Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),a common disease of digestive system,is an extremely important cause of gastric cancer(GC).The occurrence and development of CAG involves the abnormality of multiple signaling *** Chinese medicines(TCMs)has the advantages of mild action,multi-target and small adverse reaction,etc.,which broadens the way for the treatment of the disease,and TCMs can play a therapeutic role by regulating multiple signaling *** this review,based on the related experiments of TCMs and Chinese herbal compounds in recent years,the related literatures were searched and 10 kinds of signaling pathways involved were summarized,in order to provide a reference for further research on reversing or delaying the progress of CAG and preventing gastric cancer.

Phyllosticta species associated with diseases of four commercial Citrus species grown in China are ***,496 Phyllosticta strains were isolated from mandarins(Citrus reticulata),pomeloes(***),oranges(***)and lemons(***)in the main citrus producing regions across China,and 74 strains were selected for phylogenetic *** inferred from the sequences of internal transcribed spacer region(ITS1,5.8S nrDNA and ITS2),partial translation elongation factor 1-alpha(TEF1)and partial actin gene(ACT),showed these representative Phyllosticta isolates clustered in four distinct clades corresponding to three known,and one undescribed *** newly resolved taxon,Phyllosticta citrichinaensis was isolated from leaves and fruits of all four Citrus species and is introduced in this *** taxon caused minor damage,showing irregular spots or *** citriasiana,associated with tan spot of pomeloes,was isolated only from pomeloes,and never from lemons,mandarins and *** citricarpa,the citrus black spot pathogen,which is presently subjected to phytosanitary legislation in the EU and United States,was isolated from lemons,mandarins and oranges,but never from *** isolates of *** clustered in two subclades,one from mandarins,the other from oranges and *** was isolated from all four Citrus species as an endophyte,causing false melanose,or together with *** or ***,cultural and biochemical characters were consistent with the results of phylogenetic *** addition,a specific primer pair Pca8/ITS4 was designed and selected,and its corresponding PCR procedure was developed for the detection of *** in this study.

The commercial application of Li metal anodes is hindered by the dendrite growth and short cycling lifespan under high current density that are caused in part by the imbalance in the charge transport capability in the anode. Here, we present a design principle of a three-dimensional（3 D） skeleton to introduce highly efficient ion-and electron-conducting channels in the Li anode. A process of thermal infusion followed by cooling is used to synthesize a dual-phase Li-rich Li-Zn alloy that consists of an LiZn intermetallic compound phase as the 3 D framework and the uniformly distributed Li metal phase as the active material. The phase-segregated Li-Zn phase endows the Li10 Zn alloy with built-in fast ion transport channels, in addition to the ionic conducting pathway of the liquid electrolyte, leading to better charge balance and conformal deposition of Li on the scaffold. Consequently, the Li10 Zn alloy anode can be operated for more than 10000 cycles at a high current density of 5 mA cmand areal capacity of 1 m Ah cm. Remarkably, even for the high current density of 10 m A cmand areal capacity as large as 10 mAh cm, the cycling lifetime is still greater than 500 cycles. Thus, the scaffold with high ion/electron mixed conductivity is highly effective for inhibiting Li dendrite growth and prolonging the cycling lifespan, highlighting the great promise of the fast ion conducting alloy framework for use in Li secondary batteries at high current densities.

Lithium metal is a promising anode material for high energy density batteries,which is restricted from practical application by the issues including lithium dendrite,parasitic reaction and volumetric ***,a strategy combing bulk and surface modification is proposed to address these *** bulk modification is to use Ni foam as three dimensional(3D)scaffold for direct infusion of molten Li resulting in the formation of Li-Ni composite anode,which reduces actual current density by increasing specific surface area and alleviates volumetric change in the process of Li stripping/*** the surface modification is to coat with ZnF_(2)film via sputtering,which is acted as artificial protective layer for controlling interfacial side *** symmetric cell consisting of ZnF_(2)coated Li-Ni composite electrodes exhibits low overpotential(about 45 mV)and stable cycling over 900 h at 1mA cm^(-2).Furthermore,the cell with LiCoO_(2)cathode delivers 110 mAh g^(-1)at 1 C rate after 500 cycles.

Ticks are external parasitic arthropods that can transmit a variety of pathogens by sucking ***-temperature tolerance is essential for ticks to survive during the cold *** the protein regulation mechanism of low-temperature tolerance of Haemaphysalis longicornis could help to explain how ticks survive in *** this study,the quantitative proteomics of several tissues of *** exposed to low temperature were studied by data independent acquisition *** of 3699,3422,and 1958 proteins were identified in the salivary gland,midgut,and ovary,*** proteins involved in energy metabolism,cell signal transduction,protein synthesis and repair,and cytoskeleton synthesis changed under low-temperature *** comprehensive analysis of the protein regulation of multiple tissues of female ticks exposed to low temperature showed that maintaining cell homeostasis,maintaining cell viability,and enhancing cell tolerance were the most important means for ticks to maintain vital signs under low *** expression of proteins involved in and regulating the above cell activities was the key to the survival of ticks under low *** the analysis of a large amount of data,we found that the expression levels of arylamine N-acetyltransferase,inositol polyphosphate multikinase,and dual-specificity phosphatase were up-regulated under low *** speculated that they might have important significance in low-temperature ***,we performed RNA interference on the mRNA of these 3 proteins,and the results showed that the ability of female ticks to tolerate low temperatures decreased significantly.

The high specific capacity and low negative electrochemical potential of lithium metal anodes(LMAs),may allow the energy density threshold of Li metal batteries(LMBs)to be pushed ***,the existing detrimental issues,such as dendritic growth and volume expansion,have hindered the practical implementation of *** three-dimensional frameworks(e.g.,copper and nickel foam),have been regarded as one of the fundamental strategies to reduce the local current density,aiming to extend the Sand'***,the local environment far from the skeleton is almost the same as the typical plane Li,due to macroporous space of metal ***,we built a double-layered 3D current collector of Li alloy anchored on the metal foam,with micropores interconnected macropores,via a viable thermal infiltration and cooling *** to the excellent electronic and ionic conductivity coupled with favorable lithiophilicity,the Li alloy can effectively reduce the nucleation barrier and enhance the Li^(+)transportation rate,while the metal foam can role as the primary promotor to enlarge the surface area and buffer the dimensional ***,the Li composite anode with hierarchical structure of primary and secondary scaffolds realized the even deposition behavior and minimum volume expansion,outputting preeminent prolonged cycling performances under high rate.
