The coordinated evolution of ecological environment,public service,and tourism economy along the Silk Road Economic Belt,using the Dual-Carbon Targets

Carbon peak and carbon neutrality(dual-carbon)are important targets for the international response to climate *** Silk Road Economic Belt is a strategic resource region and is important for future ecological environment and tourism *** on the“dual-carbon”targets,the Single index quantification,Multiple index synthesis,and Poly-criteria integration evaluation model were used in this study to measure the coordinated development index of the ecological environment,public service,and tourism economy along the Silk Road Economic Belt and to analyze its spatial and temporal ***,it explores the dynamic evolution and development trend of the three systems using the Kernel density and Grey Markov Prediction *** results show that the coordinated development index along this region needs to be improved during the study ***,the coordinated development index of the Southwest region is relatively higher than that of the Northwest *** the development trend of the three systems,all of them develop in a stable manner;however,the tourism economy system is easily affected by external *** coordinated development index of the three systems changes dynamically and tends to be in a good state of *** is a certain spatial and temporal *** gravity center of the coordinated development index has been in the Southwest *** the forecast period,the coordinated development index along this region will improve significantly,while insufficient and unbalanced development will continue.

Soymilk is a natural ***,the performance of flavonoid-soymilk nano-complex remains *** this work,icariin-soymilk nano-complexes(ISNCs)were successfully fabricated and *** effects of high-pressure homogenization(HPH)treatment on structure and physicochemical properties of soymilk and nano-complexes were *** treatment could significantly improve the surface hydrophobicity and interfacial activity of *** soymilk with HPH treatment could significantly improve the water solubility(20 folds),thermal stability and bioavailability of *** highest encapsulation efficiency(93.28%),loading capacity(39.09μg/mg),ζ-potentia(absolute value,31.20 mV)and bioavailability(72.14%)were observed in HSI-200(200 bar of homogenization pressure).While HSI-500(500 bar of homogenization pressure)showed the smallest particle size(183.73 nm).ISNCs showed a rougher surface and an irregular lamellar structure with large amount of fine particles by using Cryo-SEM,suggesting that icariin was encapsulated in *** data supplied a novel strategy to improve the performance of icariin in functional foods.

Interaction between the core and the edge for ion cyclotron resonance heating based on artificial absorption plasma model

In numerical simulations of the ion cyclotron range of frequencies(ICRF)wave heating scheme,core solvers usually focus on wave propagation and absorption mechanisms within the core plasma ***,the realistic scrape-off layer(SOL)plasma is usually simplified,making it difficult to have deeper understanding of wave propagation and absorption within the *** this work,we employ a cold plasma assumption and an artificial absorption mechanism based on the approach of reference(Zhang et al 2022 *** 62076032),to study wave propagation and absorption in the realistic SOL plasma of the *** the exponential decay of the total coupled power with respect to the toroidal mode numbers,several fluctuations are observed in the case of low collisional *** fluctuations may be caused by the cavity modes associated with specific toroidal mode *** to the presence of cut-off densities,the edge power losses and the total coupled power exhibit different behaviors before and after the cut-off layer is“open”.Furthermore,the simulation results obtained from the kinetic model in reference(Zhang et al 2022 *** 62076032)is *** suggests that both the core-edge combined model and the artificial mechanism are capable of simulating wave propagation and absorption.

Kinetic-boosted CO_(2) electroreduction to formate via synergistic electric-thermal field on hierarchical bismuth with amorphous layer

Electrocatalytic converting CO_(2) into chemical products has emerged as a promising approach to achieving carbon ***,we report a bismuth-based catalyst with high curvature terminal and amorphous layer which fabricated via two-step electrodeposition achieves stable formate output in a wide voltage window of 600 *** Faraday efficiency(FE) of formate reached up to 99.4% at-0.8 V *** and it remained constant for more than 92 h at-15 mA cm^(-2).More intriguingly,FE formate of95.4% can be realized at a current density of industrial grade(-667.7 mA cm^(-2)) in flow *** special structure promoted CO_(2) adsorption and reduced its activation energy and enhanced the electric-thermal field and K^(+) enrichment which accelerated the reaction *** situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculation further confirmed that the introduction of amorphous structure is beneficial to adsorpting CO_(2)and stabling*OCHO *** work provides special insights to fabricate efficient electrocatalysts by means of structural and crystal engineering and makes efforts to realize the industrialization of bismuth-based catalysts.

Frozen ground(FG)plays an important role in global and regional climates and environments through changes in land freeze-thaw processes,which have been conducted mainly in different ***,the changes in land surface freeze-thaw processes under climate change on a global scale are still *** on ERA5-Land hourly land skin temperature data,this study evaluated changes in the global FG area,global land surface first freeze date(FFD),last freeze date(LFD)and frost-free period(FFP)from 1950 to *** results show that the current FG areas(1991-2020 mean)in the Northern Hemisphere(NH),Southern Hemisphere(SH),and globe are 68.50×10^(6),9.03×10^(6),and 77.53×10^(6)km^(2),which account for 72.4%,26.8%,and 60.4%of the exposed land(excluding glaciers,ice sheets,and water bodies)in the NH,SH and the globe,respectively;further,relative to 1951-1980,the FG area decreased by 1.9%,8.8%,and 2.8%,*** FG at lower latitudes degrades to intermittently FG,and intermittently FG degrades to non-frozen ground,which caused the global FG boundary to retreat to higher latitudes from 1950 to *** annual FG areas in the NH,SH,and globe all show significant decreasing trends(pdecade,*** FFP prolongation in the NH is mainly influenced by LFD advance,while in the SH it is mainly controlled by FFD *** prolongation trend of FFP in the NH(1.34 d per decade)is larger than that in the SH(1.15 d per decade).

Transient AC Overvoltage Suppression Orientated Reactive Power Control of the Wind Turbine in the LCC-HVDC Sending Grid

High-voltage direct current(HVDC) transmission is a crucial way to solve the reverse distribution of clean energy and loads. The line commutated converter-based HVDC(LCCHVDC) has become a vital structure for HVDC due to its high technological maturity and economic advantages. During the DC fault of LCC-HVDC, such as commutation failure, the reactive power regulation of the AC grid always lags the DC control process, causing overvoltage in the AC sending grid, which brings off-grid risk to the wind power generation based on power electronic devices. Nevertheless, considering that wind turbine generators have fast and flexible reactive power control capability, optimizing the reactive power control of wind turbines to participate in the transient overvoltage suppression of the sending grid not only improves the operational safety at the equipment level but also enhances the voltage stability of the system. This paper firstly analyses the impact of wind turbine's reactive power on AC transient overvoltage. Then, it proposes an improved voltage-reactive power control strategy, which contains a reactive power control delay compensation and a power command optimization based on the voltage time series prediction. The delay compensation is used to reduce the contribution of the untimely reactive power of wind turbines on transient overvoltage, and the power command optimization enables wind turbines to have the ability to regulate transient overvoltage, leading to the variation of AC voltage, thus suppressing the transient overvoltage. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified in a ±800kV/5000MW LCC-HVDC sending grid model based on MATLAB/Simulink.

As some of the greatest natural disasters in the cryosphere,ice avalanches(IAs)seriously threaten lives and cause catastrophic damage to the resource environment,but a comprehensive overview of the state of knowledge on IAs remains *** summarized 63 IAs on the Tibetan Plateau(TP)since the 20th century,of which,over 20 IAs occurred after the 21st *** distributions of IAs are mainly concentrated in the southeastern and northwestern TP,and the occurrence time of IAs is mostly concentrated from July to *** highlight recent advances in mechanical properties and genetic mechanisms of IAs and emphasize that temperature,rainfall,and seismicity are the inducing *** failure modes of IAs are summarized into 6 categories by examples:slip pulling type,slip toppling type,slip breaking type,water level collapse type,cave roof collapse type,and wedge failure ***,we deliver recommendations concerning the risk assessment and prediction of *** results provide important scientific value for addressing climate change and resisting glacier-related hazards.

Bessel-beam-based side-view measurement of seven-core fibre internal core distribution

Accurate knowledge of the internal core distribution of multicore fibres(MCFs)is essential,given their widespread application,including in fibre splicing,bundle fan-in/fan-out,mode coupling,writing gratings,and fibre ***,the extensive use of MCFs is restricted by the limited methods available to precisely measure the fibre core distribution,as the measurement accuracy determines the performance of the *** this study,a side-view and nondestructive scheme based on Bessel beam illumination was proposed for measuring the internal core distribution of a seven-core *** beams offer a large focal length in a scattering medium,and exhibit a unique pattern when propagating in an off-axis medium with a spatially varying refractive *** results revealed that a long focal length and unique pattern influence the image contrast in the case of Bessel beams,which differs from a typical Gaussian ***,high-precision measurement of a seven-core fibre core distribution based on a Bessel beam was demonstrated using a digital correlation method.A deep learning approach was used to improve the measurement precision to 0.2°with an accuracy of 96.8%.The proposed side-view Bessel-beam-based method has the potential to handle more complex MCFs and photonic crystal fibres.
