In this study,the Mg-3Zn-0.5Zr-χNd(χ=0,0.6)alloys were subjected to final rolling treatment with large deformation of 50%.The impact of annealing temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties was *** rolled Mg-3Zn-0.5Zr-0.6Nd alloy exhibited an ultimate tensile strength of 386 MPa,a yield strength of 361 MPa,and an elongation of 7.1%.Annealing at different temperatures resulted in reduced strength and obviously increased elongation for both *** mechanical properties for the Mg-3Zn-0.5Zr-0.6Nd alloy were achieved after annealing at 200℃,with an ultimate tensile strength of 287 MPa,a yield strength of 235 MPa,and an elongation of 26.1%.The numerous deformed microstructures,twins,and precipitated phases in the rolled alloy could impede the deformation at room temperature and increase the work hardening *** annealing,a decrease in the work hardening effect and an increase in the dynamic recovery effect were obtained due to the formation of fine equiaxed grains,and the increased volume fraction of precipitated phases,which significantly improved the elongation of the ***,the addition of Nd element could enhance the annealing recrystallization rate,reduce the Schmid factor difference between basal and prismatic slip systems,facilitate multi-system slip initiation and improve the alloy plasticity.

Background: Primary non-function(PNF) and early allograft failure(EAF) after liver transplantation(LT) seriously affect patient outcomes. In clinical practice, effective prognostic tools for early identifying recipients at high risk of PNF and EAF were urgently needed. Recently, the Model for Early Allograft Function(MEAF), PNF score by King's College(King-PNF) and Balance-and-Risk-Lactate(BAR-Lac) score were developed to assess the risks of PNF and EAF. This study aimed to externally validate and compare the prognostic performance of these three scores for predicting PNF and EAF. Methods: A retrospective study included 720 patients with primary LT between January 2015 and December 2020. MEAF, King-PNF and BAR-Lac scores were compared using receiver operating characteristic(ROC) and the net reclassification improvement(NRI) and integrated discrimination improvement(IDI) analyses. Results: Of all 720 patients, 28(3.9%) developed PNF and 67(9.3%) developed EAF in 3 months. The overall early allograft dysfunction(EAD) rate was 39.0%. The 3-month patient mortality was 8.6% while 1-year graft-failure-free survival was 89.2%. The median MEAF, King-PNF and BAR-Lac scores were 5.0(3.5–6.3),-2.1(-2.6 to-1.2), and 5.0(2.0–11.0), respectively. For predicting PNF, MEAF and King-PNF scores had excellent area under curves(AUCs) of 0.872 and 0.891, superior to BAR-Lac(AUC = 0.830). The NRI and IDI analyses confirmed that King-PNF score had the best performance in predicting PNF while MEAF served as a better predictor of EAD. The EAF risk curve and 1-year graft-failure-free survival curve showed that King-PNF was superior to MEAF and BAR-Lac scores for stratifying the risk of EAF. Conclusions: MEAF, King-PNF and BAR-Lac were validated as practical and effective risk assessment tools of PNF. King-PNF score outperformed MEAF and BAR-Lac in predicting PNF and EAF within 6 months. BAR-Lac score had a huge advantage in the prediction for PNF without post-transplant variables. Proper use

Background:Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin 9(PSCK9)inhibitors have been beneficial for many patients with *** objective of this study was to investigate the benefit of PSCK9 inhibitors in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:We systematically searched PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Clinical Trials(published before January 2023;no language restriction)to compare the treatment of patients with ACS using PCSK9 inhibitors and *** primary end points were major adverse cardiovascular events,nonfatal myocardial infarction,cardiogenic death,stroke,hospitalization for recurrent ACS,and coronary ***-or random-effects models were used to assess the aggregated ***:Of the 1686 identified studies,5 were eligible and included in our analysis(of a total of 38,005 participants,18,609 cases were placed in the PCSK9 inhibitor treatment group and 19,396 cases in the placebo group).Compared with the placebo group,PCSK9 inhibitors significantly reduced the major adverse cardiovascular events(odds ratio[OR]:0.83;95%confidence interval[CI]:0.77–0.88;P<0.00001)for patients following *** incidence of nonfatal myocardial infarction(relative risk:0.80;95%CI:0.74–0.87;P<0.00001),cardiovascular death(OR:0.96;95%CI:0.83–1.10;P=0.56),stroke(OR:0.74;95%CI:0.63–0.88;P=0.0007),hospitalization for recurrent ACS(OR:0.57;95%CI:0.40–0.83;P=0.003),or coronary revascularization(OR:0.82;95%CI:0.76–0.88;P<0.00001)all demonstrated a significant decrease in the comparison between the 2 ***:This meta-analysis demonstrated that treatment with PCSK9 inhibitors in patients with ACS reduced the probability of multiple cardiovascular events and improved patient prognosis.

Due to the increasing density and complexity of the highway network， a deep understanding of the characteristics of lane changing (LC) behavior is crucial for road refinement design. The emergence of full time domain trajectory big data provides unprecedented opportunities for in-depth research on highway safety geometry design. This article proposes a method framework for extracting LC trajectory patterns to explore the combination trajectory patterns during the LC process. This article achieves subdivision in driving mode detection by using the Adaptive Pruned Exact Linear Time (APELT) algorithm to detect change points， taking into account the short sequence features of LC. In order to achieve the classification of segmented fragments， we report a clustering technique based on similarity matching (SM)， which can effectively avoid the problem of excessive distortion in similarity measurement. The results indicate that APELT technology has certain advantages in F1 score and accuracy of LC pattern recognition， which is more in line with reality. The kappa score based on similarity matching is greater than 0.8， indicating high accuracy of pattern recognition. This study provides a novel data mining method for a comprehensive understanding of lane changing behavior under full time domain big data， which will provide reference for road design in complex scenes.

Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)is a highly malignant biliary tract cancer with currently suboptimal diagnostic and prognostic *** present a novel system to monitor CCA using exosomal circular RNA(circRNA)via serum and biliary liquid biopsies.A pilot cohort consisting of patients with CCA-induced biliary obstruction(CCA-bo,n=5)and benign biliary obstruction(Bbo,n=5)was used to identify CCA-derived exosomal circRNAs through microarray *** was followed by a discovery cohort(n=20)to further reveal a CCA-specific circRNA complex(hsa-circ-0000367,hsa-circ-0021647,and hsa-circ-0000288)in both bile and serum *** vitro and in vivo studies revealed the three circRNAs as promoters of CCA *** and prognostic models were established and verified by two independent cohorts(training cohort,n=184;validation cohort,n=105).An interpreter-free diagnostic model disclosed the diagnostic power of biliary exosomal circRNA signature(Bile-DS,AUROC=0.947,RR=6.05)and serum exosomal circRNA signature(Serum-DS,AUROC=0.861,RR=4.04)compared with conventional CA19-9(AUROC=0.759,RR=2.08).A prognostic model of CCA undergoing curative-intent surgery was established by calculating early recurrence score,verified with bile samples(Bile-ERS,C-index=0.783)and serum samples(Serum-ERS,C-index=0.782).These models,combined with other prognostic factors revealed by COX-PH model,enabled the establishment of nomograms for recurrence monitoring of *** study demonstrates that the exosomal triple-circRNA panel identified in both bile and serum samples serves as a novel diagnostic and prognostic tool for the clinical management of CCA.

钌-锗化合物(PPh3)(X)RuGeCl_(2)ArTrip(X=H,1;Cl,2;ArTrip=C_(6)H_(3)-2-(η^(6)-Trip)-6-Trip,Trip=2,4,6-i Pr3-C_(6)H_(3))与有机试剂如格氏试剂、LiHBEt3以及萘钠反应实现了锗和钌原子上的取代基团的调控.化合物1与格氏试剂EtMgBr在不同的温度下反应,分别生成(PPh3)HRuGeBr2ArTrip(3)和(PPh3)HRuGeEt2ArTrip(4).化合物1和LiHBEt3反应也生成化合物4,在该反应中LiHBEt3作为乙基转移试剂而不是氢化试剂.此外,化合物1与HBF4反应生成离子型化合物[(PPh_(3))H2RuGeCl_(2)ArTrip][BF4](5).另外,利用Na/naphthalene还原化合物2可以得到双羟基化合物(PPh3)HRuGe(OH)2-ArTrip(6),而化合物2与碘单质的反应历经单碘化,形成化合物(PPh3)IRuGeCl2ArTrip(7).所有的化合物都经过详细的核磁谱学和X射线单晶衍射的表征.

Shear mechanical properties and fracturing responses of layered rough jointed rock-like materials

This study aims to investigate mechanical properties and failure mechanisms of layered rock with rough joint surfaces under direct shear loading. Cubic layered samples with dimensions of 100 mm × 100 mm × 100 mm were casted using rock-like materials, with anisotropic angle（α） and joint roughness coefficient（JRC） ranging from 15° to 75° and 2–20, respectively. The direct shear tests were conducted under the application of initial normal stress（σn） ranging from 1–4 MPa. The test results indicate significant differences in mechanical properties, acoustic emission（AE） responses, maximum principal strain fields, and ultimate failure modes of layered samples under different test conditions. The peak stress increases with the increasing α and achieves a maximum value at α = 60° or 75°. As σn increases, the peak stress shows an increasing trend, with correlation coefficients R2ranging from 0.918 to 0.995 for the linear least squares fitting. As JRC increases from 2–4 to 18–20, the cohesion increases by 86.32% when α = 15°, while the cohesion decreases by 27.93%when α = 75°. The differences in roughness characteristics of shear failure surface induced by α result in anisotropic post-peak AE responses, which is characterized by active AE signals when α is small and quiet AE signals for a large α. For a given JRC = 6–8 and σn =1 MPa, as α increases, the accumulative AE counts increase by 224.31%（α increased from 15° to 60°）, and then decrease by 14.68%（αincreased from 60° to 75°）. The shear failure surface is formed along the weak interlayer when α = 15° and penetrates the layered matrix when α = 60°. When α = 15°, as σn increases, the adjacent weak interlayer induces a change in the direction of tensile cracks propagation,resulting in a stepped pattern of cracks distribution. The increase in JRC intensifies roughness characteristics of shear failure surface for a small α, however, it is not pronounced for a large α.
