The timely and effective investment risk assessment and forecasting are of great significance to ensure the investment safety and sustainable development of wind energy along the Belt and *** order to obtain the scientific and real-time forecasting result,this paper constructs a novel hybrid intelligent model based on improved cloud model combined with GRA-TOPSIS and ***,the factors influencing investment risk of wind energy along the Belt and Road are identified fromthree dimensions:endogenous risk,exogenous risk and process *** the fuzzy threshold method,the final input index system is ***,the risk evaluation method based on improved cloud model andGRA-TOPSIS is ***,a modern intelligent model based on MBA-WLSSVMis *** modified bat algorithm(MBA),tent chaotic map is utilized to improve the basic bat algorithm,while weighted least squares support vector machine(WLSSVM)adopts wavelet kernel function to replace the traditional radial basis function to complete the model ***,an example is given to verify the scientificity and accuracy of themodel,which is helpful for investors tomake fast and effective investment risk forecasting of wind energy along the Belt and *** example analysis proves that the proposedmodel can provide reference and basis for investment corpus to formulate the investment strategy in wind energy along the Belt and Road.

With the rapid development of cloud computing and control theory, a new paradigm of networked control systems called cloud control systems is proposed to meet the requirements of large-scale and complex applications. Currently, cloud control systems are mainly built by using a centralized architecture. The centralized system is overly dependent on the central control plane and has huge challenges in large-scale heterogeneous node systems. In this paper, we propose a decentralized approach to establish cloud control systems by proposing a distributed point-to-point task routing method. A considerable number of tasks in the system will not rely on the central plane and will be directly routed to the target devices through the pointto-point routing method, which improves the horizontal scalability of the cloud control system. The point-to-point routing method directly gives a unique address to every task, making inter-task communication more efficient in a complex heterogeneous and busy cloud control systems. Finally, we experimentally demonstrate that the distributed point-to-point task routing approach is compatible against the state-of-the-art central systems in large-scale task situations.

In recent visual tracking research,correlation filter(CF)based trackers become popular because of their high speed and considerable *** methods mainly work on the extension of features and the solution of the boundary effect to learn a better correlation ***,the related studies are *** exploring the potential of trackers in these two aspects,a novel adaptive padding correlation filter(APCF)with feature group fusion is proposed for robust visual tracking in this paper based on the popular context-aware tracking *** the tracker,three feature groups are fused by use of the weighted sum of the normalized response maps,to alleviate the risk of drift caused by the extreme change of single ***,to improve the adaptive ability of padding for the filter training of different object shapes,the best padding is selected from the preset pool according to tracking precision over the whole video,where tracking precision is predicted according to the prediction model trained by use of the sequence features of the first several *** sequence features include three traditional features and eight newly constructed *** experiments demonstrate that the proposed tracker is superior to most state-of-the-art correlation filter based trackers and has a stable improvement compared to the basic trackers.

A Hybrid Cellular Swarm Optimization Method for Traffic-Light Scheduling

With increasing traffic every day, most cities in the world are facing serious traffic problems, such as traffic accidents, congestion and air pollution. Despite the recent improvement of urban infrastructure, reasonable traffic light scheduling still plays an important role in alleviating these traffic problems. It is a great challenge to schedule a huge number of traffic lights efficiently. To solve this problem, we propose a Hybrid cellular swarm optimization method(HCSO) to optimize the scheduling of urban traffic lights. HCSO achieves an efficient and flexible scheduling, which includes the phase timing scheduling and the phase shifting scheduling. To formulate effective solutions for various traffic problems and achieve a globally dynamic scheduling, flexible and concise transition rules based on Cellular automaton(CA) are *** the Dynamic cellular particle swarm optimization algorithm(DCPSO) is proposed to find the optimal phase timing scheduling efficiently. Moreover, compared with the differential search algorithm method, the genetic algorithm method, the particle swarm optimization method, the comprehensive learning particle swarm optimization method and the random method in real cases, extensive experiments reveal that HCSO achieves obvious improvements under different traffic conditions.

Steady State Rheological Characteristic of Semisolid Magnesium Alloy

Isothermal compressive experiments at different temperatures, strain rates and holding time for semisolid AZ91D, Zr modified AZ91D and MB15 alloy with higher solid volume fraction were carried out by using Gleeble-1500D simulator and the true stress-strain curves were given directly. The relationship of apparent viscosity vs temperature, shear rate and holding time of the three kinds of semi-solid magnesium alloys, as well as isothermal steady state rheological characteristic and mechanical behavior were studied. The results show that the three magnesium alloys had the characteristic of shear-thinning. The rheological characteristic of the semi-solid MB15 is different from that of semi-solid AZ91D. The semi-solid MB15 has higher apparent viscosity and deformation resistance.

A preliminary study on numerical simulation of microwave heating process for chemical reaction and discussion of hotspot and thermal runaway phenomenon

The nonlinear process of microwave heating chemical reaction is studied by means of numerical simulation. Especially,the variation of temperature in terms of space and time,as well as the hotspot and thermal runaway phenomena are discussed. Suppose the heated object is a cylinder and the incident electromagnetic(EM) wave is plane wave,the problem turns out to be a coupling calculation of 2D multi-physical fields. The integral equation of EM field is solved using the method of moment(MoM) and the thermal conduction equation is solved using a semi-analysis method. Moreover,a method to determine the equivalent complex permittivity of reactant under the heating is presented in order to perform the calculation. The numerical results for water and a dummy chemical reaction(A) show that the hotspot is a ubiquitous phenomenon in microwave heating process. When the radius of the heated object is small,the highest temperature occurs somewhere inside the object due to the concentration of the EM wave. While the radius increases to a certain degree,the highest temperature occurs somewhere close to the surface due to the skin effect,and the whole high temperature area shows crescent-shaped. That is in accordance with basic physical principles. If the radius is kept the same in the heating process,the hotspot position of water does not change,while that of reaction A with several radius values varies. For either water or A,the thermal runaway phenomenon in which small difference of radius results in large difference of highest temperature,occurs easily when the radius is small. On the contrary,it is not evident when the radius is large. Moreover,it is notable that the highest temperature in water shows oscillating decreasing trend with the increase of radius,but in reaction A almost decreases monotonously. Further study should be performed to determine if this difference is only an occasional occurrence.

The sequential fusion estimation for multisensor systems disturbed by non-Gaussian but heavytailed noises is studied in this paper. Based on multivariate t-distribution and the approximate t-filter,the sequential fusion algorithm is presented. The performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed and compared with the t-filter-based centralized batch fusion and the Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal centralized fusion. Theoretical analysis and exhaustive experimental analysis show that the proposed algorithm is effective. As the generalization of the classical Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal sequential fusion algorithm, the presented algorithm is shown to be superior to the Gaussian Kalman filter-based optimal centralized batch fusion and the optimal sequential fusion in estimation of dynamic systems with non-Gaussian noises.

Microwave can be used to accelerate chemical reaction and improve the rate of production. Does microwave only act as a heating factor? Do there exist any specific effects? These questions are still holding a violent controversy. Here we will choose the Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction, which is sensitive to surrounding effects, to study the influence of microwave on chemical reactions. Visible changes of periods have been observed. It appeares that there could have been specific effects of microwave.

Metagenomics reveals contrasting energy utilization efficiencies of captive and wild camels(Camelus ferus)

Captive conditions can affect the symbiotic microbiome of *** this study,we compared the structural and functional differences of the gastrointestinal microbiomes of wild Bactrian camels(Camelus ferus)between wild and captive populations,as well as their different host energy utilization performances through *** results showed that wild-living camels harbored more microbial taxa related to the production of volatile fatty acids,fewer methanogens,and fewer genes encoding enzymes involved in methanogenesis,leading to higher energy utilization efficiency compared to that of captive-living *** findings suggest that the wild-living camel fecal microbiome demonstrates a series of adaptive characteristics that enable the host to adjust to a relatively barren field *** study provides novel insights into the mechanisms of wildlife adaptations to habitats from the perspective of the microbiome.
