In the frequency band of the Laser Interferometer Space Antenna(LISA),extensive research has been conducted on the impact of foreground confusion noise generated by galactic binaries within the Milky Way ***,recent evidence of a stochastic signal,announced by the NANOGrav,EPTA,PPTA,CPTA,and InPTA,indicates that the stochastic gravitational-wave background(SGWB)generated by supermassive black hole binaries(SMBHBs)can contribute strong background noise within the LISA *** the presence of such strong noise,it is expected to have significant impacts on LISA's scientific *** this study,we investigate the impacts of the SGWB generated by SMBHBs on the detection of individual massive black hole binaries,verified galactic binaries,and extreme mass ratio inspirals in the context of *** find it essential to resolve and eliminate the excess noise from the SGWB to guarantee the success of LISA's missions.

Several pulsar timing array(PTA)collaborations,including NANOGrav,EPTA,PPTA,and CPTA,have announced the evidence for a stochastic signal consistent with a stochastic gravitational wave background(SGWB).Supermassive black hole binaries(SMBHBs)are supposed to be the most promising gravitational-wave(GW)sources for this *** this paper,we use the NANOGrav 15-year data set to constrain the parameter space in an astro-informed formation model for *** results prefer a large turn-over eccentricity of the SMBHB orbit when GWs begin to dominate the SMBHB ***,the SGWB spectrum is extrapolated to the space-borne GW detector frequency band by including inspiral-merge-cutoff phases of SMBHBs,indicating that the SGWB from SMBHBs should be detected by LISA,Taiji and Tian Qin in the near future.

AIM： To investigate the protective effect of stronger neo-minophafen C （SNMC） on fulminant hepatic failure （FHF） and its underlying mechanism. METHODS： A mouse model of FHF was established by intraperitoneal injection of galactosamine （D-Gal N） and lipopolysaccharide （LPS）. The survival rate, liver function, inflammatory factor and liver pathological change were obtained with and without SNMC treatment. Hepatoo/te survival was estimated by observing the stained mitochondria structure with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated deoxyuridine triphosphate fluorescence nick end labeling （TUNEL） method and antibodies against cytochrome C （Cyt-C） and caspase-3. RESULTS： The levels of plasma tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-α）, nitric oxide （NO）, ET-1, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, and the degree of hepatic tissue injury were decreased in the SNMC-treated groups compared with those in the model group （P 〈 0.01）. However, there were no differences after different dosages administered at different time points. There was a significant difference in survival rates between the SNMC-treated groups and the model group （P 〈 0.01）. The apoptosis index was 32.3% at 6 h after a low dose of SNMC, which was considerably decreased from 32.3% ± 4.7% vs 5% ± 2.83% （P 〈 0.05） to 5% on d 7. The expression of Cyt-C and caspase-3 decreased with the prolongation of therapeutic time. Typical hepatocyte apoptosis was obviously ameliorated under electron microscope with the prolongation of therapeutic time. CONCLUSION： SNMC can effectively protect liver against FHF induced by LPS/D-Gal N. SNMC can prevent hepatocyte apoptosis by inhibiting inflammatory reaction and stabilizing mitochondria membrane to suppress the release of Cyt-C and sequent activation of caspase-3.

Creating a multi-gene alignment matrix for phylogenetic analysis using organelle genomes involves aligning single-gene datasets manually,a process that can be time-consuming and prone to *** HomBlocks pipeline has been created to eliminate the inaccuracies arising from manual *** processing of a large number of sequences,however,remains a time-consuming *** conquer this challenge,we develop a speedy and efficient method called Organelle Genomes for Phylogenetic Analysis(ORPA).ORPA can quickly generate multiple sequence alignments for whole-genome comparisons by parsing the result files of NCbi BLAST,completing the task just in 1 *** increasing data volume,the efficiency of ORPA is even more pronounced,over 300 times faster than HomBlocks in aligning 60 high-plant chloroplast *** phylogenetic tree outputs from ORPA are equivalent to HomBlocks,indicating its outstanding *** to its speed and accuracy,ORPA can identify species-level evolutionary conflicts,providing valuable insights into evolutionary cognition.

Direct energy budget is carried out for both cold and hot flow in gas–solid fluidization ***,the energy paths are proposed from thermodynamic *** consumption means total power input to the specific system,and it can be decomposed into energy retention and energy *** retention is the variation of accumulated mechanical energy in the system,and energy dissipation is the energy converted to heat by irreversible *** based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics-Discrete Element Method(CFD-DEM)framework,different energy terms are quantified from the specific flow elements of fluid cells and particles as well as their interactions with the *** order to clarify the energy budget,it is important to identify which system is studied:the particle-fluid system or the particle *** the cold flow,the total energy consumption of the particle sub-system can well indicate the onset of bubbling and turbulent,while the variation of local energy consumption terms can reflect the evolution of heterogeneous *** the hot flow,different heat transfer mechanisms are analyzed and the solver is modified to reproduce the experimental *** impact of the heat transfer mechanisms and heat production on energy consumption is also *** proposed budget method has proven to be energy-conservative and easy to conduct,and it is hopeful to be applied to other multiphase flow systems.

Based on coupled-mode theo ry , the eigenvalue equation of five-layered long-period fiber grating(LPFG) sens or with Ag film and gas-sensitive film overlays are firstly studied. The probl em of resolving complex eigenvalue equation on five-layered LPFG is analyzed, a nd the method of resolution is also given. Then the eigenvalue equation of three -layered metal cladding LPFG is analyzed, and the complex transcendental equati on is also discussed. The computing result shows that the coupling between the l ow-order EH modes and the core mode is much stronger than that between the low -order HE modes and the core mode.
