The construction of C-N bonds is of great importance in the fields of biology,medicine,chemistry and materials ***,the replacement of organic base from pyridine to piperidine in the Knoevenagel condensation process unexpectedly yields a series of novel organic molecules containing C-N ***,the synthesis method does not require any external transition-metals catalysis,and photo-/***,when the new compound 1b is added as a third component to a well-known binary system of PM6:Y6,the efficiency of the organic solar cell is significantly improved,resulting in an outstanding efficiency of 18.0%,which is one of the highest values reported to date for PM6:Y6-based ternary organic solar cells.

Chelation of 188Re to compounds such as MAG3 will further reduce the radiation dose to the patient in case of balloon rupture through the rapid excretion from the body. In order to prepare highly concentrated, carrier free 188Re-MAG3, Sbenzoyl mercaptoacetyltriglycine (S-Bz-MAG3) was synthesized, labeled with carrier free 188Re. The overall yield of S-Bz-MAG3 is higher than those published in theliterature. Dependence of the labeling yield of 1ssRe-MAG3 upon concentrations of reducing agent, pH, reaction time, etc. was examined and optimum conditions were confirmed. The concentration procedure was succeeded with Sep-Pak C18 cartridge to obtain highly concentrated 1s8Re-MAG3. In the case of optimun conditions, the labeling yield of 188Re-MAG3 was more than 98%. Radiochemical purity of 188ReMAG3 was more than 92. after 2. hour storage at room temperature.

The strength loss mechanism of the phosphate bonded sand mold/core was studied. The morphology and composition of phosphate membrane on the surface of sands was analyzed with electron probe X-ray microanalyzer. Results show that magnesium causes cracks in cured phosphate membrane and results in the decrease of sand molds/cores strength. However, the addition of magne-sium significantly enhanced hygroscopy resistance of phosphate membrane. In addition, the phosphate binder added with the magnesium modifier has more rapid hardening reaction speed compared that without or with low magnesium binder. It can be concluded that the phosphate binder with the addition of magnesium modifier is favorably used in high humid and cold circumstance.

The synovium,a thin layer of tissue that is adjacent to the joints and secretes synovial fluid,undergoes changes in aging that contribute to intense shoulder pain and other joint ***,the mechanism underlying human synovial aging remains poorly ***,we generated a comprehensive transcriptomic profile of synovial cells present in the subacromial synovium from young and aged *** delineating aging-related transcriptomic changes across different cell types and their associated regulatory networks,we identified two subsets of mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)in human synovium,which are lining and sublining MSCs,and found that angiogenesis and fibrosis-associated genes were upregulated whereas genes associated with cell adhesion and cartilage development were downregulated in aged ***,the specific cell-cell communications in aged synovium mirrors that of aging-related inflammation and tissue remodeling,including vascular hyperplasia and tissue *** particular,we identified forkhead box O1(FOXO1)as one of the major regulons for aging differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in synovial MSCs,and validated its downregulation in both lining and sublining MSC populations of the aged *** human FOXO1-depleted MSCs derived from human embryonic stem cells,we recapitulated the senescent phenotype observed in the subacromial synovium of aged *** data indicate an important role of FOXO1 in the regulation of human synovial ***,our study improves our understanding of synovial aging during joint degeneration,thereby informing the development of novel intervention strategies aimed at rejuvenating the aged joint.

H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza virus was first detected in a goose in Guangdong Province of china in 1996. Multiple genotypes of H5N1 viruses have been identified from apparently healthy waterfowl since 1999. In the years 2.04-2.08, over 100 outbreaks in domestic poultry occurred in 2. provinces and caused severe economic damage to the poultry industry in china. Beginning from 2.04, a culling plus vaccination strategy has been implemented for the control of epidemics. Since then, over 3542.000 poultry have been depopulated, and over 55 billion doses of the different vaccines have been used to control the outbreaks. Although it is logistically impossible to vaccinate every single bird in china due to the large poultry population and the complicated rearing styles, there is no doubt that the increased vaccination coverage has resulted in decreased disease epidemic and environmental virus loading. The experience in china suggests that vaccination has played an important role in the protection of poultry from H5N1 virus infection, the reduction of virus load in the environment, and the prevention of H5N1 virus transmission from poultry to humans.
