Efficacy of Chinese Medicine Treatment Based on Syndrome Differentiation for Primary Insomnia:A Randomized Placebo Controlled Triple-Blinded Trial

Objective:To assess efficacy of Chinese medicine(CM)on insomnia considering characteristics of treatment based on syndrome ***:A total of 116 participants aged 18 to 65 years with moderate and severe primary insomnia were randomized to the placebo(n=20)or the CM group(n=96)for a 4-week treatment and a 4-week *** CM clinicians independently prescribed treatments for each patient based on syndromes *** primary outcome was change in total sleep time(TST)from *** endpoints included sleep onset latency(SOL),wake time after sleep onset(WASO),sleep efficiency,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and CM ***:The CM group had an average 0.6 h more(95%confidence interval(CI):0.3–0.9,P<0.001)TST and 34.1%(10.3%–58.0%,P=0.005)more patients beyond 0.5 h TST increment than that of the placebo *** was changed–3.3(–3.8 to–2.7)in the CM group,a–2.0(–3.2 to–0.8,P<0.001)difference from the placebo *** CM symptom score in the CM group decreased–2.0(–3.3 to–0.7,P=0.003)more than the placebo *** and WASO changes were not significantly different between *** analysis of prescriptions by these clinicians revealed blood deficiency and Liver stagnation as the most common *** for these clinicians displayed relative stability,while the herbs *** adverse events were mild and were not related to study ***:CM treatment based on syndrome differentiation can increase TST and improve sleep quality of primary *** is effective and safe for primary *** future studies,the long-term efficacy validation and the exploratory of eutherapeutic clinicians'fixed herb formulas should be addressed.(Registration ***01613183).

Deep electrical structures of Qinzhou-Fangcheng Junction Zone in Guangxi and seismogenic environment of the 1936 Lingshan M6^(3/4)earthquake

The tectonic position of the southwest section of the Qinzhou Bay-Hangzhou Bay Tectonic Junction Zone(QHTJZ)can be determined by examining the Qinzhou-Fangcheng Junction Zone(QFJZ)in *** zone is significant because it was the location of the largest earthquake ever recorded in the inland region of South China,specifically the 1936 Lingshan M6^(3/4)earthquake in ***,this region serves as an optimal location for researching the origins of intraplate earthquakes in South *** study presents a display of a broadband magnetotelluric(MT)prospecting profile that traverses the Guangxi QFJZ and the Lingshan earthquake zone,extending from the northwest(NW)to the southeast(SE).A resistivity structure model was generated using three-dimensional(3D)inversion technology along the *** main faults in QFJZ were analyzed in terms of their deep extension forms and tectonic *** analysis was performed by integrating the results obtained from geology,gravity,wave velocity ratio,Global Position System(GPS),and geothermal *** results showed that(1)the Dongzhong-Xiaodong fault(DXf),the eastern Fangcheng-Lingshan fault(FLf2),and the eastern Hepu-Beiliu fault(HBf2)were all trans-crustal deep faults,and crust-mantle ductile shear zones developed in the deep *** electrical boundary zones,DXf and HBf2,were *** inclined towards the northwest,while HBf2 inclined towards the *** FangchengLingshan fault(FLf)exhibits a tectonic style resembling a“flower”shape in the upper *** the deeper section,it is characterized by an electrical boundary zone that gradually slopes towards the southeast direction.(2)The Hunan-Guangxi Passive Continental Margin(HGPCM)on the NW side of DXf had a stratified resistivity structure and relatively stable Bouguer gravity anomalies,which conformed to the quasi-craton tectonic attribute of the local failure at the southeastern margin of the yangtze Block(YB).The southeastern side of this bloc

Two-dimensional(2D)lead halide perovskites have attracted tremendous attention due to their outstanding physical ***,the presence of toxic lead is a major problem for large-scale ***,we report the synthesis,phase transition,dielectric and photoluminescence(PL)properties of a lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)(BIM=benzimidazolium)which experiences a phase transition at 405 K accompanied by an order-disorder change of organic ***,the step-like dielectric transition near the phase transition temperature makes it suitable for dielectric ***,(BIM)_(2)GeI_(4)has a direct bandgap of 2.23 eV and broadband emission from 550 to 1000 nm,implying its unique optical property for potential near-infrared lighting and *** work provides a fresh example for the development of lead-free 2D Ge-based perovskite with potential applications in the fields of optoelectronics and high temperature dielectric switching.

Missing Value Imputation for Radar-Derived Time-Series Tracks of Aerial Targets Based on Improved Self-Attention-Based Network

The frequent missing values in radar-derived time-series tracks of aerial targets(RTT-AT)lead to significant challenges in subsequent data-driven ***,the majority of imputation research focuses on random missing(RM)that differs significantly from common missing patterns of *** method for solving the RM may experience performance degradation or failure when applied to RTT-AT *** autoregressive deep learning methods are prone to error accumulation and long-term dependency *** this paper,a non-autoregressive imputation model that addresses the issue of missing value imputation for two common missing patterns in RTT-AT is *** model consists of two probabilistic sparse diagonal masking self-attention(PSDMSA)units and a weight fusion *** learns missing values by combining the representations outputted by the two units,aiming to minimize the difference between the missing values and their actual *** PSDMSA units effectively capture temporal dependencies and attribute correlations between time steps,improving imputation *** weight fusion unit automatically updates the weights of the output representations from the two units to obtain a more accurate final *** experimental results indicate that,despite varying missing rates in the two missing patterns,our model consistently outperforms other methods in imputation performance and exhibits a low frequency of deviations in estimates for specific missing *** to the state-of-the-art autoregressive deep learning imputation model Bidirectional Recurrent Imputation for Time Series(BRITS),our proposed model reduces mean absolute error(MAE)by 31%~50%.Additionally,the model attains a training speed that is 4 to 8 times faster when compared to both BRITS and a standard Transformer model when trained on the same ***,the findings from the ablation experiments demonstrate that the PSDMSA,the weight fusion unit,cascade network design

As the communication needs in the smart distribution grid continue to rise,using existing resources to meet this growing demand poses a significant *** paper researches on spectrum allocation strategies utilizing cognitive radio(CR)*** consider a model containing strong time-sensitive and regular communication service requirements such as distribution terminal communication services,which can be seen as a user with primary data(PD)and weak time-sensitive services such as power quality monitoring,which can be seen as a user with secondary data(SD).To fit the diversity of services in smart distribution grids(SDGs),we formulate an optimization problem with two indicators,including the sum of SD transmission rates and the maximum latency of ***,we analyze the two convex sub-problems and utilize convex optimization methods to obtain the optimal power and frequency bandwidth allocation for the users with *** simulation results indicate that,when the available transmission power of SD is low,Maximization of Transmission Sum Rate(MTSR)achieves lower maximum transmit ***,when the available transmission power is high,the performance of Minimization of the Maximum Latency(MML)is better,compared with MTSR.

To achieve high energy density in lithium batteries,the construction of lithium-ion/metal hybrid anodes is a promising *** particular,because of the anisotropy of graphite,hybrid anode formed by graphite/Li metal has low transport kinetics and is easy to causes the growth of lithium dendrites and accumulation of dead Li,which seriously affects the cycle life of batteries and even causes safety ***,by comparing graphite with two types of hard carbon,it was found that hybrid anode formed by hard carbon and lithium metal,possessing more disordered mesoporous structure and lithophilic groups,presents better *** indicate that the mesoporous structure provides abundant active site and storage space for dead *** the synergistic effect of this structure and lithophilic functional groups(–COOH),the reversibility of hard carbon/lithium metal hybrid anode is maintained,promoting uniform deposition of lithium metal and alleviating formation of lithium *** hybrid anode maintains a 99.5%Coulombic efficiency(CE)after 260 cycles at a specific capacity of 500 m Ah/*** work provides new insights into the hybrid anodes formed by carbon-based materials and lithium metal with high specific energy and fast charging ability.

Three-dimensional hydro-mechanical coupling numerical simulation of shield-driven cross-river twin tunnels:A case study

With the rapid development of urban underground space,the construction of shield-driven cross-river twin tunnels is increasing,and the complex hydro-mechanical coupling effects and twin-tunnel interactions bring huge construction risks to such projects,which have attracted more and more *** study aims to understand the excavation effects induced by shield driving of cross-river twin tunnels through numerical simulation.A refined three-dimensional numerical model based on the fully coupled hydro-mechanical theory is *** model considers the main components of the slurry pressure balance shield(SPBS)machine,including support force,jacking thrust,grouting pressure,shield-rock interaction and lining-grouting interaction,as well as the detailed construction *** purpose is to examine the excavation effects during construction,including rock deformation around tunnels,the change in pore pressure,and the response of the *** results show the influence range of twin-tunnel excavation on rock deformation and pore pressure,as well as the modes of lining *** addition,this study also systematically investigates the effects of water level fluctuation and burial depth on twin-tunnel *** results indicate that the increase of water level or burial depth will enhance the excavation effects and strengthen the twin-tunnel *** results provide useful insights for estimating the construction impact range and degree of twin tunnels,and serve as basic references for the design of cross-river twin tunnels.

Citrus yellow vein clearing virus(CYVCV)is a new citrus virus that has become an important factor restricting the development of China’s citrus industry,and the CYVCV coat protein(CP)is associated with viral *** this study,the Eureka lemon zinc finger protein(ZFP)ClDOF3.4 was shown to interact with CYVCV CP in vivo and in *** expression of ClDOF3.4 in Eureka lemon induced the expression of salicylic acid(SA)-related and hypersensitive response marker genes,and triggered a reactive oxygen species burst,ion leakage necrosis,and the accumulation of free ***,the CYVCV titer in ClDOF3.4 transgenic Eureka lemon plants was approximately 69.4%that in control plants 6 mon after inoculation,with only mild leaf chlorotic spots observed in those transgenic *** together,the results indicate that ClDOF3.4 not only interacts with CP but also induces an immune response in Eureka lemon by inducing the SA *** is the first report that ZFP is involved in the immune response of a citrus viral disease,which provides a basis for further study of the molecular mechanism of CYVCV infection.

Test and damage assessment of shallow buried RC tunnel under explosion

As a major element of the transportation network,tunnels are unavoidably threatened by accidental loads such as vehicle bombs and tank truck *** goal of this research is to explore the dynamic characteristics and damage assessment of tunnel structures under contact blast ***,three scaled-down reinforced concrete tunnel models were made,and the explosion test and static loading test were carried out successively to evaluate the axial residual bearing capacity,axial displacement and failure mechanism of the ***,the finite element model is built by utilizing LS-DYNA,and the reliability of the finite element method is confirmed by comparing the data of the explosion test with the static loading *** the same time,the calculation method for damage coefficient and the classification criteria for damage grade based on axial residual bearing capacity are ***,based on the finite element method,the propagation process of the explosion shock wave in the tunnel and the damage mechanism of the tunnel are ***,seven explosion scenarios are developed,the damage degree of these seven tunnels under the blast load is quantitatively analyzed,and further anti-blast design ideas are put *** study in this article may give an intended reference for the damage assessment,anti-explosion design and strengthening work of reinforced concrete tunnels.
