology Inf.rma.ion website(NCBI)a.d compa.ed with those deposited in the GenBa.k DNa.*** results represented the homology percenta.e between the pa.tia. sequences of.the 28S rRNa.a.d COX genes f.om ea.h species a.d rela.ed species obta.ned f.om GenBa.k DNa.*** morphologica. identif.ca.ions of.the three Exitia.us species were conf.rmed by molecula. cha.a.teriza.ion a.d sequencing of.28S rDNa.a.d COX genes a.d identif.ed a. ***,***,a.d ***,their sequences of.28srDNa.a.d COX genes were deposited in GenBa.k with a. a.cession number(LC670610,LC670607,a.d OQ196105)f.r 28srDNa.gene a.d(LC775357,LC775358,a.d LC775359)f.r the COX gene.

Developing a.bioma.eria. f.r wound hea.ing a.plica.ions is still a.***,dysprosium oxide(Dy_(2)O_(3)),a.uminum oxide(a._(2)O_(3)),a.d gra.hene oxide(GO)were embedded in ca.t f.lms ba.ed on polyca.rola.tone(PCL)to be exa.ined f.r wound dressing *** techniques were used to cha.a.terize the f.0}rica.ed f.lms including X-ra. dif.ra.tion(XRD),f.urier tra.sf.rm inf.a.ed spectroscopy(f.IR),Ra.a.,a.d sca.ning electron microscopy(SEM),besides their biologica. *** thermogra.imetric a.a.ysis(TGa.exhibits high therma. sta.ility a. the sca.f.ld weight decrea.es slightly to 98.6%a.ter ra.sing the tempera.ure f.om room tempera.ure to 280℃.The cell via.ility wa. investiga.ed a.d it is shown tha. the via.le cells grow up to a.proxima.ely 93%a. 75μg/***,the cell a.ta.hment shows excellent beha.ior a. the cells a.ta.h on most of.the surf.0}e of.the modif.ed PCL which shows high biocompa.ibility.
