The rapid deactivation of cost-effective MnO_(2)-based catalysts in humid air limits their application in practice,and the identification of the role of water in an oxidation process is significant for developing water-resistant MnO_(2)-based ***,CuMnO_(2)showed a20.3%HCHO conversion in 10 hr at room temperature in humid air with relative humidity of 40%,but deactivated in 3 hr in dry *** excellent activity and stability of HCHO oxidation in humid air were attributed to the positive effect of H_(2)O on HCHO oxidation to the H_(2)O-HOCH_(2)OH supermolecule assemblies via hydrogen bonds formed on CuMnO_(2).H_(2)O-HOCH_(2)OH supermolecule assemblies tend to be oxidized to carbonate,which is further oxidized to CO_(2).Furthermore,CuMnO_(2)exhibited a much poorer activity of CO oxidation in humid air,but the CO conversion was still 100%in 10 hr in dry air.H_(2)O showed a competitive adsorption effect to CO on CuMnO_(2).CuMnO_(2)could be applied in HCHO elimination in humid air and CO elimination in dry air.

Beams typically do not travel through the magnet centers because of errors in storage *** beam deviating from the quadrupole centers is affected by additional dipole fields due to magnetic field ***-based alignment(BBA)is often performed to determine a golden orbit where the beam circulates around the quadrupole center *** storage rings with many quadrupoles,the conventional BBA procedure is time-consuming,particularly in the commissioning phase,because of the necessary iterative *** addition,the conventional BBA method can be affected by strong coupling and the nonlinearity of the storage ring *** this study,a novel method based on a neural network was proposed to determine the golden orbit in a much shorter time with reasonable *** golden orbit can be used directly for operation or adopted as a starting point for conventional *** method was demonstrated in the HLS-II storage ring for the first time through simulations and online *** results of the experiments showed that the golden orbit obtained using this new method was consistent with that obtained using the conventional *** development of this new method and the corresponding experiments are reported in this paper.

Objective:To explore the effect of Oxymatrine(OMT)on hepatocellular carcinoma cells and its possible action ***:The core targets of Oxymatrine action in hepatocellular carcinoma were identified using network pharmacology and validated using in vitro ***8 assay and scratch assay were used to detect the effects of Oxymatrine on the proliferation and migration of MHCC97H(TP53 mutant)cells,and Western blot assay and qPcr assay were used to find out the expression of the core targets after Oxymatrine acted on MHCC97H cells at the protein level and mRNA level,***:Network pharmacology showed that the core target was TP53 protein;CCK8 assay showed that the IC50 at 24 h and 48 h was 9.64 mg/ml and 7.47 mg/ml,respectively;Scratch assay proved that Oxymatrine markedly inhibited the migratory ability of MHCC97H cells;Western blot assay and qPcr assay found that TP53 gene expression was *** western blot experiment and qPcr experiment found that TP53 gene expression was ***:Oxymatrine significantly inhibited the proliferation and migration of hepatocellular carcinoma MHCC97H cells,and its mechanism of action may be related to TP53.

诞生于殖民历史的非洲现代文学势必具有革命文学色彩,非洲左翼作家恩古吉的革命文学创作体现了马克思主义在其思想中的投射,但其呈现的复杂样态提示了他并非“天生”的革命家,而是经历了由调和走向革命的过程。恩古吉的“求真”姿态,表现为对绝对的“拿来主义”与纯粹的“本土主义”均有所怀疑与警惕。事实上,恩古吉革命文学的发展历程,伴随着其“人民”观的萌芽、形成与扩充过程,语言观前后相悖的背后,可见其人民意识的一以贯之。恩古吉的文学思想由“精英文学”“革命文学”向“人民文学”的发展历程,内含了某种历史逻辑。

针对钢材表面缺陷形态多样、结构复杂且存在检测目标漏检现象和算法参数量过大等问题,提出一种轻量化VTG-YOLOv7-tiny的钢材缺陷检测算法。该方法一是设计VoVGA-FPN网络,以减少信息传递过程中的丢失,增强网络特征融合能力;二是构建三重坐标注意力机制,提升模型对空间和通道信息的特征提取能力;三是引入鬼影混洗卷积,在提高精度的同时降低模型参数量和计算量;四是增加大目标检测层,改善特征图中部分缺陷占比较大,导致检测精度低的问题。在NEU-DET和Severstal钢材缺陷数据集进行实验验证,改进后算法与原模型相比,mAP分别提升5.7%和8.5%;参数量和计算量分别降低0.61 M和4.2 G;精确度和召回率分别提升7.1%,1.8%和8.9%,7.0%。实验结果表明,改进后的算法更好地平衡了检测精度和轻量化,为边缘终端设备提供了参考。

Background:Shenzao dripping pill(SZDP)is empirically prescribed for treating cardiac ***,there is a lack of comprehensive knowledge regarding the underlying mechanisms contributing to its therapeutic *** objective of this study is to investigate the underlying mechanism of SZDP against chronic myocardial ischemia(CMI)in a rat ***:In this study,we utilized electrocardiographic and echocardiographic detection along with pathological tissue analysis to evaluate the efficacy of *** integration of network pharmacology and metabolomics was conducted to investigate the *** docking and molecular dynamics simulations were used to validate the binding energy between the compounds of SZDP and the associated ***:The results showed that SZDP was able to improve T wave voltage,reverse CMI abnormalities in ejection fraction and fractional shortening,and restore histopathological heart *** results indicated that disturbances of metabolic profile in CMI rats were partly corrected after SZDP administration,mainly affecting purine metabolism.13-Docosenamide may be the potential metabolic biomarker of the therapeutic application of SZDP for *** network pharmacology and metabolomics,thiopurine S-methyltransferase(TPMT),xanthine dehydrogenase/oxidase(XDH),bifunctional purine biosynthesis protein ATIC(ATIC),and cytochrome p4501A1(CYP1A1)were identified as possible targets of SZDP to exert therapeutic effects by enhancing the metabolic levels of L-Tryptophan,Deoxyribose 1-phosphate and Phosphoribosyl ***:SZDP has a therapeutic effect on CMI by regulating metabolite levels,acting on the targets of TMPT,XDH,ATIC,and CYP1A1,and reducing cardiomyocyte injury and myocardial fibrosis.

破冰能力是衡量极地船舶航行性能优劣的重要指标。本文在基于预设冰网格技术的连续破冰阻力数值模拟理论基础上,根据连续破冰阻力与净推力的不同平衡方式提出静态和动态2种极地船舶破冰能力数值评估方法。以某极地双向破冰油船为研究对象,分别采用静态和动态方法对其破冰能力进行数值评估,并与对应的冰水池模型试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明,静态和动态破冰能力评估方法获得的1kn航速对应的最大破冰厚度与模型试验结果较为吻合,2种方法评估结果均显示极地油船首向破冰能力强于尾向破冰能力,与实际情况相符,验证了2种破冰能力评估方法的可行性,可为极地船舶初始设计阶段性能预估提供有效工具。
