Distribution,Seismic Characteristics and Controlling Factors of Carbonate Platforms on the Northwestern Margin of the South China Sea

Newly-acquired seismic data reveal widespread carbonate deposits covering a large part of the northwestern South China Sea *** carbonate platforms are identified to have developed on the topographic highs inherited from tectonic deformation and volcanic *** the carbonate platforms,the Miocene strata are characterized by high-amplitude seismic reflections and distinct platform architecture that overlaps older *** Guangle and Xisha carbonate platforms grew on faulted blocks due to South China Sea continental rifting,while the Zhongjian carbonate platform developed on a structural high induced by early Miocene *** the late Miocene,partial drowning resulted in the inhibition of platform growth,eventual platform drowning and termination of most carbonate *** drowning of the Guangle and Zhongjian carbonate platforms is shown by the supply of siliciclastic sediments during the late Miocene and seems to be closely linked to late Neogene volcanic activity,whilst the drowning of the Xisha carbonate platform is primarily related to relative eustatic *** results imply that tectonic activity,volcanism and eustasy are the dominant controls on the evolution of carbonate platforms on the northwestern margin of the South China Sea.

Bacterial and fungal necromass in soil showed opposite trends with rice *** contribution of GRSP increased but ASs decreased to SOC with rice *** residues were mainly influenced by living microbial *** residues play an important role in soil organic carbon(SOC)*** fields are important agricultural ecosystems involved in the carbon cycle;however,microbial residues change with rice growth in soil from double-season rice,and the influence of these residues on SOC sequestration is ***,we investigated the microbial residues(amino sugars(AS)and glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP))content and their contribution to SOC during the tillering stage(TS),heading stage(HS),and ripening stage(RS)in both early-and late-season rice in a double-cropping rice-growing area wherein the straw is returned after the earlyseason rice is *** biomass significantly increased from the early-to the *** addition,the content of bacterial residues decreased(7.94%,P=0.008),while the fungal residues increased(8.15%,P<0.001)in the late-season compared with the early-season,suggesting that bacterial residues were recycled more rapidly than fungal *** sugar content and its contribution to SOC decreased from the TS to the RS in the late-season soil,probably because of the nutrient requirements of the rapidly growing *** contribution of GRSP to SOC increased by 10.5%,whereas that of ASs decreased by 4.5%from the early-to the *** soil microbes rather than soil physicochemical properties were the main factors influencing microbial residue *** results of this study provide a theoretical basis from a microbial perspective which will facilitate future efforts to enhance SOC sequestration during paddy field management.

随着气田开发进入中后期,集输工艺由高、中压集气向低压集气转变,随之出现规模化集气站改扩建需求。针对改扩建集气站潜在危险性大、注意事项多、施工环境复杂、参加单位及交叉作业多等问题,通过对改扩集气站的工艺要点、平面布置、安全保护、管材选用及综合布置等多方面注意事项进行归纳总结,提高了设计图纸质量,降低了设计差错率,采用设备橇装化采购,现场进行橇与橇之间组焊连接,提高了气田地面建设水平,加速推进了项目建设进度,减少了危险场所施工人员作业停留时间。同时,提出了规模化集气站改扩建施工安全管理建议,有效地规避风险,对工期及质量起着至关重要的作用,逐步形成气田设计和建设的指导性文件。

High-resolution multichannel seismic data enables the discovery of a previous,undocumented submarine canyon(Huaguang Canyon)in the Qiongdongnan Basin,northwestern South China *** Huaguang Canyon with a NW orientation is 140 km in length,and 2.5 km to 5 km in width in its upper reach and 4.6 km to 9.5 km in width in its lower *** head of the Huaguang Canyon is close to the Xisha carbonate platform and its tail is adjacent to the Central *** buried submarine canyon is formed by gravity flows from the Xisha carbonate platform when the sea level dropped in the early stage of the late Miocene(around 10.5 Ma).The internal architecture of the Huaguang Canyon is mainly characterized by high amplitude reflections,indicating that this ancient submarine canyon was filled with coarse-grained *** sediment was principally scourced from the Xisha carbonate *** contrast to other buried large-scale submarine canyons(Central Canyon and Zhongjian Canyon)in the Qiongdongnan Basin,the Huaguang Canyon displays later formation time,smaller width and length,and single sediment *** coarse-grained deposits within the Huaguang Canyon provide a good environment for reserving oil and gas,and the muddy fillings in the Huaguang Canyon have been identified as regional ***,the Huaguang Canyon is a potential area for future hydrocarbon exploration in the northwestern South China *** result of this paper may contribute to a better understanding of the evolution of submarine canyons formed in carbonate environment.

The leakage current and breakdown voltage of AlGaN/GaN/AlGaN high electron mobility transistors on silicon with different GaN channel thicknesses were *** results showed that a thin GaN channel was beneficial for obtaining a high breakdown voltage,based on the leakage current path and the acceptor traps in the AlGaN *** breakdown voltage of the device with an 800 nm-thick GaN channel was 926 V@1 m A/mm,and the leakage current increased slowly between 300 and 800 ***,the raising conduction band edge of the GaN channel by the AlGaN back-barrier lead to little degradation for sheet 2-D electron gas density,especially,in the thin GaN *** transfer and output characteristics were not obviously deteriorated for the samples with different GaN channel *** optimizing the GaN channel thickness and designing the Al GaN back-barrier,the lower leakage current and higher breakdown voltage would be possible.

为建立明胶软糖的口感预测模型,针对不同配比的90个琼脂-明胶复配软糖样品,分别进行质构测定和口感评价,采用模糊数学方法得出各样品的综合口感得分,以质构参数作为输入因子,口感综合得分作为输出因子,搭建神经网络模型。通过多模型训练对比,确定最优拓扑结构为6×8×1,并利用遗传算法优化原有模型,建立GA-BP神经网络预测模型。经试验样本数据训练后,结果显示:该预测模型具有较好的拟合度,全部数据的相关系数R均大于0.9,且没有出现过拟合状态。对于市售3种明胶软糖样品预测的口感误差均在±5%(最大4.11%)以内,可满足口感预测的目的。该模型具有良好的应用和参考价值,为明胶软糖品质改善提供新手段,也为其它食品口感的预测提供方法借鉴。

以传统碱溶酸沉制备米糠蛋白所用的盐酸为对照,采用酒石酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸3种有机酸分别在pH 4.0、3.5、3.0、2.0条件下酸沉制备米糠蛋白,研究有机酸酸沉对米糠蛋白结构的影响。结果表明,同种有机酸在不同pH值条件下酸沉,当酸沉pH值下降时,米糠蛋白总巯基含量和α-螺旋相对含量无显著变化,游离巯基含量和无规卷曲相对含量上升,β-折叠和β-转角相对含量下降,内源荧光强度和表面疏水性先增加后下降。相比盐酸酸沉,有机酸在相同pH值条件下酸沉制备米糠蛋白的总巯基、二级结构组成和表面疏水性无显著差异,但游离巯基含量下降、内源荧光强度升高。分子质量分布、粒径分布及电泳结果表明,较低pH值条件下的酸沉可导致米糠蛋白结构发生部分解离和聚集,但没有形成新的亚基和高分子质量聚集体。
