2 D nanomaterials generally exhibit enhanced physiochemical and biological functions in biomedical applications due to their high surface-to-volume ratio and surface charge. Conventional cancer chemotherapy based on nanomaterials has been hindered by their low drug loading and poor penetration in tumor tissue. To overcome these difficulties, novel materials systems are urgently needed. Hereby, the lanthanide-based porphyrin metal–organic framework(MOF) nanosheets(NSs) with promising cancer imaging/chemotherapy capacities are fabricated, which display superior performance in the drug loading and tumor tissue penetration. The biodegradable PPF-Gd NSs deliver an ultrahigh drug loading(>1500%)and demonstrate the stable and highly sensitive stimuli-responsive degradation/release for multimodal tumor imaging and cancer chemotherapy. Meanwhile, PPF-Gd NSs also exhibit excellent fluorescence and magnetic resonance imaging capability in vitro and in vivo. Compared to the traditional doxorubicin(DOX)chemotherapy, the in vivo results confirm the evident suppression of the tumor growth by the PPF-Gd/DOX drug delivery system with negligible side effects. This work further supports the potential of lanthanide-based MOF nanomaterials as biodegradable systems to promote the cancer theranostics technology development in the future.

This paper aims at probing the flow characteristics of a jet in supersonic crossflow(JISC)by installing a vortex generator(VG)upstream of the jet *** planar laser scattering(NPLS)and stereo-particle image velocimetry(SPIV)technologies were employed to observe the flowfield,and three cases were designed for ***0 stands for JISC without passive *** CASE1 and CASE2,VG is installed at 20 mm and 80 mm upstream away from the jet orifice,*** flow structures show that two flow modes exist when the VG wake interacts with the *** CASE1,vortices are induced from both sides of the jet plume because of the VG *** leads to a complex streamwise vortex *** and lateral diffusion are *** CASE2,intermittent large-scale eddies in the VG wake cause large streamwise vortices at the windward side of the *** penetration depth is also enhanced while the lateral diffusion is *** addition,experimental results show that the penetration depth is approximately 8.5%higher in CASE1 than that in CASE0,and the lateral diffusion is larger by about 17.0%.In CASE2,the penetration is increased by about 26.2%,while the lateral diffusion is enhanced by just 0.5%.

Effect of Primary Elective Cesarean Delivery on Placenta Accreta： A Case-Control Study

Background： Cesarean section （CS） is an independent risk factor for placenta accreta. Some researchers think that the timing of primary cesarean delivery is associated with placenta accreta in subsequent pregnancies. The aim of this study was to investigate the risk of placenta accreta following primary CS without labor, also called primary elective CS, in a pregnancy complicated with placenta previa. Methods： A retrospective, single-center, case-control study was conducted at Peking University Third Hospital. Relevant clinical data of singleton pregnancies between January 2010 and September 2017 were recorded. The case group included women with placenta accreta who had placenta previa and one previous CS. Control group included women with one previous CS that was complicated with placenta previa. Maternal age, body mass index, gestational age, fetal birth weight, gravity, parity, induced abortion, the rate of women received assisted reproductive technology, other uterine surgery, and primary elective CS were analyzed between the two groups. Results： The rate of primary elective CS （90.1% vs. 69.9%, P 〈 0.001 ） was higher, and maternal age was younger （32.7 ± 4.7 years vs. 34.6 ± 4.0 years, P 〈 0.001） in case group, compared with control group. Case group also had higher gravity and induced abortions compared with the control group （both P 〈 0.05）. Primary CS without labor was associated with significantly increased risk of placenta accreta in a subsequent pregnancy complicated with placenta previa （odds ratio： 3.32; 95% confidential interval： 1.68-6.58）. Conclusion： Women with a primary elective CS without labor have a higher chance of developing an accreta in a subsequent pregnancy that is complicated with placenta previa.

Background:The prevalence of multimorbidity is increasing,with a notable shift towards younger age ***:Convenience sampling was employed to select 15,988 young and middle-aged adults in Chongqing as the study *** Apriori algorithm was used to identify the multimorbidity patterns within this population,while an unordered binary logistic regression model was applied to assess the association between sleep,diet and the risk of ***:The study population had an average age of 39.2±10.1 *** association rules revealed that the most prevalent binary chronic disease multimorbidity pattern was dyslipidaemia+hypertension(14.78%),while the most common ternary chronic disease multimorbidity pattern was diabetes+dyslipidaemia+hypertension(9.66%).The logistic regression analysis revealed that a lower rating of sleep quality was associated with an elevated risk of multimorbidity(odds ratio(OR)=1.17,95%confidence interval(CI):1.01,1.36).Individuals who adhere to a meat-based diet(OR=1.45,95%CI:1.25,1.68)and those with elevated salt intake(OR=1.22,95%CI:1.01,1.47)were also observed to have an increased risk of ***,a greater likelihood of multimorbidity was observed among those following a spicy diet(OR=1.3,95%CI:1.11,1.52)and consuming more oil(OR=1.16,95%CI:1.01,1.33).Conclusion:A poor sleep quality and a dietary preference for meat-based,salt,spicy and oils were found to be associated with an increased risk of multimorbidity progression among young and middle-aged *** is recommended that young and middle-aged adults should pay attention not only to sleep duration but also to sleep quality and improve dietary habits to reduce the likelihood of multimorbidity.

Objective： To help readers around the world comprehensively understand the development of the journal and evolution of cooperation study, we employed a bibliometrics analysis for the Journal of American College Health. Methods： One-thousand-one-hundred-forty-three articles published in this journal from 1994 were analyzed using the bibliometrics and visualization software CiteSpace. Results： The annual number of published articles and cited studies increased. The published studies by RP Keeling and H Wechsler were at the forefront. ＂College student＂ and ＂alcohol＂ were prevalent key- words. University of Wisconsin and Harvard University were the institutional leaders of contributions. Conclusions： This journal provides an important platform for sharing research achievements and promoting cooperation in this field. The level of articles published is continually improving. A research cooperative network promoted by famous scholars and institutions is developing. However, crossregional and international cooperation is relatively limited.

Background and Objective: The sensitivity and accuracy of white light bronchoscopy (WLB) in airway examination are low. Autofluorescence bronchoscope (AFB) can determine early lesions in bronchial mucosa more sensitively, but it has seldom performed in China. To assess the clinical value of the AFB in airway examination, we compared the sensitivity and specificity of the AFB and WLB in detecting cancer of the airway mucosa. Methods: Between September 2009 and May 2010, bronchoscope examinations using both the AFB and WLB were performed on 136 patients, 95 men and 41 women with a median age of 61.5 years (ranged from 25 to 84 years). There were 46 lesions located in the central airway, 84 in the peripheral lung parenchyma, and 6 in the mediastinal region. All patients received local and general anesthesia and were subsequently examined with the WLB and AFB in tandem. All procedures were completed safely. Abnormal visual findings were recorded, and biopsies of the affected regions were collected for pathologic examination. Results: Of 241 regions sampled for biopsy, 76 sites contained malignant lesions, whereas 165 sites contained benign lesions. The AFB detected 72 of the 76 malignant lesions, but the WLB detected only 50. The sensitivities of the AFB and WLB were 94.7% and 65.8%, respectively, and the specificities were 57.0% and 83.6%, respectively. The negative predictive values of the AFB and WLB were 95.9% and 84.1%, respectively. Conclusions: The AFB is more sensitive than the WLB in detecting cancerous lesions in the mucosa, and is an effective airway examination.

Objective: To investigate the effects of myocardial enzyme, immune function and inflammatory response by ursodeoxycholic acid combined with bifidobacterium quadruple preparations on hyperbilirubinemia neonatal. Methods: A total of 100 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital from June 2016 to May-2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table, 50 cases in each group. Two groups of neonatal were given routine symptomatic treatment. The control group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetralogy of live bacteria on the basis of the control group. The two groups of neonatal were both treated for 7 d. The serum levels of CK-MB, CK, LDH, AST, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, CD8+, CRP and TNF-α were measured before and after the treatment of the two groups. Results: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum CK-MB, CK, LDH, AST, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, CD8+, CRP and TNF-α levels between the 2 groups. After treatment: 2 groups of serum CK-MB, CK, LDH, AST, CD8+, CRP, TNF-α levels significantly decreased compared with the group before treatment, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly increased after treatment, and the observation group with serum CK-MB, CK, LDH, AST, CD8 +, CRP, TNF-α levels were significantly lower than the control group, CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ levels were significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion: Ursodeoxycholic acid combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets can can reduce the activity of myocardial enzyme, improve the state of spectrum index of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
