Objective:To study the protective effect of levothyroxine on myocardial and cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury during surgery under cardiopulmonary ***: Patients who underwent valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass in Mianyang Central Hospital between March 2015 and December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the Euthyrox group who received preoperative levothyroxine therapy and the control group who received routine preoperative intervention. The myocardial and cerebral injury indexes, pro-inflammatory and adhesion molecules as well as antioxidant indexes were measured before operation and 12 h after ***: Twelve hours after operation, serum cTnI, LDH, CK-MB, H-FABP, NSE, S100B, CD11b/CD18, sP-selectin, IL-1 and IL-10 contents as well as SjvO2 levels of both groups were higher than those before operation whereas Cu-Zn SOD, CAT and GSH-Px contents were lower than those before operation, and serum cTnI, LDH, CK-MB, H-FABP, NSE, S100B, CD11b/CD18, sP-selectin, IL-1 and IL-10 contents as well as SjvO2 level of Euthyrox group were lower than those of control group whereas Cu-Zn SOD, CAT and GSH-Px contents were higher than those of control ***:Levothyroxine has protective effect on the myocardial and cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury induced by inflammation and oxidative stress during surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.

根据环形抛光的加工特点,研究了大口径反射元件的环形抛光加工工艺。在4m环抛机上进行了610mm×440mm×85mm的大口径反射元件加工工艺实验,研究了修正盘及工件盘转速与元件面形的关系、修正盘及工件盘位置与元件面形的关系、沥青盘槽形与元件面形的关系。研究结果表明,通过对修正盘及工件盘转速、修正盘及工件盘位置、沥青盘槽形等工艺参数的优化控制,能够得到大口径反射元件面形的高效收敛,元件最高面形精度优于λ/6(λ=632.8nm),验证了加工工艺的有效性。

Objective:To analyze the implementation status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing protocols for type 2 diabetes ***:Totally 420 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were given TCM nursing protocols by syndrome differentiation.A quantitative and qualitative investigation was conducted to patients who received TCM nursing and nurses who performed TCM nursing ***:According to the self-evaluation outcomes of patients,TCM nursing protocols were effective to relieve polydipsia,polyuria,fatigue and other *** exhibited a high level of compliance with nursing techniques such as auricular point pressing,acupoint massage,Chinese herbal foot-bath and *** interview showed that patients could benefit from the TCM nursing protocols,and nurses considered that application of TCM nursing protocols could enhance their awareness of TCM knowledge and practice ***:The application of TCM nursing protocols is effective to relieve clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes *** can also improve the knowledge level and practice skills of nurses in TCM hospitals.

Background:The association of circulating inflammation markers with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is still largely *** study aimed to comprehensively explore the relationship between circulating cytokine levels and the subsequent risk of NPC with a two-stage epidemiologic study in southern ***:The serum levels of 33 inflammatory cytokines were first measured in a hospital-based case-control study(150 NPC patients and 150 controls)using multiplex assay *** levels were categorized into two or more groups based on the proportion of sample measurements that was above the lower limit of *** ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(CIs)relating the serum marker concentration to the risk of NPC were computed by multivariable logistic regression *** associations were validated in 60 patients with NPC and 120 con-trols in a subsequent nested case-control study within a NPC screening *** interactions between serum cytokines and Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)relating to the risk of NPC were assessed using a likelihood ratio ***:The levels of serum macrophage inflammatory protein(MIP)-1αand MIP-1βin the highest categories were associated with a decreased risk of NPC in both the case-control study(MIP-1α:OR=0.49,95%CI=0.26-0.95;MIP-1β:OR=0.47,95%CI=0.22-1.00)and the nested case-control study(MIP-1α:OR=0.13,95%CI=0.03-0.62;MIP-1β:OR=0.20,95%CI=0.04-0.94),compared with those in the lowest ***,individuals with lower levels of these two cytokine markers who were EBV seropositive presented with a largely higher risk of NPC compared with patients with higher levels who were EBV seronegative in both the case-control study(MIP-1α:OR=16.28,95%CI=7.11-37.23;MIP-1β:OR=12.86,95%CI=5.9-28.05)and the nested case-control study(MIP-1α:OR=86.12,95%CI=10.58-701.03;MIP-1β:OR=115.44,95%CI=13.92-957.73).Conclusions:Decreased preclinical MIP-1αand MIP-1βlevels might be associated with a subsequently increased risk of NPC.

AIM： To explore the effects of conditioned media on the proliferation of corneal endothelial cells （CECa） and to compare the efficiency of different conditioned media （CM）. METHODS： Rat CECs, corneal stromal cells （CSCs）, bone marrow -derived endothelial progenitor cells （BEPCs）, and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells （BMSCs） were isolated and cultured in vitra CM was collected from CSCs, BEPCs, and BMSCSo CECs were cultivated in different culture media. Cell morphology was recorded, and gene and protein expression were analyzed.~ RESULTS： After grown in CM for 5d, CECs in each experimental group remained polygonal, in a cobblestone- like monolayer arrangement. Immunocytofluorescence revealed positive expression of Na＋/K＋-ATP, aquaporin 1 （AQP1）, and zonula occludens 1 （ZO-1）. Based on quantitative polymerase chain reaction （qPCR） analysis, Na ＋/K ＋-ATP expression in CSC-CM was notably upregulated by 1.3-fold （＋0.036）（P〈0.05, n=3）. The expression levels of ZO-1, neuron specific enolase （NSE）, Vimentin, paired homebox 6 （PAX6）, and procollagen type VII （COL8A1） were notably upregulated in each experimental group. Each CM had a positive effect on CEC proliferation, and CSC-CM had the strongest effect on proliferation.~ CONCLUSION： CSC-CM, BEPC-CM, and BMSC-CM not only stimulated the proliferation of CECs, but also maintained the characteristic differentiated phenotypes necessary for endothelial functions. Background and Aims:Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)is a newly proposed term based on modified *** nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has been well-documented as a multisystem dis-ease,research on the correlation of MAFLD and extra-hepatic diseases is *** study aimed to clarify the association of MAFLD,as well as NAFLD status with cognitive ***:A total of 5,662 participants 20-59 years of age who underwent cognitive tests and liver ultrasonography in the Third National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey were included in the *** function was evalu-ated using three computer-administered tests,the serial dig-it learning test(SDLT),the simple reaction time test(SRTT)and the symbol digit substitution test(SDST).Results:Par-ticipants with MAFLD had significantly poorer performance on the SRTT[odds ratio(OR)1.47,95%confidence interval(CI):1.14-1.89)].MAFLD with moderate-severe liver stea-tosis was associated with higher risks of scoring low in the SDLT(OR 1.37,95%CI:1.04-1.82)and SRTT(OR 1.55,95%CI:1.19-2.02).NAFLD combined with metabolic dys-function,instead of NAFLD without metabolic disorders,was associated an increased risk of a low SRTT score(OR 1.44,95%CI:1.10-1.82).MAFLD patients had a high probability of fibrosis,prediabetes,and diabetes and were also signifi-cantly associated with increased risks based on the SDST or SRTT ***:MAFLD was significantly associ-ated with increased risk of cognitive impairment,especially among MAFLD patients with a high degree of liver fibrosis,moderate-severe steatosis,or hyperglycemia.

Endocrine-resistance remains a major challenge in estrogen receptorαpositive(ERα^(+))breast cancer(BC)treatment and constitutively active somatic mutations in ERαare a common *** is an urgent need to develop novel drugs with new mode of mechanism to fight *** aberrant ERαactivity,we herein report the identification of novel covalent selective estrogen receptor degraders(cSERDs)possessing the advantages of both covalent and degradation strategies.A highly potent cSERD 29c was identified with superior anti-proliferative activity than fulvestrant against a panel of ERa+breast cancer cell lines including mutant ERα.Crystal structure of ERα-29c complex alongside intact mass spectrometry revealed that 29c disrupted ERa protein homeostasis through covalent targeting C530 and strong hydrophobic interaction collied on H11,thus enforcing a unique antagonist conformation and driving the ERα*** significant effects of the cSERD on ERαhomeostasis,unlike typical ERαdegraders that occur directly via long side chains perturbing the morphology of H12,demonstrating a distinct mechanism of action(MoA).In vivo,29c showed potent antitumor activity in MCF-7 tumor xenograft models and low *** proof-of-principle study verifies that novel cSERDs offering new opportunities for the development of innovative therapies for endocrine-resistant BC.

针对二维边界层方程,提出了分析积分迭代法。首先将该方法应用于Blasius方程和Falkner-Skan方程的求解,数值计算结果稳定,计算精度高;然后对外部有势流不能达到自相似要求、必须二维求解的二维层流边界层问题,在分析积分迭代法中加上计算力学的松弛迭代法,形成了一套有效的算法。数值结果表明该方法用于层流边界层的计算是很有效的。
