Image quality assessment has become increasingly important in image quality monitoring and reliability assuring of image processing *** of the existing no-reference image quality assessment methods mainly exploit the global information of image while ignoring vital local ***,the introduced distortion depends on a slight difference in details between the distorted image and the non-distorted reference *** light of this,we propose a no-reference image quality assessment method based on a multi-scale convolutional neural network,which integrates both global information and local information of an *** first adopt the image pyramid method to generate four scale images required for network input and then provide two network models by respectively using two fusion strategies to evaluate image *** order to better adapt to the quality assessment of the entire image,we use two different loss functions in the training and validation *** superiority of the proposed method is verified by several different experiments on the LIVE datasets and TID2008 datasets.

In this paper,we study irreducible non-weight modules over the mirror Heisenberg-Virasoro algebra D,including Whittaker modules,U(Cd_(0))-free modules and their tensor *** precisely,we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for the Whittaker modules to be *** determine all the D-module structures on U(Cd_(0)),and find the necessary and sufficient conditions for these modules to be *** last,we determine the necessary and sufficient conditions for the tensor products of Whittaker modules and U(Cd_(0))-free modules to be irreducible,and obtain that any two such tensor products are isomorphic if and only if the corresponding Whittaker modules and U(Cd_(0))-free modules are *** lead to many new irreducible non-weight modules over D.

A 77-year-old male patient was diagnosed with protein-losing enteropathy as he had diarrhea for 4 years accompanied with repeated and exacerbated diarrhea and edema of the both lower extremities for more than 1 and a half *** this case,warming-needle moxibustion compiled with the abdominal rubbing that patient performed by himself were ***(中脘CV12),Guanyuan(关元CV4);bilateral Tianshu(天枢ST25),Zusanli(足三里ST36),Shangjuxu(上巨虚ST37).Xiajuxu(下巨虚ST39)and the point on three cun below ST39 were taken when warming-needle moxibustion was *** treatment was given once a *** 3 weeks'treatment,the frequency of diarrhea was decreased,the edema disappeared,the seralbumin level was increased,and the symptoms of the patient ***-up for half a year,the patients had good prognosis.

Given Nepal's vulnerability to extreme precipitation(EP),it is imperative to conduct a comprehensive analysis to comprehend the historical trends of such ***,acquiring precise precipitation data for EP remains challenging in mountainous countries like Nepal owing to the scarcity of densely gauged *** limitation impedes the dissemination of knowledge pertaining to EP variability events in *** current research on this topic is deficient for two main reasons:1)there is a lack of studies leveraging recently released high-resolution precipitation products to identify their EP detection capabilities,which further hinders the usability of those products in data-scarce regions like Nepal,and 2)most studies have focused on the characterisation of EP events in Nepal rather than their spatial and temporal *** address these issues,this study evaluated the EP detection capabilities of four high-resolution precipitation product datasets(PPDs)across Nepal from 1985 to *** datasets include the ERA5 Land reanalysis data,satellite-based precipitation data(PERSIANN_CCS_CDR and CHIRPS_V2.0)and a merged dataset(TPHiPr).We used various statistical and categorical indices to assess their ability to capture the spatial and temporal variability of EP *** annual EP events were characterised by 11 indices divided into frequency and intensity *** TPHiPr merged dataset offered a robust depiction of monthly precipitation estimates,achieving the highest critical success index,accuracy,probability of detection and a low false alarm ratio for daily precipitation detection of 0.1 mm in ***,the PERSIANN_CCS_CDR dataset exhibited poor *** PPDs showed increasing trends in EP ***,the TPHiPr dataset showcased those trends with fewer errors and stronger correlations for many frequency(R10mm,R20mm and R25mm)and intensity(RX1day,RX5day,PRCPTOT and R99p)*** results indicate that TPHiPr outperformed ot

Membrane electrode assembly reactor offers great promise toward practical CO_(2)***,traditional proton exchange membrane possesses strong acidic chemical environment,which facilitates undesired hydrogen evolution *** we report a proton antagonist strategy,through which the proton diffusion pathways have been severely impeded by Na+cation to produce an alkaline-rich *** this new membrane electrode assembly,we can significantly suppress the hydrogen evolution and achieve a Faradaic efficiency of 95.7%for CO with 51.5%energy *** addition,our proton antagonist membrane outperforms the commercial anion exchange membrane in both conductivity and oxidation resistance lifetime,which are crucial for large scale electrolysis of carbon neutral chemicals.

A section from the Linglong gold deposit on the northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula,East China,containing Late Mesozoic magmatic rocks from mafic and intermediate dikes and felsic intrusions,was chosen to investigate the lithospheric evolution of the eastern North China Craton(NCC).Zircon U-Pb data showed that low-Mg adakitic monzogranites and granodiorite intrusions were emplaced during the Late Jurassic(~145 ma) and late Early Cretaceous(112-107 ma),respectively;high-Mg adakitic diorite and mafic dikes were also emplaced during the Early Cretaceous at^139 ma and ~118 ma,and 125-145 ma and 115-120 ma,*** geochemical data,including whole-rock major and trace element compositions and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes,imply that the mafic dikes originated from the partial melting of a lithospheric mantle metasomatised through hydrous fluids from a subducted oceanic ***-Mg adakitic monzogranites and granodiorite intrusions originated from the partial melting of the thickened lower crust of the NCC,while high-Mg adakitic diorite dikes originated from the mixing of mafic and felsic *** Mesozoic magmatism showed that lithosphere-derived melts showed a similar source depth and that crust-derived felsic melts originated from the continuously thickened lower crust of the Jiaodong Peninsula from the Late Jurassic to Early *** infer that the lower crust of the eastern NCC was thickened through compression and subduction of the Palaeo-Pacific plate beneath the NCC during the Middle *** rollback of the plate from ~160 ma resulted in lithospheric thinning and accompanied Late Mesozoic magmatism.

The problem of mixed H2/H∞ filtering for polytopic Delta operator systems is investigated. The aim is to design a linear asymptotically stable filter which guarantees that the filtering error system has different performances in different filtering channels. Based on a parameter-dependent Lyapunov function, a new mixed H2/H∞ performance criterion is presented. Upon this performance criterion, a sufficient condition for the full-order mixed H2/H∞ filter is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The filter can be obtained from the solution of a convex optimization problem. The proposed filter design procedure is less conservative than the strategy based on the quadratic stability notion. A numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
