A multiple flame-retardant,early fire-warning,and highly sensitive thread-shaped all-fabric-based piezoresistive sensor

In the artificial intelligence age,multifunctional and intelligent fireproof fabric-based electronics are urgently ***,a novel thread-shaped all-fabric-based piezoresistive sensor(denoted as TAFPS)with properties such as flame retardancy,firewarning,and piezoresistivity is proposed,which is composed of an inner nickel-plated fabric electrode,a multifunctional double helix fabric,and an external flame-retardant encapsulation *** to the multiple flame-retardant properties of glass fiber tubular fabric,aminated carbon nanotubes(ACNTs),and ammonium polyphosphate,the char residue of the TAFPS reaches40.3 wt%at 800℃.In addition,the heat-sensitive effect of ACNTs during combustion causes a rapid decrease in the TAFPS resistance,triggering the fire alarm system within 2 ***,benefiting from the force-sensitive behavior of the double helix layer and tightly wrapped pattern of the external heat-shrinkable tubular fabric,TAFPS demonstrated a high sensitivity of4.40 kPa^(-1)(0–5.81 k Pa)and good stability for 10000 *** its excellent flame resistance,high sensitivity,and agreeable stability,the developed TAFPS can be integrated into fire suits to monitor the exercise training process and the external fire *** work offers a novel approach for fabricating all-fabric-based piezoresistive sensors in the future for fire prevention and fire alarms,with promising applications in fire protection,the Internet of Things,and smart apparel.

随着化石燃料的快速消耗,能源安全、气候变化问题日益突出,清洁、可持续能源发展技术及储能技术的研究成为热点。本文采用分子动力学模拟和实验研究相结合的方式,展开界面效应对混合硝酸盐复合相变材料(CPCM)热输运特性的影响研究。首先分别采用激光导热仪和差示扫描量热仪测试了CPCM的热导率和比热容。然后使用Materials Studio软件建立共晶状态下不同NaNO_(3)和KNO_(3)配比、不同骨架的CPCM模型,对其热导率和定压比热进行分子动力学模拟计算,通过径向分布函数、界面结合能和体热膨胀系数的变化分析了实验结果的内在机制,进而深入分析了界面效应与混合硝酸盐配比对热物性影响的竞争关系。结果表明:NaNO_(3)与KNO_(3)质量比为4∶6时离子间相互作用弱于其他配比,界面结合能最大,热导率最大。界面结合能的增加对热导率的增强强于离子间相互作用的减弱对热导率的削弱,界面效应在CPCM热导率的变化中占主导地位;CPCM定压比热受离子对比例变化及骨架材料变化的影响,界面结合能及离子间相互作用对定压比热没有明显影响。

Experimental Study of the Particulate Dirt Characteristics on Pipe Heat Transfer Surface

The systematic study of the particulate dirt characteristics on heat exchanging surface can provide theoretical guidance for defouling. In this paper, four main compositions of particulate dirt in the treated city sewage(i.e., CaCO3, MgO, CaSO4 and SiO2) are selected as the research objects. The effects of different working conditions, characteristics of particles on the growth rules of particulate dirt and the synergistic fouling by different particles are researched by thermal resistance method experimentally, while the microstructures of the dirt are observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM). The asymptotic values of both dirt thermal resistance and the scaling rate decrease with the increasing of working fluid velocity, while the two asymptotic values increase with the increasing particle size and particle concentration. Although the working fluid import temperature shows a weaker influence on the thermal resistance, but the increase of working fluid import temperature can retard the fouling rate. Among the stable values of the thermal resistances of four types of fouling, SiO2 is the largest and Mg O is the smallest. The synergistic fouling by different types of particles results in the denser structure of mixed fouling.

DC Traction Power Supply System Based on Modular Multilevel Converter Suitable for Energy Feeding and De-icing

A novel DC traction power supply system suitable for energy feeding and de-icing is proposed in this paper for an urban rail transit catenary on the basis of the full bridge submodule (FBSM) modular multilevel converter (MMC). The FBSM-MMC is a novel type of voltage source converter (VSC) and can directly control the output DC voltage and conduct bipolar currents, thus flexibly controlling the power flow of the urban rail transit catenary. The proposed topology can overcome the inherent disadvantages of the output voltage drop in the diode rectifier units, increase the power supply distance and reduce the number of traction substations. The flexible DC technology can coordinate multiple FBSM-MMCs in a wide area and jointly complete the bidirectional control of catenary power flow during the operation of the electric locomotive, so as to realize the local consumption and optimal utilization of the recovered braking energy of the train. In addition, the FBSM-MMCs can also adjust the output current when the locomotive is out of service to prevent the catenary from icing in winter. The working modes of the proposed topology are illustrated in detail and the control strategy is specially designed for normal locomotive operations and catenary de-icing. Simulation cases conducted by PSCAD/EMTDC validate the proposed topology and its control strategy.

Tunability of optical performance is one of the key technologies for adaptive optoelectronic applications,such as camouflage clothing, displays, and infrared shielding. High-precision spectral tunability is of great importance for some special applications with on-demand adaptability but remains challenging. Here we demonstrate a galvanostatic control strategy to achieve this goal, relying on the finding of the quantitative correlation between optical properties and electrochemical reactions within materials. An electrochromic electro-optical efficiency index is established to optically fingerprint and precisely identify electrochemical redox reactions in the electrochromic device. Consequently, the charge-transfer process during galvanostatic electrochemical reaction can be quantitatively regulated, permitting precise control over the final optical performance and on-demand adaptability of electrochromic devices as evidenced by an ultralow deviation of <3.0%. These findings not only provide opportunities for future adaptive optoelectronic applications with strict demand on precise spectral tunability but also will promote in situ quantitative research in a wide range of spectroelectrochemistry, electrochemical energy storage, electrocatalysis, and material chemistry.

目的:比较双Endobutton带袢钢板联合肩锁韧带修补与锁骨钩钢板治疗急性肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析顺昌县医院2018年3月—2021年3月手术治疗急性肩锁关节脱位63例患者的临床资料,带袢钢板组31例采用双Endobutton带袢钢板联合肩锁韧带修补术,锁骨钩钢板组32例采用锁骨钩钢板治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、肩部功能Constant-Murley评分(CMS)、肩上举活动度(range of motion,ROM)等相关指标。结果:两组患者术中出血量、住院时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),锁骨钩钢板组手术时间较带袢钢板组短,两组患者术后1 d及术后1年VAS评分均较术前显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1 d及术后1年,带袢钢板组VAS评分显著低于锁骨钩钢板组,CMS、肩上举ROM均显著高于锁骨钩钢板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双Endobutton带袢钢板联合肩锁韧带修补术相较于锁骨钩钢板治疗急性肩锁关节脱位,具有缓解术后疼痛、改善肩关节功能、并发症少的优点。

Multi-Plate Microbial Monitoring Terminal Based on Raspberry Pi 4B
