To reduce CO_(2) emissions in response to global climate change,shale reservoirs could be ideal candidates for long-term carbon geo-sequestration involving multi-scale transport ***,most current CO_(2) sequestration models do not adequately consider multiple transport ***,the evaluation of CO_(2) storage processes usually involves laborious and time-consuming numerical simulations unsuitable for practical prediction and *** this paper,an integrated model involving gas diffusion,adsorption,dissolution,slip flow,and Darcy flow is proposed to accurately characterize CO_(2) storage in depleted shale reservoirs,supporting the establishment of a training *** this basis,a hybrid physics-informed data-driven neural network(HPDNN)is developed as a deep learning surrogate for prediction and *** incorporating multiple sources of scientific knowledge,the HPDNN can be configured with limited simulation resources,significantly accelerating the forward and inversion ***,the HPDNN can more intelligently predict injection performance,precisely perform reservoir parameter inversion,and reasonably evaluate the CO_(2) storage capacity under complicated *** validation and test results demonstrate that the HPDNN can ensure high accuracy and strong robustness across an extensive applicability range when dealing with field data with multiple noise *** study has tremendous potential to replace traditional modeling tools for predicting and making decisions about CO_(2) storage projects in depleted shale reservoirs.

Imazaquin degradation and metabolism in a sandy loam soil amended with farm litters

Irnazaquin applied in legume crops has a long residual time in soil, which often impacts safety of the susceptible crops. To increase safety of imazaquin application, two composted litters, bovine manure （BM） and chicken manure （CM）, were used to determine their effects on imazaquin environmental behavior by incorporating each kind of manure into the tested sandy loam soil at 10% （w/w）. The degradation of imazaquin in BM- and CM-amended soil was about 2.4 and 1.5 times, respectively, faster than that in unamended soil. The half-lives of imazaquin in BM-amended soil varied between 6.7 and 15.4 d over the temperature range of 20 to 40℃, and the degradation rate constant （k） increased by a factor of about 1.5 for every 10℃ change. Higher mix ratio did not significantly increase the degradation, and the optimal active degradation of imazaquin was observed approximately at the mix ratio of 10：1 of soil to BM. The different moisture levels had negligible effect on imazaquin degradation. In both unamended and BM-amended treatments, two metabolites were observed at 5, 10 and 30 d after treatment. One metabolite at retention time （RT） of 8.4 rain was identified as 2-（4- hydroxyl-5-oxo-2-imidazolin-2-yl） quinoline acid, originating from the loss of isopropyl group and hydroxylation at the 4-position of imidazolinone ring. The other at RT of 12.9 rain was identified as quinoline-2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride, resulting from detachment of imidazolinone ring and the forming of dicarboxylic anhydride. This finding suggested that the addition of farm litters into soil might be a good management option since it can not only increase soil fertility but also contribute to increase safety of imazaquin application to the following susceptible crops.

LINE-1 family member GCRG123 gene is up-regulated in human gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma

AIM： To analyze the expression profiles of a human gastriccancer-related gene, GCRG123, in human gastric signetring cell carcinoma tissues, and to perform bioinformatics analysis on GCRG123.METHODS： In situ hybridization was used to explore the GCRG123 expression pattern in paraffin-embedded gastric tissues, including 15 cases of signet-ring cell carcinoma, 15 of intestinal-type adenocarcinoma, and 15 of normal gastric mucosa. Northern blotting was used to analyze the differences in GCRG123 expression between stomach signet-ring cell carcinoma and intestinal-type adenocarcinoma tissues. Online software, including BLAST, Multalin and BLAT, were applied for bioinformatics analysis. National Center for Biotechnology Information （NCBI） and the University of California Santa Cruz （UCSC） databases were used for the analyses.RESULTS： The in situ hybridization signal appeared as blue precipitates restricted to the cytoplasm. Ten out of 15 cases of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma, normal gastric mucosal epithelium and pyloric glands showed high GCRG123 expression. Low GCRG123 expression was observed in gastric intestinal-type adenocarcinoma and normal gastric glands. Northern blotting revealed that GCRG123 was up-regulated in signet-ring cell carcinoma tissue but down-regulated in intestinal-type adenocarcinoma tissue. BLAST and Multalin analyses revealed that the GCRG123 sequence had 92% similarity with the ORF2 sequence of human long interspersed nuclear element retrotransposons （LINE-1, L1）. BLAT analysis indicated that GCRG123 mapped to all chromosomes. GCRG123 was found to integrate in the intron-17 and -23 of Rb, 5＇ flanking region of IL-2 and clotting factor Ⅸ genes.CONCLUSION： GCRG123, an active member of the Lt family, was up-regulated in human gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma.

Influence of Aspect Ratio on Giant Magnetoimpedance Effect for Fe_(67)Co_(18)Si_(11)B_4 Amorphous Ribbons

The effect of sample geometry aspect ratio （l/w） on the giant magnetoimpedance （GMI） in Fe67Co18Si11B4 amorphous ribbons was investigated systematically. The GMI profiles were measured as a function of the external magnetic field at different frequencies up to 110 MHz. The results show that there exists a critical aspect ratio （（l/w）0 = 5.4） below which the maximum GMI effect and sensitivity η decrease with decreasing l/w and above which the maximum GMI effect keeps almost constant and η decreases with increasing l/w. The observed dependence on aspect ratio as （l/w）〈（l/w）0 is correlated with the magnetization process： Complex domain structures emerged near the ribbon ends to decrease the magnetostatic energy, modify the transverse permeability and consequently GMI response. Contributions from transverse permeability and resistance may dominantly determine the change of GMI effect as （l/w）〉（l/w）0.

Microstructural stability of 9-12%Cr ferrite/martensite heat-resistant steels

The microstructural evolutions of advanced 9–12%Cr ferrite/martensite heat-resistant steels used for power generation plants are reviewed in this article. Despite of the small differences in chemical compositions, the steels share the same microstructure of the as-tempered martensite. It is the thermal stability of the initial microstructure that matters the creep behavior of these heat-resistant steels. The microstructural evolutions involved in 9–12%Cr ferrite heat-resistant steels are elaborated, including (1) martensitic lath widening, (2) disappearance of prior austenite grain boundary, (3) emergence of subgrains, (4) coarsening of precipitates, and (5) formation of new precipitates, such as Laves-phase and Z-phase. The former three microstructural evolutions could be retarded by properly disposing the latter two. Namely improving the stability of precipitates and optimizing their size distribution can effectively exert the beneficial influence of precipitates on microstructures. In this sense, the microstructural stability of the tempered martensite is in fact the stability of precipitates during the creep. Many attempts have been carried out to improve the microstructural stability of 9–12%Cr steels and several promising heat-resistant steels have been developed.

Hierarchical adaptive stereo matching algorithm for obstacle detection with dynamic programming

An adaptive weighted stereo matching algorithm with multilevel and bidirectional dynamic programming based on ground control points （GCPs） is presented. To decrease time complexity without losing matching precision, using a multilevel search scheme, the coarse matching is processed in typical disparity space image, while the fine matching is processed in disparity-offset space image. In the upper level, GCPs are obtained by enhanced volumetric iterative algorithm enforcing the mutual constraint and the threshold constraint. Under the supervision of the highly reliable GCPs, bidirectional dynamic programming framework is employed to solve the inconsistency in the optimization path. In the lower level, to reduce running time, disparity-offset space is proposed to efficiently achieve the dense disparity image. In addition, an adaptive dual support-weight strategy is presented to aggregate matching cost, which considers photometric and geometric information. Further, post-processing algorithm can ameliorate disparity results in areas with depth discontinuities and related by occlusions using dual threshold algorithm, where missing stereo information is substituted from surrounding regions. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm, we present the two groups of experimental results for four widely used standard stereo data sets, including discussion on performance and comparison with other methods, which show that the algorithm has not only a fast speed, but also significantly improves the efficiency of holistic optimization.

Growth and properties of hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon thin films prepared by magnetron sputtering with different substrate temperatures

Hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (μcSi:H) thin films were deposited by an radio frequency (RF)(13.56 MHz) magnetron sputtering at different substrate temperatures (100–300℃), and the influences of substrate temperature on the growth and properties ofμc-Si:H thin films were investigated. Surface roughness and crystallinity of the thin films increase as substrate temperature increases. And all thin films are at the transition region(X_(c)=49.2%~61.0%). Theμc-Si:H thin films deposited at lower substrate temperature (≤200℃) represent a weak(220) preferred orientation, while the thin films deposited at higher substrate temperature (≥250℃) exhibit a weak(111) preferred orientation. The μc-Si:H thin films have a dense structure, and the structural compactness of the thin films slightly increases with substrate temperature increasing. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) results indicate that theμc-Si:H thin films have a low hydrogen content (3.9 at%–5.6 at%), which is in favor of reducing light-induced degradation effect.

A novel phosphate ligand used for the Rh-catalyzed hydroformylation of cyclohexene in a thermoregulated PEG biphase system

A novel phosphate ligand, tri-（methoxyl polyethylene glycol）-phosphate （TMPGPA）, has been synthesized and used in the Rhcatalyzed hydroformylation of cyclohexene in a thermoregulated PEG biphase system. Under the optimized conditions, pressure = 5 MPa （H2：CO = 1：1）, P/Rh = 10 （molar ratio）, reaction time = 4 h and temperature = 120 ℃, the conversion of cyclohexene and the yield of aldehyde are 99%. The catalyst retained in PEG phase can be easily separated from the organic phase containing product by simple phase separation and reused ten times without obvious loss in activity.
