Objective:To confirm the efficacy and safety of Ganyushu Granule(GYSG)in treating premenstrual syndrome(PMS)in patients with Gan(Liver)depression and qi stagnation syndrome(GDQSS)and determine its effective ***:From June 2018 to March 2021,a total of 240 PMS women with GDQSS were included and randomly divided into 3 groups in a 1:1:1 ratio using central block randomization:high-dose GYSG group(n=78,GYSG 2 packs/time),low-dose GYSG group(n=82,GYSG and its simulant 1 pack/time),and placebo group(n=80,GYSG simulant 2 packs/time).Treatment with GYSG or placebo was given thrice daily and for up to 3 menstrual *** outcomes were PMS diary(PMSD)score and premenstrual tension syndrome self-rating scale(PMTS).Secondary outcomes were Chinese medicine(CM)syndrome ***,PMTS,and efficacy of CM were evaluated with menstrual cycles during the treatment *** indicators were analyzed after each menstrual *** analyses were performed using an intention-to-treat method,and clinical safety was ***:Of the 216 patients included in the effectiveness analysis,70,75,and 71 patients were in the high-,low-dose GYSG,and placebo groups,*** the 2nd treatment cycle,the change in PMSD scores in the high-and low-dose groups was lower than that in the placebo group(P<0.05).PMTS scores in the high-dose GYSG group after the 1st treatment cycle was lower than that in the placebo group(P<0.05),while after the 3rd treatment cycle,that in the low-dose group was lower than that in the placebo group(P<0.05).After the 2nd treatment cycle,the high-dose GYSG group had the best CM syndrome efficacy(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were ***:GYSG was safe and well-tolerated at both doses for treating PMS patients with ***-dose GYSG might be the optimal dose for a phaseⅢtrial.

An overview of the current research status and control methods of MnS in non-quenched and tempered steel was *** a low-melting plastic inclusion,the morphology and distribution of MnS were influenced by various production ***,control of MnS is a systematic problem that must be integrated into the entire production *** on the production process,the factors affecting the morphology and distribution of MnS in steel were *** effects of oxygen activity,manganese,sulfur,and some alloys on MnS inclusion precipitation were summarized,mainly including MnS modification treatment and oxygen-sulfide composite precipitation *** is believed that MnS precipitates during the solidification process of steel,and controlling the solidification cooling rate could effectively regulate the size and morphology of MnS,avoiding the precipitation of ***,by changing the deformation rate,deformation amount,deformation temperature during the hot deformation process,and heating time and temperature during heat treatment,the distribution and morphology of MnS could be *** the fine control of the above process parameters,the number of II-MnS in steel could be effectively reduced,and their morphology could be improved,thereby enhancing the performance of non-quenched and tempered steel and promoting its wider ***,applying laboratory research results to industrial production is an important direction for future research efforts in this field.

Love wave propagation in one-dimensional piezoelectric quasicrystal multilayered nanoplates with surface effects

The exact solutions for the propagation of Love waves in one-dimensional(1D)hexagonal piezoelectric quasicrystal(PQC)nanoplates with surface effects are *** electro-elastic model is developed to investigate the anti-plane strain problem of Love wave *** introducing three shape functions,the wave equations and electric balance equations are decoupled into three uncorrelated *** the boundary conditions of the top surface on the covering layer,the interlayer interface,and the matrix,a dispersive equation with the influence of multi-physical field coupling is provided.A surface PQC model is developed to investigate the surface effects on the propagation behaviors of Love waves in quasicrystal(QC)multilayered structures with nanoscale thicknesses.A novel dispersion relation for the PQC structure is derived in an explicit closed form according to the non-classical mechanical and electric boundary *** examples are given to reveal the effects of the boundary conditions,stacking sequence,characteristic scale,and phason fluctuation characteristics on the dispersion curves of Love waves propagating in PQC nanoplates with surface effects.

Oxygen vacancy boosting Fenton reaction in bone scaffold towards fighting bacterial infection

Bacterial infection is a major issue after artificial bone transplantation due to the absence of antibacterial function of bone scaffold,which seriously causes the transplant failure and even amputation in severe *** this study,oxygen vacancy(OV)defects Fe-doped Ti O2(OV-FeTiO2)nanoparticles were synthesized by nano TiO2and Fe3O4via high-energy ball milling,which was then incorporated into polycaprolactone/polyglycolic acid(PCLGA)biodegradable polymer matrix to construct composite bone scaffold with good antibacterial activities by selective laser *** results indicated that OV defects were introduced into the core/shell-structured OV-FeTiO2nanoparticles through multiple welding and breaking during the high-energy ball milling,which facilitated the adsorption of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)in the bacterial infection microenvironment at the bone transplant *** accumulated H2O2could amplify the Fenton reaction efficiency to induce more hydroxyl radicals(·OH),thereby resulting in more bacterial deaths through·OH-mediated oxidative *** antibacterial strategy had more effective broad-spectrum antibacterial properties against Gram-negative Escherichia coli(***)and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus(***).In addition,the PCLGA/OV-FeTiO2scaffold possessed mechanical properties that match those of human cancellous bone and good biocompatibility including cell attachment,proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.

Super Hybrid Rice Breeding in China：Achievements and Prospects

Hybrid rice has contributed greatly to the self-sufficiency of food supply In China. To meet the future demand for rice production, a national program on super rice breeding was established In China In 1996. The corresponding targets, breeding strategies and most significant advances are reviewed In this paper. New plant type models have been modified to adjust to various rice growing regions. In recognition of the Importance of applying parents with Intermediate subspecies differentiation In Increasing F1 yield, medium type parental lines were selected from populations derived from Inter-subspecies crosses with the assistance of DNA markers for subspecies differentiation. Results also indicate that a substantial increase of blomass Is the basis for further enhancement of the grain yield potential, and amelioration of leaf characteristics Is helpful In Increasing the photosynthetic rate. Thirty-four super hybrid rice varieties have been released commercially, growing In a total area of 13.5 million hm2 and producing 6.7 thousand million kg more rice In 1998-2005. Although remarkable progress has been made In super hybrid rice breeding In China, selections on the root system and Integration of more blotechnologlcal tools remain a great challenge.
