This paper is concerned with the scaled formation control problem for multi-agent systems(MASs)over fixed and switching topologies.First,a modified resilient dynamic event-triggered(DET)mechanism involving an auxiliary dynamic variable(ADV)based on sampled data is proposed.In the proposed DET mechanism,a random variable obeying the Bernoulli distribution is introduced to express the idle and busy situations of communication networks.Meanwhile,the operation of absolute value is introduced into the triggering condition to effectively reduce the formation error.Second,a scaled formation control protocol with the proposed resilient DET mechanism is designed over fixed and switching topologies.The scaled formation error system is modeled as a time-varying delay system.Then,several sufficient stability criteria are derived by constructing appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals(LKFs).A co-design algorithm based on the sparrow search algorithm(SSA)is presented to design the control gains and triggering parameters jointly.Finally,numerical simulations of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are presented to validate the designed control method.

Since their inception, frequency combs generated in microresonators, known as microcombs, have sparked significant scientific interests. Among the various applications leveraging microcombs, soliton microcombs are often preferred due to their inherent mode-locking capability. However, this choice introduces additional system complexity because an initialization process is required. Meanwhile, despite the theoretical understanding of the dynamics of other comb states, their practical potential, particularly in applications like sensing where simplicity is valued, remains largely untapped. Here, we demonstrate controllable generation of sub-combs that bypasses the need for accessing bistable regime. And in a graphene-sensitized microresonator, the sub-comb heterodynes produce stable, accurate microwave signals for high-precision gas detection. By exploring the formation dynamics of sub-combs, we achieved 2 MHz harmonic comb-to-comb beat notes with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) greater than 50 dB and phase noise as low as – 82 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset. The graphene sensitization on the intracavity probes results in exceptional frequency responsiveness to the adsorption of gas molecules on the graphene of microcavity surface, enabling detect limits down to the parts per billion (ppb) level. This synergy between graphene and sub-comb formation dynamics in a microcavity structure showcases the feasibility of utilizing microcombs in an incoherent state prior to soliton locking. It may mark a significant step toward the development of easy-to-operate, systemically simple, compact, and high-performance photonic sensors.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the synergistic effects of polyphyllin Ⅰ(PPⅠ)combined with tumor necrosis factorrelated apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)on the growth of osteosarcoma cells through downregulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.METHODS:Cell viability,apoptosis and cell cycle distribution were examined using cell counting kit-8 and flow cytometry assays.The morphology of cancer cells was observed with inverted phase contrast microscope.The migration and invasion abilities were examined by xCELLigence real time cell analysis DP system and transwell assays.The expressions of poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose)polymerase,C-Myc,Cyclin B1,cyclin-dependent kinases 1,N-cadherin,Vimentin,Active-β-catenin,β-catenin,p-glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK-3β)and GSK-3βwere determined by Western blotting assay.RESULTS:PPⅠ sensitized TRAIL-induced decrease of viability,migration and invasion,as well as increase of apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of MG-63 and U-2 OS osteosarcoma cells.The synergistic effect of PPⅠwith TRAIL in inhibiting the growth of osteosarcoma cells was at least partially realized through the inactivation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.CONCLUSION:The combination of PPⅠ and TRAIL is potentially a novel treatment strategy of osteosarcoma.

Mission-oriented cooperative 3D path planning for modular solar-powered aircraft with energy optimization

Modular Solar-Powered Aircraft(M-SPA)is a kind of High-Altitude Long-Endurance(HALE)aircraft which exploits the mission advantage of swarm UAV and the HALE advantage of large aspect-ratio SPA.M-SPA’s separated mode and combined mode give it the potential to maximize the mission efficiency with limited solar energy.In this paper,firstly,oriented by the mission of maximizing the cruise area,the overall design of the M-SPA is modeled,including the energy model,the aerodynamic model and the flight environment settings.Secondly,by analyzing the energy consumption of the flight modes,we design a multi-phase flight mission strategy.Then,a 24-hour three-dimensional(3D)flight profile of the M-SPA is optimized,including the sub-SPA cooperative path planning in the separation mode.Finally,inspired by the Traveling Salesman Problem(TSP),an improved Ant Colony Algorithm(ACA)is exploited to find the optimal path for each sub-SPA,which is further developed into a dynamic separation and combination scheme for the M-SPA.The simulation results show that the mission performance of the M-SPA outperforms that of the conventional SPA,and explicitly,the mission coverage of the M-SPA is slightly less than a linear increase under comparable simulation conditions.

Exploration of the metabolic flexibility of glycogen accumulating organisms through metatranscriptome analysis and metabolic characterization

Glycogen accumulating organisms(GAOs) are closely related to the deterioration of enhanced biological phosphorus removal systems. However, the metabolic mechanisms that drive GAOs remain unclear. Here, the two-thirds supernatant of a reactor were decanted following the anaerobic period to enrich GAOs. Long-term monitoring demonstrated that the system was stable and exhibited typical characteristics of GAOs metabolism. Acetate was completely consumed after 60 min of the anaerobic phase. The level of glycogen decreased from 0.20 to 0.14 g/gSS during the anaerobic phase, whereas the level of glycogen significantly increased to 0.21g/gSS at the end of the aerobic period. Moreover, there was almost no phosphate release and absorption in the complete periods, thus confirming the successful construction of a GAOs enrichment system. Microbial community analysis demonstrated that Ca. Contendobacter was among the core functional genera and showed the highest activity among all of the communities. Furthermore, our study is the first to identify the involvement of the ethyl-malonyl-CoA pathway in the synthesis of polyhydroxyvalerate via croR, ccr, ecm, mcd, mch and mcl genes. The Embden-Meyerhof-Parnas(EMP) pathway was preferentially used via glgP. Furthermore, the glyoxylate cycle was the main source of ATP under anaerobic conditions, whereas the tricarboxylic acid cycle provided ATP under aerobic conditions. aceA and mdh appeared to be major modulators of the glyoxylate pathway for controlling energy flow. Collectively, our findings not only revealed the crucial metabolic mechanisms in a GAOs enrichment system but also provided insights into the potential application of Ca. Contendobacter for wastewater treatment.

Vessel emissions have contributed a great deal to air quality deterioration in China.Hence,the Chinese government has promulgated a series of stringent emission regulations.It is in this context that vessel emission control technology research is in full swing.In particular,during the 13th Five-Year Plan,the air pollution control technology of vessels has greatly improved.Vessel emission control has followed two main governance routes:source emission reduction and aftertreatment technology.Source control focuses on alternative fuels,with two main directions,the development of new fuels and the modification of existing fuels.Moreover,after-treatment technologies have also been developed,including wet desulfurization technology using seawater or alkaline liquids as wet washing liquids and selective catalytic reduction(SCR)for the control of NOx emission.Due to China’s increasingly stringent emissions standards and regulations,work on the development of clean alternative fuels and further upgrading the collaborative application of after-treatment technologies to meet the near-zero-emissions requirements of vessels is still necessary.

Energy-Efficient and Secure Power Allocation and Trajectory Optimization for UAV-Enabled Data Collection in Wireless Sensor Networks

Using unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)to collect data in wireless sensor networks(WSNs)has advantages of controllable mobility and flexible deployment.However,there are potential challenges of energy limitation and data security which may limit such applications.To cope with these challenges,a complicated and intractable optimization problem is formulated,which maximizes the performance metric of secrecy energy efficiency(EE)subject to the constraints of secrecy rate,maximum power,and trajectory.Then,an energy-efficient and secure solution is developed to improve the secrecy EE of the UAV-enabled data collection in the WSNs by joint optimizing the UAV’s trajectory and velocity along with the sensors’power.The proposed solution is an iterative algorithm based on the optimization approaches of alternating optimization,successive convex approximation,and fractional programming.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed solution scheme is effective for improving the secrecy EE while guaranteeing the data security.

Industrial development is an essential foundation of the national economy,but the industry is also the largest source of air pollution,of which power plants,iron and steel,building materials,and other industries emit large amounts of pollutants.Therefore,the Chinese government has promulgated a series of stringent emission regulations,and it is against this backdrop that research into air pollution control technologies for key industrial sectors is in full swing.In particular,during the 13th Five-Year Plan,breakthroughs have been made in pollution control technology for key industrial sectors.A multi-pollutant treatment technology system of desulfurization,denitrification,and dust collection,which applies to key industries such as power plants,steel,and building materials,has been developed.High-performance materials for the treatment of different pollutants,such as denitrification catalysts and desulfurization absorbers,were developed.At the same time,multi-pollutant synergistic removal technologies for flue gas in various industries have also become a hot research topic,with important breakthroughs in the synergistic removal of NO_(x),SO_(x),and Hg.Due to the increasingly stringent emission standards and regulations in China,there is still a need to work on the development of multi-pollutant synergistic technologies and further research and development of synergistic abatement technologies for CO_(2) to meet the requirements of ultra-low emissions in industrial sectors.

《毛诗谱》是郑玄晚年的《诗》学著作,其结构呈现为系于政教的双层形式,即显性的风、雅、颂层和隐性的空间层。风、雅、颂层是以政教为单一核心的可逆体系。空间层包含风目空间和颂目空间,前者以政教为尺度,呈以周、召为中心坐标,“广万里”的三层结构。后者以和周王室血缘的远近为尺度,呈以周王室为中心,以周鲁宋三国之域为地域范围的三层结构。究其成因,除《诗经》固有分类与标目情况的限制外,郑玄“天道成于三”的谶纬思想、“存二王之后”的三统观念、三层次的宇宙观及三重天下体制的社会现实等因素影响了《诗谱》结构的三重架构,而郑玄以政教思想与尊君思想为内核的政治哲学决定了《诗谱》结构的划分标准。
