Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most prevalent joint disease and icariin is a promising drug for its ***,the clinical use of icariin is hindered by poor water solubility,low bioavailability,and nonspecific release and biological ***,sulfonated azocalix[4]arene(SAC4A)with enhanced water solubility,recognition capacity,and designed responsiveness was used to improve the efficiency of icariin for OA ***4A,a macrocycle with well-defined molecular weight and structure,could encapsulate and enhance water solubility of various *** addition,SAC4A enables hypoxia-responsive release of loaded *** with icariin treatment,supramolecular complex icariin@SAC4A significantly relieved OA symptoms of rats,including more regular bone morphology and structure,and lower degree of cartilage ***,the supramolecular formulation demonstrated various advantages,including easy preparation,hypoxia-triggered release,and small size that conducive to drug penetration.

The vehicle-road coupling dynamics problem is a prominent issue in transportation, drawing significant attention in recent years. These dynamic equations are characterized by high-dimensionality, coupling, and time-varying dynamics, making the exact solutions challenging to obtain. As a result, numerical integration methods are typically employed. However, conventional methods often suffer from low computational efficiency. To address this, this paper explores the application of the parameter freezing precise exponential integrator to vehicle-road coupling models. The model accounts for road roughness irregularities, incorporating all terms unrelated to the linear part into the algorithm’s inhomogeneous vector. The general construction process of the algorithm is detailed. The validity of numerical results is verified through approximate analytical solutions (AASs), and the advantages of this method over traditional numerical integration methods are demonstrated. Multiple parameter freezing precise exponential integrator schemes are constructed based on the Runge-Kutta framework, with the fourth-order four-stage scheme identified as the optimal one. The study indicates that this method can quickly and accurately capture the dynamic system’s vibration response, offering a new, efficient approach for numerical studies of high-dimensional vehicle-road coupling systems.

An online subsection cooling method for hot rolling silicon steel was designed to achieve local adjustment of transverse roll ***,it was able to meet the requirements of edge drop of the strip by using the features of online thermal ***,after the new subsection spray beam was installed at the exit of mill,the special local cooling rules were analyzed for altering the thermal crown of roll according to rolling process ***,the dynamic impact of subsection cooling on the local thermal crown could just be obtained according to the measured ***,the heat transfer coefficient was determined by different subsection cooling curves under varied rolling ***,the rolling rhythm and variable conditions were important dynamic factors of transient roll temperature in practical rolling ***,real-time calculation and presetting of the thermal crown were carried out to maximize special requirements of load roll gap on local strip *** this new method,the transient temperature and the thermal crown of roll could be quantitatively controlled *** the practical results showed that the predicted temperature was able to match the measured value by more than 95%.Meanwhile,the adjustable range of thermal crown increased by more than 2.5 ***,the qualification rate of strip edge crown has increased from the original 30%to over 70%.

Hair coloring has emerged as an integral part of the cosmetic industry,particularly in response to the increasing global aging *** natural melanin analog,polydopamine(PDA),has garnered considerable attention as an eco-friendly hair dye,and several kinds of polymerization ways of dopamine(DA)have been proposed including alkali catalysis,metal ion catalysis,strong oxidants,and enzyme-mediated oxidation reactions and *** the controllability of polymerization and potential toxicity of involved metal ions are still in *** by the photoprotective mechanism in human skin,we have developed the melanin-inspired hair dyeing strategy that allowed for the in situ oxidative polymerization of DA under ultraviolet(UV)*** polymerization was triggered by photobase generators(PBGs),a class of compounds that produced organic bases upon UV and sunlight *** resulting hair showed an adjustable color from light brown to black by tuning the ratio of DA and PBG(DA@PBG),the concentration of DA,and light exposure *** dyed hairs showed excellent washing resistance and superior anti-static ***,Hair Color Spray DA@PBG also demonstrated a desirable hair dyeing effect and excellent biosecurity by simply spraying it on the hair under *** novel sunlight-induced method provided a new direction towards the preparation of natural hair dyes and could promote the development of green and safe hair dyes in colorful and brilliant artistic-grade hair coloring.

To mitigate the challenges in managing the damage level of reinforced concrete(RC)pier columns subjected to cyclic reverse loading,this study conducted a series of cyclic reverse tests on RC pier *** analyzing the outcomes of destructive testing on various specimens and fine-tuning the results with the aid of the IMK(Ibarra Medina Krawinkler)recovery model,the energy dissipation capacity coefficient of the pier columns were able to be ***,utilizing the calibrated damage model parameters,the damage index for each specimen were *** on the obtained damage levels,three distinct pre-damage conditions were designed for the pier columns:minor damage,moderate damage,and severe *** study then predicted the variations in hysteresis curves and damage indices under cyclic loading *** experimental findings reveal that the displacement at the top of the pier columns can serve as a reliable indicator for controlling the damage level of pier columns ***,the calibrated damage index model exhibits proficiency in accurately predicting the damage level of RC pier columns under cyclic loading.

利用力学性能测量和透射电镜观察等手段对轨道交通车辆大型材用7005铝合金热处理特性进行研究。结果表明:该合金在线挤压淬火后于105℃时效时,随着时效的进行,开始阶段硬度上升很快,时效8h后,硬度(HB)达100HB;时效50h后,硬度(HB)可达125HB以上;此后随着时效时间的延长硬度上升缓慢,时效200h后,硬度仍未达到峰值;经(105℃,8h)+(155℃,8h)双级时效后,σb=395MPa,σ0.2=330MPa,δ=12%,硬度为117HB。合金在较高温度(155℃和180℃)单级时效及双级时效时间过长,均引起析出相粒子明显长大、粗化,导致合金强度降低。

ChatGPT is a powerful artificial intelligence(AI)language model that has demonstrated significant improvements in various natural language processing(NLP) tasks. However, like any technology, it presents potential security risks that need to be carefully evaluated and addressed. In this survey, we provide an overview of the current state of research on security of using ChatGPT, with aspects of bias, disinformation, ethics, misuse,attacks and privacy. We review and discuss the literature on these topics and highlight open research questions and future *** this survey, we aim to contribute to the academic discourse on AI security, enriching the understanding of potential risks and mitigations. We anticipate that this survey will be valuable for various stakeholders involved in AI development and usage, including AI researchers, developers, policy makers, and end-users.

利用油流法和烟线法相结合的流动显示技术对不同斜掠角和迎角组合下的斜置平板进行了流场显示和和天平测力实验研究。油流显示结果揭示了斜置平板表面分离流动和再附流动的流动特征;烟线显示结果则揭示了斜置平板周围的涡系结构,从而解释了油流显示中所观察到的现象。通过天平测力,我们得到了斜置平板的滚转力矩特性和升力特性。实验结果表明:在小迎角下,随着模型斜掠角度的增加,一条展向发展的涡流动生成于模型的后掠段,该涡流动使滚转力矩保持为相对较小的正值;大迎角下,从斜置平板模型的前掠尖点生成了一股沿展向发展的涡流动,且随着模型斜掠角度的增加,涡流动的影响范围从模型的前掠段扩展到了后掠段,从而使滚转力矩先减小后增大。
