Enhancing Multi-agent Coordination via Dual-channel Consensus

Successful coordination in multi-agent systems requires agents to achieve consensus.Previous works propose methods through information sharing,such as explicit information sharing via communication protocols or exchanging information implicitly via behavior prediction.However,these methods may fail in the absence of communication channels or due to biased modeling.In this work,we propose to develop dual-channel consensus(DuCC)via contrastive representation learning for fully cooperative multi-agent systems,which does not need explicit communication and avoids biased modeling.DuCC comprises two types of consensus:temporally extended consensus within each agent(inner-agent consensus)and mutual consensus across agents(inter-agent consensus).To achieve DuCC,we design two objectives to learn representations of slow environmental features for inner-agent consensus and to realize cognitive consistency as inter-agent consensus.Our DuCC is highly general and can be flexibly combined with various MARL algorithms.The extensive experiments on StarCraft multi-agent challenge and Google research football demonstrate that our method efficiently reaches consensus and performs superiorly to state-of-the-art MARL algorithms.

Luminescent open-shell organic radicals have recently been regarded as one of the most potential materials in organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs).Herein,we have synthesized two new organic radicals,namely tris{4-[4-(tert-butyl)phenoxy]-2,6-dichlorophenyl}methane radical(TTM-O)and tris(4-{[4-(tert-butyl)-phenyl]thio}-2,6-dichlorophenyl)methane radical(TTM-S),by the substitution of chalcogen atom elements at the para position of conventional tris(2,4,6-trichlorophenyl)methyl(TTM)radical moiety.Interestingly,both TTM-O and TTM-S exhibited significantly enhanced photostability compared with the unsubstituted TTM radical parent.Moreover,the chalcogen atom also had a crucial impact on the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of the radicals,i.e.,the PLQY of TTM-S was greatly enhanced compared to TTM radical while TTM-O was nearly non-emissive.Particularly,TTM-S showed intense PLQY of 37.54%and 185-fold longer photostability than that in cyclohexane solution of TTM.

Owing to the function of manipulating light absorption distribution,tandem organic solar cells containing multiple sub-cells exhibit high power conversion efficiencies.However,there is a substantial challenge in precisely controlling the inter-subcells carrier migration which determines the balance of charge transport across the entire device.The conductivity of"nanowires"-like conducting channel in interconnecting layer between sub-cells should be improved which calls for fine engineering on the morphology of polyelectrolyte in interconnecting layer.Here,we develop a simple method to effectively manipulating the domains of conductive components in commercially available polyelectrolyte PEDOT:PSs.The use of poor solvent could effectively modify the configuration of polystyrene sulfonic acid and thus the space for conductive components.Based on our strategy,the insulated shells wrapping conductive domains are thinned and the efficiencies of tandem organic solar cells are improved.We believe our method might provide guidance for the manufacture of tandem organic solar cells.

Defect-modulated synthesis and optoelectronic properties in chemical vapor deposited CsPbBr_(3) microplates

The remarkable optoelectronic features of halide perovskite promote their potential applications in semiconductor devices beyond solar cells,which require high-quality single crystals with controlled defect levels.Herein,we investigated the synthesis mechanism of chemical vapor deposited single-crystalline all-inorganic perovskite microplates(MPs),and reported a defect-modulated photocurrent which is closely related to the growth sequence of the MPs.The MP synthesis initiates from island-like nano-disks,and subsequently transits to a layer-by-layer fashion,resulting in a defect-rich area at the center of the MPs.At elevated temperatures,these central defects may be thermally activated and become highly mobile,leading to photoluminescence quenching and degression of local and overall optoelectronic attributes,as evidenced by the spatial resolved optical and electrical scanning probe microscopy.Overall,this work shines light on the formation,proliferation and dynamics of defects in perovskites,and offers guidance for preparation of high-quality perovskites micro-crystals for functional semiconductor devices with high temperature stability.

Quantitative Method of Classification and Discrimination of a Porous Carbonate Reservoir Integrating K-means Clustering and Bayesian Theory

Reservoir classification is a key link in reservoir evaluation.However,traditional manual means are inefficient,subjective,and classification standards are not uniform.Therefore,taking the Mishrif Formation of the Western Iraq as an example,a new reservoir classification and discrimination method is established by using the K-means clustering method and the Bayesian discrimination method.These methods are applied to non-cored wells to calculate the discrimination accuracy of the reservoir type,and thus the main reasons for low accuracy of reservoir discrimination are clarified.The results show that the discrimination accuracy of reservoir type based on K-means clustering and Bayesian stepwise discrimination is strongly related to the accuracy of the core data.The discrimination accuracy rate of TypeⅠ,TypeⅡ,and TypeⅤreservoirs is found to be significantly higher than that of TypeⅢand TypeⅣreservoirs using the method of combining K-means clustering and Bayesian theory based on logging data.Although the recognition accuracy of the new methodology for the TypeⅣreservoir is low,with average accuracy the new method has reached more than 82%in the entire study area,which lays a good foundation for rapid and accurate discrimination of reservoir types and the fine evaluation of a reservoir.

Based on reviews and summaries of the naming schemes of fine-grained sedimentary rocks, and analysis of characteristics of fine-grained sedimentary rocks, the problems existing in the classification and naming of fine-grained sedimentary rocks are discussed. On this basis, following the principle of three-level nomenclature, a new scheme of rock classification and naming for fine-grained sedimentary rocks is determined from two perspectives: First, fine-grained sedimentary rocks are divided into 12 types in two major categories, mudstone and siltstone, according to particle size(sand, silt and mud). Second,fine-grained sedimentary rocks are divided into 18 types in four categories, carbonate rock, fine-grained felsic sedimentary rock,clay rock and mixed fine-grained sedimentary rock according to mineral composition(carbonate minerals, felsic detrital minerals and clay minerals as three end elements). Considering the importance of organic matter in unconventional oil and gas generation and evaluation, organic matter is taken as the fourth element in the scheme. Taking the organic matter contents of 0.5% and 2% as dividing points, fine grained sedimentary rocks are divided into three categories, organic-poor, organic-bearing,and organic-rich ones. The new scheme meets the requirement of unconventional oil and gas exploration and development today and solves the problem of conceptual confusion in fine-grained sedimentary rocks, providing a unified basic term system for the research of fine-grained sedimentology.

Using literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of sports public services in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle.The results show that there are some problems in Chengdu-Chongqing sports public services,such as big difference in the development level of supply between urban and rural areas,low supply level,low efficiency,supply mechanism defect,lack of social sports instructors,an outstanding contradiction between the quality of sports public service and residents’demand.To address the problems,government departments should accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve the relevant regulations and systems,increase the investment in sports public services,improve the quality of supply,cultivate the backbone team,integrate resources,and combine the national characteristics with regional characteristics,take into account the personalized needs of the residents,combine the sports public services with intelligence,and build the service system of“Internet+Fitness.”

Specification of Main Stations for ±800 Equipment in Converter kV UHVDC Projects

Up to now, ± 800 kV ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC) systems have the highest voltage level among existing DC systems in the world,thus the specification of the main equipments in the system's converter stations should be set carefully. Taking the system design and consultation of the Jinping-Sunan ± 800 kV UHVDC transmission project as an example, its specification of main equipments and key system technical parameters are presented and studied. The method of selecting parameters of station main equipment and the simulation result of system study are presented, in order to make a general description of ± 800 kV UHVDC co-system studies,such as system single line diagram (SLD) insulation margin, overload capability,transformer parameter, valve short current stress, and DC breaker study. As a result of the studies above, the surge arrester configuration of UHVDC system, insulation margin, overload capability, electrical design of valve and transformer had been given out in this paper. These specifications gave support to the development of equipment and construction of the project, and generalize experiences for future UHVDC project designs.

在全球科技与工业飞速发展的背景下,对稀有金属的需求日益增长,使得其研究显得尤为重要。青藏高原南部地区地热资源丰富,地热水中稀有金属富集,为研究地热系统中稀有金属的来源和成因提供了独特的研究平台。本研究专注于青藏高原南部地热系统中稀有金属元素特征,特别是Li、Rb、Cs等元素极度富集的现象。该现象已经引起了地质学界的广泛关注,但目前还缺乏一个全面的成因模型来阐明这些稀有金属的来源及其富集机制。因此,本文选择了位于亚东-谷露裂谷中段的羊易热泉及其周边岩浆岩作为研究对象,探究羊易热泉水化学特征,厘定羊易地区不同时代岩浆岩源区组成和演化特征,并揭示藏南温泉成因模式与稀有金属富集的关系。通过对羊易热泉的水化学及其周围岩浆岩的岩石地球化学分析,本研究得出了以下认识:(1)羊易热泉中稀有金属元素含量极度富集,且Cs含量高于Rb含量;(2)对羊易地区不同时代岩浆岩的Sr-Nd同位素分析显示,随着时间的推移,岩浆源区的同位素组成趋向富集,这暗示了印度古老大陆物质的贡献在逐渐增加;(3)热泉中Sr元素可能主要来自于水岩相互作用,而Li、Rb、Cs等元素更多源于高演化岩浆流体的贡献;(4)稀有金属元素最初在印度大陆地壳部分熔融形成的长英质岩浆中富集,随着岩浆演化,其流体进一步富集了这些元素,这是藏南温泉稀有金属富集的关键因素。本研究确定藏南温泉中Li、Rb、Cs等稀有金属元素主要来源于岩浆流体的注入,并建立起藏南温泉成因模式与稀有金属富集之间的关系。这不仅提供了对藏南地区温泉稀有金属富集现象的新见解,同时也为理解全球其他地区地热系统中稀有金属的富集机制提供了重要参考。
