Many research indicate a lot of money and time are spent on maintaining and modifying program delivered. So the policies to support program comprehension are very important. Program comprehension is a crucial and difficult task. Insufficient design, illogical code structure, short documents will enhance the comprehensive difficulty. Developing Web application is usually a process with quick implementation and delivery. In addition, generally a Web application is coded by combining mark language statements with some embedded applets. Such programming mode affects comprehension of Web applications disadvantageously. This paper proposes a method to improving understanding Web by dependence analysis and slice technology. Enhancing Tropical Cyclone Intensity Estimation from Satellite Imagery through Deep Learning Techniques

This study first utilizes four well-performing pre-trained convolutional neural networks(CNNs) to gauge the intensity of tropical cyclones(TCs) using geostationary satellite infrared(IR) *** models are trained and tested on TC cases spanning from 2004 to 2022 over the western North Pacific *** enhance the models performance,various techniques are employed,including fine-tuning the original CNN models,introducing rotation augmentation to the initial dataset,temporal enhancement via sequential imagery,integrating auxiliary physical information,and adjusting *** optimized CNN model,i.e.,visual geometry group network(VGGNet),for TC intensity estimation is ultimately *** applied to the test data,the model achieves a relatively low mean absolute error(MAE) of 4.05 m s~(-1).To improve the interpretability of the model,the SmoothGrad combined with the Integrated Gradients approach is *** analyses reveal that the VGGNet model places significant emphasis on the distinct inner core region of a TC when estimating its ***,it partly takes into account the configuration of cloud systems as input features for the model,aligning well with meteorological *** several improvements made to this model's performance offer valuable insights for enhancing TC intensity forecasts through deep learning.

A system is described here that can noninvasively control the navigation of freely behaving rat via ultrasonic,epidermaland LED photic stimulators on the *** system receives commands from a remote host computer to deliver specifiedelectrical stimulations to the hearing,pain and visual senses of the rat *** results demonstrate that the three stimuliwork in groups for the rat *** can control the rat to proceed and make right and left turns with great *** verified that the rat was able to reach a setting destination in the way of cable with the help of a person through theappropriate coordination of the three *** telemetry video camera mounted on the head of the rat also achieveddistant image acquisition and helped to adjust its navigation path over a distance of 3.0 *** a word,the non-invasive motioncontrol navigation system is a good,stable and reliable bio-robot.

Identification and immune analysis of antimicrobial peptides from the cigarette beetle(Lasioderma serricorne)

Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)in insects are endogenous peptides that are effector components of the innate defense system of the *** may serve as antimicrobial agents because of their small molecular weight and broad-spectrum antimicrobial *** this study,we performed transcriptome analysis of cigarette beetle(Lasioderma serricorne)larvae,parasitized by the ectoparasitic wasp,Anisopteromalus *** AMP genes were significantly upregulated following *** parasitism,postulating the hypothesis that the parasitization enhanced the host's resistance against pathogenic microorganisms through the regulation of host AMP ***,3.AMP genes(LsDef1,LsDef2,and LsCole)were significantly upregulated and we studied their immune function in *** challenge and functional analysis showed that LsCole was responsible for the immune response against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria,while LsDef1 and LsDef2 were involved in insect defense against Gram-positive *** recombinant LsCole exhibited antimicrobial activities against the Gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli and the Gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus ***2 showed an antibacterial effect against *** and LsDef2 exhibited antibiofilm activity against *** 2 AMPs disrupted cell membranes and caused leakage of *** cell *** results indicated that the 3.AMPs in *** are involved in the innate immunity of this pest *** AMPs may have potential as antimicrobial agents for bacterial infection ***,data are discussed in relation to new control strategies with greater biosafety against pest insects with use of microbial biocontrol agents in combination with RNA interference against the insect's defensive AMP genes.

Synthetically adaptive robust filtering for satellite orbit determination

The quality of the satellite orbit determination is rested on the knowledge of per-turbing forces acting on the satellite and stochastic properties of the observations, and the ability of controlling various kinds of errors. After a brief discussion on the dynamic and geometric orbit determinations, Sage adaptive filtering and robust filtering are reviewed. A new synthetically adaptive robust filtering based on a combination of robust filtering and Sage filtering is *** is shown, by derivations and calculations, that the synthetically adaptive robust filtering for orbit determination is not only robust but also simple in calculation. It controls the effects of the outliers of tracking observations and the satellite dynamical disturbance on the parameter esti-mates of the satellite orbit.

Concrete Physics Method for Solving NP hard Problem

With a NP hard problem given, we may find a equivalent physical world. The rule of the changing of the physical states is simply the algorithm for solving the original NP hard problem .It is the most natural algorithm for solving NP hard problems. In this paper we deal with a famous example , the well known NP hard problem——Circles Packing. It shows that our algorithm is dramatically very efficient. We are inspired that, the concrete physics algorithm will always be very efficient for NP hard problem.

New interpretation of laser gyro drifts

Discuss and develop some contents which are relevant to the IEEE Std 647TM-2006 in this paper. The IEEE Std only involves Allan variance, and decomposes it into five primary noise terms, in which, however, the noise nature of the so called "rate random walk noise" and the "rate ramp" is doubted by the IEEE Std editors. Here we use a mathematical identity to entirely affirm the first query and partially the second query as mentioned above. Besides, we argue that only the classical variance can be used in navigation, not the Allan variance. In order to seek the true nature of all drift terms in the variance, we adopt our original work that represents the noises as damped oscillations, to obtain the power spectral density (PSD) of the noises which is then transformed back into time domain. When the damped time constant is much longer than the sampling interval, the re-sulting slow variation term may be expanded into three terms: ordinary bias instability, rate random walk, and rate ramp. Therefore, these "noise terms" are not independent, and they are more of deterministic errors than random noises, and can be explained quantitatively. The resulting fast variation drift may be expanded into two terms. The first term is the same as angle random noise, while the second term adds to the true quantization noise term to form a new combined term called "quantiza-tion noise term". As the result of our research, not only the IEEE Std editors’ suspicions above are answered completely, but a new theory to analyze the laser gyro drifts is also presented, with several supporting examples to explain and verify the theory.

Seismic geomorphology of buried channel systems in the western South Huanghai Sea:retrodiction for paleo-environments

Quantitative morphologic analysis of shallowly buried, dendritic channel systems in the continental shelf off the abandoned Huanghe River （Yellow River） mouth has been made based on interpretation of high resolution seismic profiles, with the attempt to estimate the paleo-hydrologic parameters when the incised-channels formed, then assess the paleoenvironment. The results indicate that the buried channel systems were formed about 44 cal ka BP when the shelf was subaerially exposed and subsequently drowned and filled during the Holocene transgression with the sea level rise continuously. The study area has experienced the processes from fluvial and estuarine to fully marine.

Controlled Twill Surface Structure Endowing Nanofiber Composite Membrane Excellent Electromagnetic Interference Shielding

Inspired by the Chinese Knotting weave structure,an electromagnetic interference(EMI)nanofiber composite membrane with a twill surface was ***(vinyl alcohol-co-ethylene)(Pva-co-PE)nanofibers and twill nylon fabric were used as the matrix and filter templates,respectively.A Pva-co-PEMXene/silver nanowire(Pva-co-PE-MXene/AgNW,PM_(x)Ag)membrane was successfully prepared using a template *** the MXene/AgNW content was only 7.4 wt%(PM_(7.4)Ag),the EMI shielding efficiency(SE)of the composite membrane with the oblique twill structure on the surface was 103.9 dB and the surface twill structure improved the EMI by 3..5%.This result was attributed to the pre-interference of the oblique twill structure in the direction of the incident EM wave,which enhanced the probability of the electromagnetic waves randomly colliding with the MXene ***,the internal reflection and ohmic and resonance losses were *** PM_(7.4)Ag membrane with the twill structure exhibited both an outstanding tensile strength of 22.8 MPa and EMI SE/t of 3.25.2 dB cm^(-1).Moreover,the PM_(x)Ag nanocomposite membranes demonstrated an excellent thermal management performance,hydrophobicity,non-flammability,and performance stability,which was demonstrated by an EMI SE of 97.3.in a high-temperature environment of 140℃.The successful preparation of surface-twill composite membranes makes it difficult to achieve both a low filler content and a high EMI SE in electromagnetic shielding *** strategy provides a new approach for preparing thin membranes with excellent EMI properties.
