ba.kground:Thromboelastography(TEG)is a widely utilized clinical testing method for real-time monitoring of platelet function and the thrombosis *** metab-olism disorders are crucial risk factors for *** lipid metabolism charac-teristics of hamsters resemble those of humans more closely than mice and rats,and their relatively large blood volume makes them suitable for studying the mechanisms of thrombosis related to plasma lipid *** blood samples from golden Syrian hamsters and healthy humans were obtained following standard clinical *** was employed to evaluate coagulation factor function,fibrinogen(Fib)function,platelet function,and the fibrinolytic ***:The whole blood from hamster or healthy human was isolated following the clinical procedure,and TEG was employed to evaluate the coagulation factor func-tion,Fib function,platelet function,and fibrinolytic *** analysis used ACLTOP750 automatic coagulation analysis *** routine testing used XN-2000 automatic blood ***:TEG parameters revealed that hamsters exhibited stronger coagulation fac-tor function than humans(reaction time[R],p=0.0117),with stronger Fib function(alpha angle,p<0.0001;K-time[K],p<0.0001).Platelet function did not differ signifi-cantly(maximum amplitude[MA],p=0.077).Hamsters displayed higher coagulation status than humans(coagulation index[CI],p=0.0023),and the rate of blood clot dissolution in hamsters differed from that in humans(percentage lysis 30 min after MA,p=0.02).Coagulation analysis parameters indicated that prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were faster in hamsters than in hu-mans(PT,p=0.0014;APTT,p=0.03),whereas the Fib content was significantly lower in hamsters than in humans(p<0.0001).No significant difference was observed in thrombin time(p=0.1949).Conclusions:In summary,TEG could be used to evaluate thrombosis and bleeding parameters in whole blood samples

Power grids play a crucial role in connecting electricity suppliers and *** facilitate efficient power transmission and energy management,significantly contributing to the transition toward low-carbon practices across both upstream and downstream *** managing carbon reduction in the power industry is essential for enhancing carbon reduction efficiency and achieving dual-carbon *** studies have focused on the outcomes of carbon reduction efforts rather than the management ***,when power grids prioritize the process of carbon reduction in their management,they are more likely to achieve better *** address this gap,we propose an evaluation model for managing carbon reduction activities in power grids,comprising the carbon management efficiency(CME)module ba.ed on the maturity model and the carbon reduction efficiency(CRE)module ba.ed on the entropy *** CME module provides a scorecard corresponding to a detailed and continuous evaluation model for carbon management processes to calculate its ***,the CRE module relates carbon reduction results to the development direction of the government and power grid,allowing for effective adjustments and updates ba.ed on actual *** evaluation model was applied to provincial power grids within the China Central Power *** results reveal that despite some fluctuations in carbon reduction performance,provincial power grids within the China Central Power Grid have made continuous progress in carbon reduction *** to the synergy model,there is evidence suggesting that power grids are steadily improving their carbon reduction performance,and a more organized approach would lead to a greater degree of *** evaluation model applies to power grids,and its framework can be extended to other industries,providing a theoretical reference for evaluating their carbon reduction efforts.

Nowadays,data are more and more used for intelligent modeling and prediction,and the comprehensive evaluation of data quality is getting more and more attention as a necessary means to measure whether the data are usable or ***,the comprehensive evaluation method of data quality mostly contains the subjective factors of the evaluator,so how to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the data has become a bottleneck that needs to be solved in the research of comprehensive evaluation *** order to evaluate the data more comprehensively,objectively and differentially,a novel comprehensive evaluation method ba.ed on particle swarm optimization(PSO)and grey correlation analysis(GCA)is presented in this *** first,an improved GCA evaluation model ba.ed on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)is ***,an objective function model of maximum difference of the comprehensive evaluation values is built,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the weights of the improved GCA evaluation model ba.ed on the objective function ***,the performance of the proposed method is investigated through parameter analysis.A performance comparison of traffic flow data is carried out,and the simulation results show that the maximum average difference between the evaluation results and its mean value(MDR)of the proposed comprehensive evaluation method is 33.24%higher than that of TOPSIS-GCA,and 6.86%higher than that of *** proposed method has better differentiation than other methods,which means that it objectively and comprehensively evaluates the data from both the relevance and differentiation of the data,and the results more effectively reflect the differences in data quality,which will provide more effective data support for intelligent modeling,prediction and other applications.

Carbon dots-derived three-dimensional-ordered macroporous host with high penetrability and catalytic activity for LSBs under lean electrolyte

The practical energy density of lithium-sulfur ba.teries(LSBs)is seriously limited by the high electrolyte-to-sulfur ratios(E/S).The E/S can be reduced by employing hosts with easy-to-infiltrate structure that ensures the uniform distribution of a lean electrolyte and high catalytic activity that can suppress"shuttle effect"via accelerating the slow conversion of soluble poly sulfides to insoluble *** the easy-to-infiltrate structures,the three-dimensional-ordered macroporous(3DOM)structure is easier to scale preparation and more suitable for the existing industrial ***,it is difficult to obtain the 3DOM with(1)high penetrability due to the high viscosity of frequently-used organic polymer precursors and(2)high catalytic activity due to the low confinement effect,meaning that uniformly dispersed small-sized catalytic materials are difficult to load on ***,using carbon dots(CDs)with both organic and inorganic properties as a precursor and aggregation limiting agent,a 3DOM host with high penetrability and homodispersed Ni particles of small sizes(Ni-CDs-3DOM)was *** this host:(1)CDs precursor with suitable viscosity can improve the penetrability.(2)CDs can effectively inhibit the agglomeration of Ni particles.(3)Uniformly dispersed small-size Ni particles offer high-efficiency catalytic activity toward sulfur ***,the Ni-CDs-3DOM/sulfur cathode exhibits high sulfur utilization and stable cycling performance even under high sulfur loading(5.5 mg·cm^(-2))and low E/S(6.5μl·mg^(-1)).This work indicates the usefulness of CDs in constructing hosts for LSBs with high energy density.

Objective:This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)antibody(SCT200)and an anti-programmed cell death 1(PD-1)antibody(SCT-I10A)as third-line or subsequent therapies in patients with rat sarcoma viral oncogene(RAS)/v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B(BRAF)wild-type(wt)metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).Methods:We conducted a multicenter,open-label,phase Ib clinical *** with histologically confirmed RAS/BRAF wt m CRC with more than two lines of treatment were enrolled and treated with SCT-I10A and *** primary endpoints were the objective response rate(ORR)and *** secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),and overall survival(OS).Results:Twenty-one patients were enrolled in the study through January 28,*** ORR was 28.57%and the DCR was 85.71%(18/21).The median PFS and OS were 4.14 and 12.84 months,*** treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs)were ***,compared with the monotherapy cohort from our previous phase I study evaluating SCT200 for RAS/BRAF wt m CRC in a third-line setting,no significant improvements in PFS and OS were observed in the combination ***:SCT200 combined with SCT-I10A demonstrated promising efficacy in previously treated RAS/BRAF wt m CRC patients with an acceptable safety *** head-to-head studies with larger sample sizes are needed to validate whether the efficacy and safety of combined anti-EGFR and anti-PD-1 therapy are superior to anti-EGFR monotherapy in the third-line setting.(Registration ***04229537).

The lipid metabolism characteristics of hamsters resemble those of humans more closely than mice and rats, and their relatively large blood volume makes them suitable for studying the mechanisms of thrombosis related to plasma lipid mechanisms. Whole blood samples from golden Syrian hamsters and healthy humans were obtained following standard clinical procedures. TEG was employed to evaluate coagulation factor function, fibrinogen(Fib)function, platelet function, and the fibrinolytic *** : The whole blood from hamster or healthy human was isolated following the clinical procedure, and TEG was employed to evaluate the coagulation factor function, Fib function, platelet function, and fibrinolytic system. Coagulation analysis used ACLTOP750 automatic coagulation analysis pipeline.
