Gomphus purpuraceus is an ancient wild edible mushroom. However， the niche and lignocellulose degradation system of G. purpuraceus have remained cryptic. In the current study， transcriptome and proteome sequencing of G. purpuraceus in four mediums was performed. A total of 3489 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 891 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were screened out. For the lignocellulose degradation system， a total of 61 expressed genes were annotated， including 19 genes encoding cellulase， 8 genes encoding hemicellulase， 5 genes encoding pectinase， 22 genes encoding lignin oxidase， and 7 lignin degrading auxiliary enzyme. From two-omics， morphology， and enzyme activities， we speculated that G. purpuraceus might have a limited capacity to degrade polysaccharides (starch and lignocellulose). In addition， trace amount of fumonisins (FB1 and FB2) were found in the G. purpuraceus. These results provided a new perspective for understanding the key pathways and hub genes involved in carbon metabolism of G. purpuraceus development.

为解决传统灰狼算法(GWO)用于全覆盖路径规划草坪修剪作业时易陷入局部最优、收敛速度慢、迭代次数高、除草效率低等问题,提出了启发式混沌算子灰狼优化算法(CGWO)。通过对GWO算法融入启发式思想与Tent混沌映射后,加入自适应的参数调节策略,调节加速因子及不同控制参数以增加搜索过程中的随机性,帮助算法跳出局部最优解,获得更好的全局搜索能力。仿真分析发现:改进后的灰狼优化算法即CGWO算法比GWO、PSO(粒子群算法)算法的路径成本、迭代次数、耗时更优,且路径更平滑。在3种草坪环境下,进行实车试验。结果表明:CGWO算法提高了全覆盖效率和除草效率,试验结果优于GWO和PSO算法。

为探究鲜油茶籽在贮藏过程中的微观结构和酶活特性变化,以黔产油茶籽为试验对象,利用扫描电子显微镜跟踪鲜油茶籽在贮藏期间的微观结构,利用酶标仪测定过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、脂氧合酶、脂肪酶、乙醇脱氢酶活性变化,最后进行相关性分析。结果表明:随着贮藏时间的延长,鲜油茶籽细胞组织结构出现萎缩和坍塌,细胞内含物逐渐减少;酶的活性响应变化各不相同,多酚氧化酶及脂肪酶活性持续增高,脂氧合酶活性逐渐降低;过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶协同发挥作用,清除因活性氧代谢失衡产生的自由基进而减缓鲜油茶籽品质劣变。研究结果为油茶籽贮藏过程中的质量调控提供科学依据。

板栗(Castanea mollissima Blu.)果实中的水分组成在其生理代谢及品质变化过程中具有重要作用。本研究以贵州黔西南望谟县板栗为实验材料,利用低场核磁共振技术,对不同水分含量(48%、38%、28%、18%)的板栗果中氢核的横向弛豫衰减信号进行测试,并利用SIRT模型对数据进行反演,得出横向弛豫时间T2的反演数据。采用自旋回波脉冲序列对板栗果的质子密度加权成像;使用物性测试仪分析质构特性,利用色差仪分析板栗失水过程中果肉颜色的变化。结果显示,自然失水改变了板栗果中水分的结合状态,水分发生明显迁移,自由水和不易流动水的信号幅值随失水程度的加剧而逐渐减弱。不同含水率板栗的反演峰总面积不同,随着含水率的增加,核磁共振信号增强,峰面积增大,两者具有显著的相关性。核磁共振成像技术通过图片明暗不同,可直观反映不同阶段的水分含量。板栗果实自然贮藏过程中发生石灰化,果实质地发生硬化,挤压咀嚼时抵抗力增大,失水初期内聚性和弹性变化不显著,后期下降;粘附性前期降低,但后期变化不明显;板栗失水初期果肉发生氧化,颜色逐渐呈暗红色,失水后期石灰化较为严重,果肉颜色变白,亮度增加。本研究结果可为板栗加工过程中的水分迁移机制探讨以及产品的品质控制提供参考。

为探讨乙烯利对核桃采收及催熟上的潜在影响,本文选用不同浓度乙烯利对核桃进行催落和催熟试验,结果表明:低浓度的乙烯利喷施对核桃复叶催落效果较好,且对花芽和叶芽的影响也较小;高浓度的乙烯利会导致核桃次年花芽和叶芽的凋亡,进而影响产量;高浓度乙烯利催熟会造成核桃仁农药残留超标,并致使坚果表面发红或发青。本研究可为核桃生产应用乙烯利提供参考依据。

Spectroscopy is the basic tool for studying molecular physics and realizing biochemical ***,it is challenging to realize sub-femtometer resolution spectroscopy over broad *** and high-resolution spectroscopy with calibrated optical frequency is demonstrated by bridging the fields of speckle pattern and electro-optic frequency comb.A wavemeter based on a whispering-gallery-mode barcode is proposed to link the frequencies of a probe continuous-wave laser and an ultrastable *** ultrafine electro-optic comb lines are generated from the probe laser to record spectrum of sample with sub-femtometer *** bandwidth is a thousandfold broader than comb bandwidth,by sequentially tuning the probe laser while its wavelength is *** approach fully exploits the advantages of two fields to realize 0.8-fm resolution with a fiber laser and 80-nm bandwidth with an external cavity diode *** spectroscopic measurements of an ultrahigh Q-factor cavity and gas molecular absorption are experimentally *** compact system,predominantly constituted by few-gigahertz electronics and telecommunication components,shows enormous potential for practical spectroscopic applications.

In this paper,an effective optimize method based on adaptive PID neural network controller is *** Particle Swarm Optimization（CPSO） is introduced to initialize the parameters of neural network for improving the convergent speed and preventing weights trapping into local *** order to realize the hardware platform of PID neural network controller and facilitate weight update algorithm,the nanoscale memristor is utilized to analog electronic ***,the stability of closed-loop system is further proved by Lyapunov *** on several comparative experiments on automatic voltage regulation system,the final results illustrate that the proposed controller can obtain better precision in a shorter time.

Natural tactile sensation is complex,which involves not only contact force intensity detection but also the perception of the force direction,the surface texture,and other mechanical ***,the vast majority of the developed tactile sensors can only detect the normal force,but usually cannot resolve shear force or even distinguish the directions of the ***,we present a new paradigm of bioinspired tactile sensors for resolving both the intensity and the directions of mechanical stimulations via synergistic microcrack-bristle structure design and cross-shaped configuration *** microcrack sensing structure gives high mechanical sensitivity to the tactile sensors,and the synergistic bristle structure further amplifies the sensitivity of the *** cross-shaped configuration engineering of the synergistic microcrack-bristle structure further endows the tactile sensors with good capability to detect and distinguish the directions of the applied mechanical *** as-fabricated tactile sensors exhibit a high sensitivity(25.76 N^(−1)),low detection limit(5.4 mN),desirable stability(over 2,500 cycles),and good capability to resolve both mechanical intensity and directional *** promising application scenarios,surface texture recognition and biomimetic path explorations are successfully demonstrated with these tactile *** newly proposed tactile sensation strategy and technology have great potential applications in ingenious tactile sensation and construction of various robotic and bionic prostheses with high operational dexterity.

Background:Early prevention of Spontaneous Abortion(SA)is essential for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous ***:In this retrospective study,a variety of machine learning methods were used to develop predictive models and diagnose the potential risk of ***:A total of 663 pregnant women participated in the case-control study,586 of which were SA patients and 77 were normal parturition *** research data included 25 features of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)constitution and clinical data related to *** work utilized 8 machine learning techniques including logistic regression,gradient boosting decision tree,k-nearest neighbor,classification and r-egression tree,multilayer perceptron,support vector machine,random forest and XG-Boost to predict *** performances of the applied models were evaluated by using the method of 10-fold cross-validation and by computing the diagnostic test characteristics,including accuracy,precision,recall,𝐹1 score,and the AUC of ROC ***:The𝐹1 scores of these eight machine learning techniques were all above 97.5%.Among them,gradient boosting decision tree had the best prediction result on *** accuracy,precision,recall,𝐹1 score,and the AUC of ROC curve of gradient boosting decision tree were 97.9%,99%,98.6%,98.8%,and 97.3%,***:The paper has accurately predicted the risk of SA combined with TCM constitution and clinical data.

In this paper,the authors tackle a fixed-time average-tracking problem for multi-agent systems which do not require velocity measurements and are affected by external mismatched and matched *** objective requires the considered agents with second-order dynamics to follow the average value of several time-varying reference signals,each of which is acquired by only one *** of all,the average value is estimated by using a novel distributed average estimator in a fixed ***,an original observer is created to provide estimated values in a fixed time for external mismatched and matched disturbances as well as unmeasured velocities of ***,the authors propose a novel fixed-time anti-disturbance average-tracking protocol with the aid of the observer and a sliding mode *** the end,the feasibility of theoretical analysis is illustrated by some simulation experiments.
