Iterative selection algorithm for service composition in distributed environments

In service oriented architecture （SOA）, service composition is a promising way to create new services. However, some technical challenges are hindering the application of service composition. One of the greatest challenges for composite service provider is to select a set of services to instantiate composite service with end- to-end quality of service （QoS） assurance across different autonomous networks and business regions. This paper presents an iterative service selection algorithm for quality driven service composition. The algorithm runs on a peer-to-peer （P2P） service execution environment--distributed intelligent service execution （DISE）, which provides scalable QoS registry, dynamic service selection and service execution services. The most significant feature of our iterative service selection algorithm is that it can work on a centralized QoS registry as well as cross decentralized ones. Network status is an optional factor in our QoS model and selection algorithm. The algorithm iteratively selects services following service execution order, so it can be applied either before service execution or at service run-time without any modification. We test our algorithm with a series of experiments on DISE. Experimental results illustrated its excellent selection and outstanding performance.

Ex vivo tissue culture of the human corpus cavernosum(cc)can be used to explore the tissue structural changes and complex signaling *** present,artificial Cc-like tissues based on acellular or three-dimensional(3D)-printed scaffolds are used to solve the scarcity of primary penis tissue ***,inconvenience and high costs limit the wide application of such ***,we describe a simple,fast,and economical method of constructing artificial CC-like *** Cc fibroblasts(FBs),endothelial cells(ECs),and smooth muscle cells(SMCs)were expanded in vitro and mixed with Matrigel in specific proportions.A large number of bubbles were formed in the mixture by vortexing combined with pipette blowing,creating a porous,spongy,and spatial *** Cc FBs produced a variety of signaling factors,showed multidirectional differentiation potential,and grew in a 3D grid in Matrigel,which is necessary for CC-like tissue to maintain a porous structure as a cell *** the C-like tissue,ECs covered the surface of the lumen,and SMCs were located inside the trabeculae,similar to the structure of the primary *** cell components remained stable for 3 days in vitro,but the EC content decreased on the 7th ***/integrated(WNT)signaling activation led to lumen atrophy and increased tissue fibrosis in CC-like tissue,inducing the same changes in characteristics as in the primary *** study describes a preparation method for human artificial cC-like tissue that may provide an improved experimental platform for exploring the function and structure of the cC and conducting drug screening for erectile dysfunction therapy.

Formaldehyde is an important carcinogen commonly found *** indoor sources have been intensively *** study on outdoor formaldehyde concentration,which is potentially an important source to indoors,remains *** study attempts to characterize temporal and spatial distribution of the atmospheric formalde-hyde concentration in Chinese *** variation of ambient formaldehyde was examined in 6 cities and peak hours were identified between 12:00 pm and 3:00 ***,outdoor formaldehyde concentrations were measured in the peak hours in 30 cities during the summer months of Jul.-Aug.,*** formaldehyde concentrations in the peak hours fell into a range of 0.005-0.087 mg/m^(3)(median value is 0.027 mg/m^(3)),87.7%of which have exceeded the chronic reference exposure criteria of 0.009 mg/m^(3) set by Office of Environmental Health Hazard *** risk analysis suggests that exposure to ambient formaldehyde could cause a median carcinogenic risk of 1.9×10^(−5)(3.17×10^(−6)-6.13×10^(−5)),higher than threshold limit of 10−*** correlation analysis of the 30 cities shows that ambient summertime atmospheric formaldehyde concentrations of the city are positively correlated with its Gross Domestic Product(r=0.48).We also found that the outdoor formaldehyde concentrations in urban areas(median:0.017 mg/m^(3))is slightly higher than those in suburban areas(median:0.013 mg/m^(3)).Results here prove that outdoor formaldehyde is ubiquitous in Chinese cities and reduces effectiveness of ventilation in dilution indoor *** it would underestimate air cleaner capacity needed by a factor of about *** should be accounted for in health analysis and air quality engineering control design of built environment in the future.

Studies have found a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and chronic kidney disease(CKD)risk,but limited research evaluated the association of reallocating excessive sleep to other behavior with *** included 104538 participants from the nationwide cohort of the Risk Evaluation of Cancers in Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A Longitudinal Study,with self-reported time of daily-life *** isotemporal substitution models,we found that substituting 1 h of sleeping with sitting,walking,or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was associated with a lower CKD ***-time physical activity displacement was associated with a greater prevalence reduction than occupational physical activity in working *** stratified analysis,a lower CKD prevalence related to substitution toward physical activity was found in long *** pronounced correlations were observed in long sleepers with diabetes than in those with prediabetes,and they benefited from other behavior substitutions toward a more active *** U-shaped association between sleep duration and CKD prevalence implied the potential effects of insufficient and excessive sleep on the kidneys,in which the pernicious link with oversleep could be reversed by time reallocation to physical *** divergence in the predicted effect on CKD following time reallocation to behavior of different domains and intensities and in subpopulations with diverse metabolic statuses underlined the importance of optimizing sleeping patterns and adjusting integral behavioral composition.

神经病理性疼痛(NP)临床治疗棘手,其表型相似但不同病理阶段病机各异,靶向干预NP不同病理阶段核心调控元件成为近年来药物研发新方向并为NP的救治提供了可能。蒙古族药那如-3(NR-3)临床治疗坐骨神经痛、三叉神经痛等全程皆效,但机制不明。该研究在前期“启动期”研究的基础上,建立小鼠脊神经结扎(SNL)模型并采用行为学检测痛敏阈值变化,结合网络分析、Western blot、免疫荧光、EliSA检测、激动剂/拮抗剂等探讨NR-3治疗NP“维持期”的药效机制。结果显示,NR-3可以提高“维持期”SNL小鼠机械痛敏与热痛敏阈值而对正常小鼠基础痛阈无明显影响。实验进一步以背根神经节(DRG)、病变脊髓节段为研究对象发现NR-3对NP“维持期”发挥镇痛作用机制可能与其破坏DRG、脊髓星形胶质细胞的基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)/白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)炎症通路相关。相关研究丰富了NR-3治疗NP“维持期”的生物学内涵,并为其临床合理用药提供了参考。

The change in the relative phase between two light fields serves as a basic principle for the measurement of the physical quantity that guides this *** would therefore be highly advantageous if the relative phase could be amplified to enhance the measurement *** well-known method for phase amplification involves the use of the multi-photon number and path-entangled state known as the NOON state;however,a high-number NOON state is very diffcult to prepare and is highly sensitive to optical *** we propose and experimentally demonstrate in principle a phase amplifer scheme with the assistance of a harmonic generation *** relative phase difference between two polarization modes in a polarized interferometer is amplified coherently four times with cascaded second-harmonic generation *** demonstrate that these amplification processes can be recycled and therefore have the potential to realize much higher numbers of multiple amplification *** phase amplification method presented here shows considerable advantages over the method based on NOON states and willbe highly promising for use in precision optical measurements.

The complete and incomplete fusion cross section as well as one-neutron stripping process of ^(6)li+^(94)Zr system were measured at the energies around the Coulomb barrier by onlineγ-ray *** addition to a 30%suppression factor when compared with the measured total fusion process,the complete fusion cross section in ^(6)li+^(94)Zr system was observed to be significantly lower than those in the nearby ^(6)li+^(90,96)Zr *** new experimental result implies that the coupling with breakup channel in the ^(6)li-induced fusion processes can be affected by the inner structure of the target,which is still not clear in any available model *** the one-neutron stripping process,the direct production cross sections for each level in 95Zr were extracted and compared with the coupled reaction channel calculation,offering a unique opportunity to examine the single-particle nature of the produced excited *** the fact that an overall overestimation of the production cross section for 954-keV and1618-keV levels was observed in the comparison,further investigation is highly demanded in order to understand the full reaction mechanism for the one-neutron stripping process induced by ^(6)li.

综合评估数据异构的服务质量(QoS)从而选择出全局最优的执行计划是语义Web服务组合研究中的难题之一.提出一种基于模糊多属性决策理论的语义Web服务组合的优化选择算法(FuMuCom)以解决上述难题.该算法能够评价以实数、区间数和语言型数据描述的QoS信息,从而进行综合决策.FuMuCom包括3个步骤:语言型数据的去模糊化、异构决策矩阵的标准化和QoS综合评估.同时还介绍了一个可扩展的本体用来描述异构的QoS数据;同时,从本体进化的角度介绍了一种异构QoS的聚合算法.最后,通过对真实的服务质量数据进行实验,验证了该算法的优越性和有效性.

精神分裂症的核心症状包括阳性症状、阴性症状和认知障碍,是导致患者残疾和预期寿命减少的主要原因,严重损害社会功能和生活质量。音乐疗法作为一种新兴的非药物治疗方式,与药物治疗和物理治疗等常规治疗手段相比,具有成本低、副作用少以及依从性高等优势,应用前景乐观。已有研究表明,音乐疗法可以改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和认知障碍,但作用机制尚未明确,可能涉及提高大脑皮质之间的功能连接强度、改善神经递质和炎症因子水平等方面的影响。目前,音乐疗法治疗精神分裂症核心症状的相关研究领域仍存在空白,缺乏高质量研究,未来还需要更多前瞻性、大规模研究来进一步探索音乐疗法的效果和机制。本文通过梳理、总结音乐疗法治疗精神分裂症核心症状的相关研究结果,讨论未来发展方向,以期为音乐疗法在精神分裂症研究领域深入开展提供依据。
