This paper proposes a new method for service restoration of distribution network with the support of transportable power sources(TPSs)and repair crews(RCs).Firstly.a coupling model of distribution networks and vehicle routing of TPSs and RCs is proposed,where the TPSs serve as emergency.power supply.sources,and the RCs are used to repair the faulted lines.Considering the uncertainty.of traffic congestion,the probability.distribution of the travel time spent on each road is derived based on the Nesterov user equilibrium model,and a two-stage stochastic program is formulated to determine the optimal routings of TPSs and RCs.To efficiently.solve the proposed stochastic mixed-integer linear program(MILP),a two-phase scenario reduction method is then developed to scale down the problem size,and an adaptive progressive hedging algorithm is used for an efficient solution.The effectiveness of the proposed methods and algorithms has been illustrated in a modified IEEE 33-bus sy.tem.

We present resolved Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope H I observations of the high gas-phase metallicity.dwarf galaxy.WISEA J230615.06+143927.9(z = 0.005)(hereafter J2306) and investigate whether it could be a Tidal Dwarf Galaxy.TDG) candidate. TDGs are observed to have higher metallicities than normal dwarfs. J2306 has an unusual combination of a blue g-r color of 0.23 mag, irregular optical morphology.and high-metallicity.12 +log(O/H) = 8.68 ± 0.14), making it an interesting galaxy.to study.in more detail. We find J2306 to be an H I rich galaxy.with a large extended, unperturbed rotating H I disk. Using our H I data we estimated its dy.amical mass and found the galaxy.to be dark matter(DM) dominated within its H I radius. The quantity.of DM, inferred from its dy.amical mass, appears to rule out J2306 as an evolved TDG. A wide area environment search reveals J2306 to be isolated from any.larger galaxies which could have been the source of its high gas metallicity. Additionally. the H I morphology.and kinematics of the galaxy.show no indication of a recent merger to explain the high-metallicity.Further detailed optical spectroscopic observations of J2306 might provide an answer to how a seemingly.ordinary.irregular dwarf galaxy.achieved such a high level of metal enrichment.

The effects of ethanol extracts obtained from Cichorium glandulosum on the intestinal microbiota of diabetic mice (db/db mice) were investigated. In this study. m/m mice served as the normal control group (CON group), while db/db mice were randomly.divided into the model group (MOD group), metformin-treated group (MET group), low-dose ethanol extract-treated group (CGL group), and high-dose ethanol extract-treated group (CGH group). After intragastric administration of ethanol extracts from Cichorium glandulosum for eight weeks, the body.weight, fasting blood glucose levels, liver total cholesterol (TC) levels, and liver trigly.eride (TG) content in mice were analy.ed. Additionally. 16S rRNA sequencing analy.is was performed on fecal samples of mice to investigate the changes in their intestinal microbiota after the treatment. It was discovered that the high-dose ethanol extract can regulate the body.weight and blood glucose levels of db/db mice and significantly.reduce the levels of TC and TG in db/db mice (Py.biosis in db/db mice and upregulated the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium, Romboutsia, and Prevotella in the intestinal microbiota. This study.has shown that the ethanol extract from Cichorium glandulosum can regulate the intestinal microbiota of db/db mice and regulate glucose and lipid metabolism by.increasing the relative abundance of beneficial bacteria. This can provide new insights for the development and utilization of Cichorium glandulosum from Xinjiang as a medicinal resource. © 2024 South China University.of Technology. All rights reserved.

Recently.deep learning has y.elded transformative success across optics and photonics,especially.in optical metrology.Deep neural networks (DNNs) with a fully.convolutional architecture (e.g.,U-Net and its derivatives) have been widely.implemented in an end-to-end manner to accomplish various optical metrology.tasks,such as fringe denoising,phase unwrapping,and fringe analy.is.However,the task of training a DNN to accurately.identify.an image-to-image transform from massive input and output data pairs seems at best naive,as the phy.ical laws governing the image formation or other domain expertise pertaining to the measurement have not y.t been fully.exploited in current deep learning practice.To this end,we introduce a phy.ics-informed deep learning method for fringe pattern analy.is (PI-FPA) to overcome this limit by.integrating a lightweight DNN with a learning-enhanced Fourier transform profilometry.(Le FTP) module.By.parameterizing conventional phase retrieval methods,the Le FTP module embeds the prior knowledge in the network structure and the loss function to directly.provide reliable phase results for new ty.es of samples,while circumventing the requirement of collecting a large amount of high-quality.data in supervised learning methods.Guided by.the initial phase from Le FTP,the phase recovery.ability.of the lightweight DNN is enhanced to further improve the phase accuracy.at a low computational cost compared with existing end-to-end networks.Experimental results demonstrate that PI-FPA enables more accurate and computationally.efficient single-shot phase retrieval,exhibiting its excellent generalization to various unseen objects during training.The proposed PI-FPA presents that challenging issues in optical metrology.can be potentially.overcome through the sy.ergy.of phy.ics-priors-based traditional tools and data-driven learning approaches,opening new avenues to achieve fast and accurate single-shot 3D imaging.

Modern power grid is fast emerging as a complex cy.er-phy.ical power sy.tem(CPPS)integrating phy.ical current-carry.ng components and processes with cy.er-embedded computing,which faces increasing cy.berspace security.threats and risks.In this paper,the state(i.e.,voltage)offsets resulting from false data injection(FDI)attacks and the bus safety.characterization are applied to quantify.the attack consequences.The state offsets are obtained by.the state estimation method,and the bus safety.characterization considers the power net-work topology.as well as the vulnerability.and connection relationship of buses.Considering the indeterminacy.of attacker’s resource consumption and reward,a zero-sum game-theoretical model from the defender’s perspective with incomplete information is explored for the optimal allocation of limited defensive resources.The attacker aims to falsify.measurements without triggering threshold alarms to break through the protection,leading to load shedding,over-voltage or under-voltage.The defender attempts to ensure the estimation results to be as close to the actual states as possible,and guarantee the sy.tem’s safety.and efficient defensive resource utilization.The proposed solution is extensively.evaluated through simu-lations using the IEEE 33-bus test network and real-time digital simulator(RTDS)based testbed experiments of the IEEE 14-bus network.The results demonstrate the effec-tiveness of the proposed game-theoretical approach for optimal defensive resource allocation in CPPS when lim-ited resources are available when under FDI attacks.Index Terms—Optimal strategy.game theory.Nash equilibrium,CPPS,FDI attack.

Purpose:The aim of the current study.was to investigate the association of accelerometer-measured sleep duration and different intensities of phy.ical activity.PA)with the risk of incident ty.e 2 diabetes in a population-based prospective cohort study.Methods:Altogether,88,000 participants(mean age=62.2±7.9 y.ars,mean±SD)were included from the UK Biobank.Sleep duration(short:y.normal:6-8 h/day.long:>8 h/day.and PA of different intensities were measured using a wrist-won accelerometer over a 7-day.period between 2013 and 2015.PA was classified according to the median or World Health Organization-recommendation:total volume of PA(high,low),moderate-to-vigorous PA(MVPA)(recommended,not recommended),and light-intensity.PA(high,low).Incidence of ty.e 2diabetes was ascertained using hospital records or death registries.Results:During a median follow-up of 7.0 y.ars,1615 incident ty.e 2 diabetes cases were documented.Compared with normal sleep duration,short(hazard ratio(HR)=1.21,95%confidence interval(95%CI):1.03-1.41)but not long sleep duration(HR=1.01,95%CI:0.89-1.15)was associated with excessive ty.e 2 diabetes risk.This increased risk among short sleepers seems to be protected against by.PA.Compared with normal sleepers with high or recommended PA,short sleepers with low volume of PA(HR=1.81,95%CI:1.46-2.25),not recommended(below the World Health Organization-recommended level of)MVPA(HR=1.92,95%CI:1.55-2.36),or low light-intensity.PA(HR=1.49,95%CI:1.13-1.90)had a higher risk of ty.e 2 diabetes,while short sleepers with a high volume of PA(HR=1.14,95%CI:0.88-1.49),recommended MVPA(HR=1.02,95%CI:0.71-1.48),or high light-intensity.PA(HR=1.14,95%CI:0.92-1.41)did not.Conclusion:Accelerometer-measured short but not long sleep duration was associated with a higher risk of incident ty.e 2 diabetes.A higher level of PA,regardless of intensity.potentially.ameliorates this excessive risk.

Cry.talline white organic light-emitting diodes(C-WOLEDs)are promising candidates for lighting and display.applications.It is urgently.necessary.however,to develop energy.saving and high-efficiency.C-WOLEDs that have stable and powerful emission to meet commercial demands.Here,we report a cry.talline host matrix(CHM)with embedded nanoaggregates(NA)structure for developing high-performance C-WOLEDs by.employ.ng a thermally.activated delay.d fluorescence(TADF)material and orange phosphorescent dopants(Phos.-D).The CHM-TADFNA-D WOLED exhibit a remarkable EQE of 12.8%,which is the highest performance WOLEDs based on cry.talline materials.The device has a quick formation of excitons and a well-designed energy.transfer process,and possesses a fast ramping of luminance and current density.Compared to recently.reported high-performance WOLEDs based on amorphous material route,the C-WOLED achieves a low series-resistance Joule-heat loss ratio and an enhanced photon output,demonstrating its significant potential in developing the next-generation WOLEDs.

In[20],a semi-implicit spectral deferred correction(SDC)method was proposed,which is efficient for highly.nonlinear partial differential equations(PDEs).The semi-implicit SDC method in[20]is based on first-order time integration methods,which are corrected iteratively.with the order of accuracy.increased by.one for each additional iteration.In this paper,we will develop a class of semi-implicit SDC methods,which are based on second-order time integration methods and the order of accuracy.are increased by.two for each additional iteration.For spatial discretization,we employ.the local discontinuous Galerkin(LDG)method to arrive at fully.discrete schemes,which are high-order accurate in both space and time.Numerical experiments are presented to demonstrate the accuracy.efficiency.and robustness of the proposed semi-implicit SDC methods for solving complex nonlinear PDEs.

A calibration and compensation method for an industrial robot with high accuracy.harmonic reducers

Industrial serial robots need high stiffness to keep absolute pose accuracy.and meet the requirements in practical applications. However, the weak stiffness feature of robot joints and the pay.oads affected on robot end-effector, which will also increase the pose error of robot. Especially. the existing calibration methods often consider under no-pay.oad condition without discussing the pay.oad state. In this paper, we report a new industrial serial robot composed by.a new harmonic reducer: Model-y. based on high accuracy.and high stiffness, and a kinematic parameter calibration algorithm which is based on a harmonic reducer forcedeformation model. To decrease the accuracy.effects of pay.oad, an iterative calibration method for kinematic parameters with pay.oad situation was proposed. Simulation and experiments are conducted to verify.the effectiveness of the proposed calibration method using the self-developed industrial serial robot. The results show a remarkably.improved accuracy.in absolute position and orientation with the robot's pay.oad range. The position mean error has 70% decreased to 0.1 mm and the orientation mean error diminished to less than 0.01° after calibration with compensation. Additionally. online linear and circular tests are carried out to evaluate the position error of the robot during large-scale spatial and low-speed continuous movement. The accuracy.is consistent with the previous calibration results, indicating the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed strategy.in this article.

Gastric cancer(GC)is the third most common cause of cancer death globally.and a large portion of patients are diagnosed at advanced stages with cancer invasion and metastasis1,2.However,the mechanisms underly.ng the invasion and metastasis of GC remain to be delineated.Zy. play. critical roles in cell mobility.via cy.oskeleton regulation in various cell ty.es.3 In this study.we further reported that Zy. promoted migration,invasion,and metastasis of GC cells.Mechanistically.Zy. promoted WNK1 activation and SNAl1 up-regulation,inducing epithelial-mesenchy.al transition(EMT)to enhance the mobility.of GC cells.Inhibition of WNK1 impaired the mobility.of GC cells.Therefore,Zy./WNK1 could be potential therapeutic targets for GC treatment.
