Moisture-enabled electricity(ME)is a method of converting the potential energy of water in the external environment into electrical energy through the interaction of functional materials with water molecules and can be directly applied to energy harvesting and signal ***,ME can be unreliable in numerous applications due to its sluggish response to moisture,thus sacrificing the value of fast energy harvesting and highly accurate infor.ation ***,by constructing a moisture-electric-moisture-sensitive(ME-MS)heterostructure,we develop an efficient ME generator with ultra-fast electric response to moisture achieved by triggering Grotthuss protons hopping in the sensitized ZnO,which modulates the heterostructure built-in interfacial potential,enables quick response(0.435 s),an unprecedented ultra-fast response rate of 972.4 mV s^(−1),and a durable electrical signal output for 8 h without any *** research provides an efficient way to generate electricity and important insight for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of moisture-generated carrier migration in ME generator,which has a more comprehensive working scene and can serve as a typical model for human health monitoring and smart medical electronics design.

In recent years,computing art has developed rapidly with the in-depth cross study of artificial intelligence generated con-tent(AIGC)and the main features of ***-visual content generation has gradually been applied to various practical tasks,including video or game score,assisting artists in creation,art education and other aspects,which demonstrates a broad application *** this paper,we introduce innovative achievements in audio-visual content generation from the perspective of visual art genera-tion and auditory art generation based on artificial intelligence(Al).We outline the development tendency of image and music datasets,visual and auditory content modelling,and related automatic generation *** objective and subjective evaluation of generated samples plays an important role in the measurement of algorithm *** provide a cogeneration mechanism of audio-visual content in multimodal tasks from image to music and display the construction of specific stylized *** are still many new op-portunities and challenges in the field of audio-visual synesthesia generation,and we provide a comprehensive discussion on them.

Kagome magnets with diverse topological quantum responses are crucial for next-generation topological *** anisotropic magnetism and band evolution induced by ferromagnetic phase transition(FMPT)is reported in a newly discovered titanium-based kagome ferromagnet Sm Ti3Bi4,which features a distorted Ti kagome lattice and Sm atomic zig-zag ***-dependent resistivity,heat capacity,and magnetic susceptibility reveal a ferromagnetic ordering temperature Tc of23.2 K.A large magnetic anisotropy,observed by applying the magnetic field along three crystallographic axes,identifies the b axis as the easy ***-resolved photoemission spectroscopy with first-principles calculations unveils the characteristic kagome motif,including the Dirac point at the Fermi level and multiple van Hove ***,a band splitting and gap closing attributed to FMPT is observed,originating from the exchange coupling between Sm 4 f local moments and itinerant electrons of the kagome Ti atoms,as well as the time-reversal symmetry breaking induced by the long-range ferromagnetic *** the large in-plane magnetization and the evolution of electronic structure under the influence of ferromagnetic ordering,such materials promise to be a new platform for exploring the intricate electronic properties and magnetic phases based on the kagome lattice.

Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),a complex structure with high toxicity,is a common organic *** study investigated the effects of fresh biochar(FBC),and freeze-thaw cycled aged biochar(FTC-BC)on DEHP-contaminated soils using a pot *** specific surface area of FBC increased from 145.20 to 303.50 m~2/g,and oxygen-containing functional groups increased from 1.26 to 1.48 mol/g after freeze-thaw cycles,greatly enhancing the adsorption of DEHP by biochar in the *** comprehensive radar chart evaluation showed that FBC and FTC-BC reduced DEHP growth stress and improved the soil *** with FBC,FTC-BC performed better in protecting the normal growth of pakchoi and improving soil *** addition,the application of biochar increased the diversity and abundance of bacteria in the DEHP-contaminated soil and changed the composition of the soil bacterial *** partial least squares path model(PLS-PM)showed that adding biochar as a soil remediation agent significantly positively impacted soil nutrients and indirectly reduced the DEHP levels in soil and plants by increasing soil microbial *** with FBC,FTC-BC creates a more satisfactory living environment for microorganisms and has a better effect on the degradation of DEHP in the *** study provides a theoretical basis for future biochar remediation of DEHP-contaminated soils in cold high-latitude regions.

Based on the two-phase model (Eulerian-Eulerian model), the three dimensional fluid flow in water and that liquid steel systems stirred by one or two multiple gas jets are simulated. In the Eulerian-Eulerian two-phase model, the gas and the liquid phase are considered to be two different continuous fluids interacting with each other through the finite inter-phase areas. The exchange between the phases is represented by source terms in conversation equations. Turbulence is assumed to be a property of the liquid phase. A new turbulence modification - model is introduced to consider the bubbles movement contribution to and . The dispersion of phases due to turbulence is represented by introducing a diffusion term in mass conservation equation. The mathematical simulation agrees well with the experiment results. The study results indicate that the distance of two nozzles has big effect on fluid flow behavior in the vessel. Using two gas injection nozzles at the half radii of one diameter of the bottom generates a much better mixing than with one nozzle under the condition of the same total gas flow rate.

Impaired brain glucose metabolism is an early indicator of Alzheimer’s disease(AD);however,the fundamental mechanism is *** this study,we found a substantial decline in isocitrate dehydrogenase 3β(IDH3β)levels,a critical tricarboxylic acid cycle enzyme,in AD patients and AD-transgenic mice’s *** investigations demonstrated that the knockdown of IDH3βinduced oxidation-phosphorylation uncoupling,leading to reduced energy metabolism and lactate *** resulting increased lactate,a source of lactyl,was found to promote histone lactylation,thereby enhancing the expression of paired-box gene 6(PAX6).As an inhibitory transcription factor of IDH3β,the elevated PAX6 in turn inhibited the expression of IDH3β,leading to tau hyperphosphorylation,synapse impairment,and learning and memory deficits resembling those seen in *** AD-transgenic mice,upregulating IDH3βand downregulating PAX6 were found to improve cognitive functioning and reverse AD-like ***,our data suggest that impaired oxidative phosphorylation accelerates AD progression via a positive feedback inhibition loop of IDH3β-lactate-PAX6-IDH3β.Breaking this loop by upregulating IDH3βor downregulating PAX6 attenuates AD neurodegeneration and cognitive impairments.

p53 is mutated in half of cancer ***,no p53-targeting drugs have been ***,we reposition decitabine for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),a subtype with frequent p53 mutations and extremely poor *** a retrospective study on tissue microarrays with 132 TNBC cases,DNMT1 overexpression was associated with p53 mutations(P=0.037)and poor overall survival(OS)(P=0.010).In a prospective DEciTabinE and Carboplatin in TNBC(DETECT)trial(NCT03295552),decitabine with carboplatin produced an objective response rate(ORR)of 42%in 12 patients with stage IV *** the 9 trialed patients with available TP53 sequencing results,the 6 patients with p53 mutations had higher ORR(3/6 vs.0/3)and better OS(16.0 vs.4.0 months)than the patients with wild-type *** a mechanistic study,isogenic TNBC cell lines harboring DETECT-derived p53 mutations exhibited higher DNMT1 expression and decitabine sensitivity than the cell line with wild-type *** the DETECT trial,decitabine induced strong immune responses featuring the striking upregulation of the innate immune player IRF7 in the p53-mutated TNBC cell line(upregulation by 16-fold)and the most responsive patient with *** integrative studies reveal the potential of repurposing decitabine for the treatment of p53-mutated TNBC and suggest IRF7 as a potential biomarker for decitabine-based treatments.
