According to the recent studies,the gravitational wave(GW)echoes are expected to be generated by quark stars composed of ultrastiff quark *** ultrastiff equations of state(EOS)for quark matter were usually obtained either by a simple bag model with artificially assigned sound velocity or by employing interacting strange quark matter(SQM)depicted by simple reparameterization and *** this study,we investigate GW echoes with EOSs for SQM in the framework of the equivparticle model with density-dependent quark masses and pairing *** conclude that strange quark stars(SQSs)can be sufficiently compact to possess a photon sphere capable of generating GW echoes with frequencies in the range of approximately 20 ***,SQSs cannot account for the observed 72 Hz signal in GW170817 ***,we determined that quark-pairing effects play a crucial role in enabling SQSs to satisfy the necessary conditions for producing these types of echoes.

Research performed during the past decade revealed an important role of symmetry energy in the equation of state(EOS)of strange quark matter(SQM).By introducing an isospin-dependent term into the quark mass scaling,the SQM stability window in the equivparticle model was *** results show that a sufficiently strong isospin dependence C_(I)can significantly widen the SQM region of absolute stability,yielding results that simultaneously satisfy the constraints of the astrophysical observations of PSR J1614-2230 with 1.928±0.017 Mand tidal deformability 70≤Λ_(1:4)≤580 measured in the event *** increasing C_(I),the difference between the u,d,and s quark fractions for the SQM inβ-equilibrium becomes inconspicuous for C>0,leading to small isospin asymmetryδ,and further resulting in similar EOS and structures of strange quark stars(SQSs).Moreover,unlike the behavior of the maximum mass of ud QSs,which varies with C_(I)depending on the sign of the parameter C,the maximum mass of the SQSs decreases monotonously with increasing CI.

The magnetic field and density behaviors of various thermodynamic quantities of strange quark matter under compact star conditions are investigated in the framework of the thermodynamically self-consistent quasiparticle *** individual species,a larger number density n_(i) leads to a larger magnetic field strength threshold that aligns all particles parallel or antiparallel to the magnetic ***,in contrast to the finite baryon density effect which reduces the spin polarization of magnetized strange quark matter,the magnetic field effect leads to an enhancement of *** also compute the sound velocity as a function of the baryon density and find the sound velocity shows an obvious oscillation with increasing *** for the oscillation,the sound velocity grows with increasing density,similar to the zero-magnetic field case,and approaches the conformal limit V_(s)^(2)=1/3 at high densities from below.

The extended kernel ridge regression(EKRR)method with odd-even effects was adopted to improve the description of the nuclear charge radius using five commonly used nuclear *** are:(i)the isospin-dependent A^(1∕3) formula,(ii)relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov(RCHB)theory,(iii)Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov(HFB)model HFB25,(iv)the Weizsacker-Skyrme(WS)model WS*,and(v)HFB25**** the last two models,the charge radii were calculated using a five-parameter formula with the nuclear shell corrections and deformations obtained from the WS and HFB25 models,*** each model,the resultant root-mean-square deviation for the 1014 nuclei with proton number Z≥8 can be significantly reduced to 0.009-0.013 fm after considering the modification with the EKRR *** best among them was the RCHB model,with a root-mean-square deviation of 0.0092 *** extrapolation abilities of the KRR and EKRR methods for the neutron-rich region were examined,and it was found that after considering the odd-even effects,the extrapolation power was improved compared with that of the original KRR *** strong odd-even staggering of nuclear charge radii of Ca and Cu isotopes and the abrupt kinks across the neutron N=126 and 82 shell closures were also calculated and could be reproduced quite well by calculations using the EKRR method.

The evolution of dislocation loops in austenitic steels irradiated with Fe~+is investigated using cluster dynamics(CD)simulations by developing a CD *** CD predictions are compared with experimental results in the *** number density and average diameter of the dislocation loops obtained from the CD simulations are in good agreement with the experimental data obtained from transmission electron microscopy(TEM)observations of Fe~+-irradiated Solution Annealed 304,Cold Worked 316,and HR3 austenitic steels in the *** CD simulation results demonstrate that the diffusion of in-cascade interstitial clusters plays a major role in the dislocation loop density and dislocation loop growth;in particular,for the HR3 austenitic steel,the CD model has verified the effect of temperature on the density and size of the dislocation loops.

The properties of strange star matter are studied in the equivparticle model with inclusion of non-Newtonian gravity. It is found that the inclusion of non-Newtonian gravity makes the equation of state stiffer if Witten＇s conjecture is true. Correspondingly, the maximum mass of strange stars becomes as large as two times the solar mass, and the maximum radius also becomes bigger. The coupling to boson mass ratio has been constrained within the stability range of strange quark matter.

Aiming at evaluating and predicting rapidly and accurately a high sensitivity receiver’s adaptability in complex electromagnetic environments,a novel testing and prediction method based on dual-channel multi-frequency is proposed to improve the traditional two-tone ***,two signal generators are used to generate signals at the radio frequency(RF)by frequency scanning,and then a rapid measurement at the intermediate frequency(IF)output port is carried out to obtain a huge amount of sample data for the subsequent ***,the IF output response data are modeled and analyzed to construct the linear and nonlinear response constraint equations in the frequency domain and prediction models in the power domain,which provide the theoretical criteria for interpreting and predicting electromagnetic susceptibility(EMS)of the *** experiment performed on a radar receiver confirms the reliability of the method proposed in this *** shows that the interference of each harmonic frequency and each order to the receiver can be identified and predicted with the sensitivity *** on this,fast and comprehensive evaluation and prediction of the receiver’s EMS in complex environment can be efficiently realized.
