At present,there have been some reports on the application of metal phase selenide(1T-MSe_(2))in the field of energy *** this manuscript,a stable Sn-doped metal phase tungsten selenide(1T-WSe_(2)-Sn)was elaborately fabricated in situ by a simple calcination technique.N-doping was introduced by employing chitosan as precursor and nanoreactor,the Sn-doping induces 1T phase of WSe_(2)and enlarges the layer space to promote the electron/ion transport and structural *** optimized 1T-WSe_(2)-Sn electrode delivers prominent cycling lifespan(285 mAh·g^(-1)at 1.0 A·g^(-1)after 900 cycles)along with decent rate capability when applied as an anode of sodium ion batteries(SIBs).The specific capacity was determined to be of 460 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)after *** also displays superior capacity of 183 mAh·g^(-1)at0.5 A·g^(-1)for 200 cycles when paired with Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)*** as the anode for potassium ion batteries(PIBs),it exhibits a satisfactory specific capacity of 345mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)after 50 cycles.

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), heralded as the “king” of conducting polymers, is esteemed in bioelectronics for its mixed electronic and ionic conductivity, mechanical properties compatible with biological tissues, tunable healing ability and stability in diverse environments [1]. Based on additive manufacturing of three-dimensional structures,PEDOT realizes the implementation in the efficient production of flexible bioelectronics, the construction of intricate electrode-neural implantations, and the development of smart brain-computer-interfaces [2].

土壤元素的丰缺是对土壤养分检测、农业按需种植和科学施肥的依据,是精准农业农情信息感知技术检测的关键点,更为农业生态、高效和优质生产提供理论指导。该研究运用激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)技术结合定标曲线法和偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)方法对土壤中的Al,Fe,Mg,Ca,Na和K多种元素同时进行定量分析。利用LIBS检测仪获取了五种标准土壤样品(国家编号:GBW07446,GBW07447,GBW07454,GBW07455和GBW07456)的LIBS数据之后,将每种土壤的多条谱线平均处理来消除试验误差。通过分析所获取的土壤LIBS谱线信息,选取了Al,Fe,Mg,Ca,Na和K元素的特征分析谱线和分析光谱区间,并利用谱线的峰值信息和分析光谱区间内的单个或多个谱峰的积分信息(峰面积)与对应元素浓度拟合并建立定标曲线。结果表明,基于谱峰的峰面积建立的定标曲线的线性关系优于利用峰值信息建立的定标曲线(Fe除外)。同时,针对所选的分析光谱区间和元素的浓度信息,运用PLSR建立定量分析模型,其结果明显要优于定标曲线的分析精度,这也表明LIBS技术结合化学计量学分析在未来光谱化学分析领域有很大应用前景。研究的结果不仅为现代农业的土壤养分空间分布检测和农田精准施肥技术的应用起指导作用,还为田间使用的便携式LIBS土壤检测仪的开发奠定了理论基础。

Mifepristone in Combination with Misoprostol vs. Low Dose Mifepristone Alone in Emergency Contraception: a Multi-center Double-blind Randomized Clinical Trial

To compare the effectiveness and side effects of various low dose of Mifepristone in combination with Misoprostol and low doses Mifepristone alone in emergency contraception Materials & Methods This is a multi center double blind randomized controlled clinical trial. A total of 899 healthy women were allocated into this study and were randomly divided into 3 groups. They were orally administrated with different emergency contraceptives with 120 h after unprotected intercourse. Group I (n=300) was given 25 mg Mifepristone plus 0.2 mg Misoprostol after 24 h. Group II (n=299) was given 10 mg Mifepristone plus 0.2 mg Misoprostol after 24 h. Group III (n=300) was administrated with 10 mg Mifepristone alone. The effective rates in different groups were calculated with Dixon method. Results Altogether 11 pregnancies occurred, among which 2 cases were in Group I, 2 cases in Group II, and 7 cases were in Group III. After correction with method failure, there was only one case in Group I, 0 case in Group II, and 5 cases in Group III. The contraceptive effectiveness in these groups was 95.5%, 100% and 76.9% respectively. The pregnancy rate was significantly lower in Group I and Group II than that of Group III (P0.05). Conclusion Use of low dose Mifepristone (25 mg or 10 mg) in combination with 0.2 mg Misoprostol was an effective, low side effects and safe treatment regimen for emergency contraception.

Lithium-rich layered oxides （LLOs） are increasingly recognized as promising cathode materials for nextgeneration high-energy-density lithium-ion batteries （LIBs）.However,they suffer from voltage decay and low initial Coulombic efficiency （ICE） due to severe structural degradation caused by irreversible O ***,we introduce a three-in-one strategy of increasing Ni and Mn content,along with Li/Ni disordering and TM–O covalency regulation to boost cationic and anionic redox activity simultaneously and thus enhance the electrochemical activity of *** target material,Li1.2Ni0.168Mn0.558Co0.074O2（L1）,exhibits an improved ICE of 87.2%and specific capacity of 293.2 mA h g-1and minimal voltage decay of less than 0.53 m V cycle-1over 300 cycles at 1C,compared to Li1.2Ni0.13Mn0.54Co0.13O2（Ls）(274.4 mA h g-1for initial capacity,73.8%for ICE and voltage decay of 0.84 mV/cycle over 300 cycles at 1C).Theoretical calculations reveal that the density of states （DOS） area near the Fermi energy level for L1 is larger than that of Ls,indicating higher anionic and cationic redox reactivity than ***,L1 exhibits increased O-vacancy formation energy due to higher Li/Ni disordering of 4.76%（quantified by X-ray diffraction Rietveld refinement） and enhanced TM–O covalency,making lattice O release more difficult and thus improving electrochemical *** increased Li/Ni disordering also leads to more Ni2+presence in the Li layer,which acts as a pillar during Li+de-embedding,improving structural *** research not only presents a viable approach to designing low-Co LLOs with enhanced capacity and ICE but also contributes significantly to the fundamental understanding of structural regulation in high-performance LIB cathodes.

Orthokeratology(OK) is widely used for effective myopia correction and control. However, the incomplete understanding of its biomechanical mechanisms makes OK lens fitting rely heavily on clinician judgment, complicating accurate predictions of treatment outcomes. In this paper, we performed clinical experiments and numerical analysis to study corneal deformation modes and long-term changes in central corneal thickness. Clinical experiments were conducted on 194 Chinese myopic patients under OK treatment for 3 months. Based on the experimental data, a patient-specific computational biomechanical model for OK was established and validated. Specifically, the anisotropic mechanical properties of the cornea were incorporated into the model to describe the significant difference between its shear modulus(29.5 kPa) and tensile modulus(768.4 kPa). Additionally, a viscohyperelastic material model with a prolonged corneal relaxation time of 5.6 h was developed to capture the long-term deformation response. The results show that corneal thickness reduction in OK is primarily due to out-of-plane shear deformation,influenced by the cornea's low shear resistance. Modeling the extended corneal relaxation time is crucial for predicting long-term biomechanical responses. The computational model effectively captures long-term changes in central corneal thickness, potentially improving OK lens fitting accuracy.

Comparison of second-trimester maternal serum free-p-human chorionic gonadotropin and a-fetoprotein between normal singleton and twin pregnancies： a population-based study

Background The second-trimester maternal serum screening in twin pregnancy is still controversial, as the serum marker levels in twins are not as clear as those in singletons. This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between the levels of the second-trimester maternal serum free β-human chorionic gonadotropin （free β-HCG） and a-fetoprotein （AFP） in normal twin and singleton pregnancies and to estimate feasible analysis methods for utilizing these markers in second trimester screening for twin pregnancy. Methods On the basis of a prospective population-based study of second-trimester maternal serum screening, the concentrations of maternal serum AFP and free β-HCG of 195 normal twin pregnancy and 26 512 singleton controls at gestational weeks 15 to 20 were measured by time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay in one laboratory. The levels of markers were compared between the twins and singletons using weight-correction and gestational age-specific model. Results According to the research protocol, 95 communities were randomly sampled, which covered the whole Jiangsu province, the east of China. A total of 26 803 pregnant women （98%）, from the target population accepted prenatal screening for maternal serum AFP, β-HCG detection, and all babies were followed up for at least six months. There were 197 （0.73%） twin pregnancies, of which one case had fetal trisomy 18, and one case with fetal anencephaly. The others were normal twin pregnancy. From a total enrollment of 26 803 women participants, 26 512 women with normal singleton pregnancies were selected as the model controls. The other 291 pregnancies, including trisomy 21, neural tube defect （NTD）, trisomy 18, and other fetal abnormalities, were excluded. No significant differences were found in the medians of gestational age-specific maternal serum free β-hCG and AFP in normal twin pregnancy comparing with twice those in model controls with the exception of the medians for free β-hCG during the 16th gestational week （P=0.0
