HIF-1αpromotes virus replication and cytokine storm in H1N1 virus-induced severe pneumonia through cellular metabolic reprogramming

The mortality of patients with severe pneumonia caused by H1N1 infection is closely related to viral replication and cytokine ***,the specific mechanisms triggering virus replication and cytokine storm are still not fully ***,we identified hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)as one of the major host molecules that facilitates H1N1 virus replication followed by cytokine storm in alveolar epithelial ***,HIF-1αprotein expression is upregulated after H1N1 *** of HIF-1αattenuates pulmonary injury,viral replication and cytokine storm in *** addition,viral replication and cytokine storm were inhibited after HIF-1αknockdown in ***,the invasion of H1N1 virus into alveolar epithelial cells leads to a shift in glucose metabolism to glycolysis,with rapid production of ATP and *** of glycolysis significantly suppresses viral replication and inflammatory *** analysis revealed that H1N1-induced HIF-1αcan promote the expression of hexokinase 2(HK2),the key enzyme of glycolysis,and then not only provide energy for the rapid replication of H1N1 virus but also produce lactate,which reduces the accumulation of the MAVS/RIG-I complex and inhibits IFN-α/β*** conclusion,this study demonstrated that the upregulation of HIF-1αby H1N1 infection augments viral replication and cytokine storm by cellular metabolic reprogramming toward glycolysis mainly through upregulation of HK2,providing a theoretical basis for finding potential targets for the treatment of severe pneumonia caused by H1N1 infection.

Global Optimization for Heilbronn Problem of Convex Polygons Based on Bilinear Matrix Inequalities Solving

This paper primarily focuses on solving the Heilbronn problem of convex polygons,which involves minimizing the area of a convex polygon P1P2···P_n while satisfying the condition that the areas of all triangles formed by consecutive vertices are equal to 1/*** problem is reformulated as a polynomial optimization problem with a bilinear objective function and bilinear constraints.A new method is presented to verify the upper and lower bounds for the optimization *** upper bound is obtained by the affine regular *** Bilinear Matrix Inequalities （BMI） theory and the branch-and-bound technique are used to verify the lower bound of the *** paper concludes by proving that the lower bound for the area minimization problem of a convex polygon with10 vertices is *** relative error compared to the global optimum is 0.104%.

Reachable Set Estimation and Safety Verification of Nonlinear Systems via Iterative Sums of Squares Programming

In this paper,the problems of forward reachable set estimation and safety verification of uncertain nonlinear systems with polynomial dynamics are ***,an iterative sums of squares(SOS)programming approach is developed for reachable set *** characterizes the over-approximations of the forward reachable sets by sub-level sets of time-varying Lyapunovlike functions that satisfy an invariance condition,and formulates the problem of searching for the Lyapunov-like functions as a bilinear SOS program,which can be solved via an iterative *** make the over-approximation tight,the proposed approach seeks to minimize the volume of the overapproximation set with a desired ***,the reachable set estimation approach is extended for safety verification,via explicitly encoding the safety constraint such that the Lyapunov-like functions guarantee both reaching and *** efficiency of the presented method is illustrated by some numerical examples.

Resultant Elimination via Implicit Equation Interpolation

It is well known that resultant elimination is an effective method of solving multivariate polynomial equations. In this paper, instead of computing the target resultants via variable by variable elimination, the authors combine multivariate implicit equation interpolation and multivariate resultant elimination to compute the reduced resultants, in which the technique of multivariate implicit equation interpolation is achieved by some high probability algorithms on multivariate polynomial interpolation and univariate rational function interpolation. As an application of resultant elimination, the authors illustrate the proposed algorithm on three well-known unsolved combinatorial geometric optimization problems. The experiments show that the proposed approach of resultant elimination is more efficient than some existing resultant elimination methods on these difficult problems.

目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的血液指标危险因素。方法回顾性选取2013年9月—2017年9月北京市中国人民解放军总医院收治的3000例确诊为2型糖尿病患者的临床资料。根据糖尿病患者是否并发视网膜病变分为两组,即糖尿病未并发视网膜病变(Non-diabetic Retinopathy,NDR)组和糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)组,各1500例,比较两组糖尿病患者血液指标差异性的基础上,采用二元Logistic回归模型分析糖尿病视网膜病变血液指标危险因素。结果NDR组与DR组血糖、血脂、肾功能、肝功能及其他血液相关指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、血红蛋白、谷草转氨酶降低是DR的独立保护因素(P均<0.05)。糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白、血尿素、血清尿素升高是DR的独立危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论在临床实践中将空腹血糖、血红蛋白、谷草转氨酶、糖化血红蛋白、血尿素、血清尿素作为快速识别和筛查糖尿病患者并发视网膜病变风险的血液指标,有针对性地对糖尿病视网膜病变风险进行早期干预,减少糖尿病视网膜病变的发生。

目的调查研究社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为的影响因素,探讨促进社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为的路径。方法采取方便抽样的方式,自制调查问卷,在贵阳市下辖的南明区、云岩区、花溪区和观山湖区开展调查,收集社区居民互联网医疗服务使用情况的相关数据,运用SPSS 26.0进行描述统计分析、卡方检验、单因素方差分析、多元线性回归分析。结果被调查社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为均分为2.36(满分5分),使用频率偏低;性别、互联网医疗服务了解程度、互联网医药服务使用行为、互联网医保服务使用行为、隐私泄露风险感知、质量安全风险感知、健康损害风险感知、医疗纠纷风险感知对社区居民互联网医疗服务使用行为的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开发定制化的健康管理服务,提高互联网医疗服务质量和用户满意度;加大互联网医疗服务宣传与引导,提高社区居民互联网医疗服务知晓率;加快互联网医疗服务与互联网医保、互联网医药对接,健全“互联网+医疗健康”服务体系;加强互联网医疗服务监督管理,降低社区居民互联网医疗服务使用风险。

Proving total correctness and generating preconditions for loop programs via symbolic-numeric computation methods

We present a symbolic-numeric hybrid method, based on sum-of-squares （SOS） relaxation and rational vec- tor recovery, to compute inequality invariants and ranking functions for proving total correctness and generating pre- conditions for programs. The SOS relaxation method is used to compute approximate invariants and approximate rank- ing functions with floating point coefficients. Then Gauss- Newton refinement and rational vector recovery are applied to approximate polynomials to obtain candidate polynomials with rational coefficients, which exactly satisfy the conditions of invariants and ranking functions. In the end, several exam- ples are given to show the effectiveness of our method.
