The S–N curves of 7A85-T7452 aluminum alloy in laboratory air and in neutral 3.5 wt% NaCl solution were obtained by axial fatigue tests. Results show that the detrimental effect of the aggressive solution was not noticeable at high-cyclic-stress regions, but the effect was significant at low-stress region. Corrosion fatigue mechanism was discussed by corrosion morphology analysis, fracture surface analysis and microstructure characterization. It was found that the corrosion fatigue crack commonly initialed at the localized intergranular corrosion site. TEM analysis showed that the microstructures of 7A85-T7452 aluminum alloy were characterized by fine and homogeneously distributed matrix precipitates, as well as continually distributed anodic grain boundary precipitates. The types of microstructures are the reason for its intergranular corrosion susceptibility. The corrosion fatigue process of 7A85 aluminum alloy in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution can be divided into four stages： the crack initiation stage, the stable growth stage with low and high growth rate and the final rupture stage. The sodium chloride solution mainly affected the crack initiation stage and the stable growth stage with low growth rate, and when the crack growth rate reached a threshold, the effect was reduced.

In order to realize flexible, adaptable, extensible, efficient, and user-friendly service composition, we propose a service design oriented Web Service composite platform （SDOWSCP） and a service composition mechanism called composed-service-requestor-orient ed service composition （OBSDOSC）. SDOWSCP imports ontology into UDDI to define and annotate services in a flexible and intuitive manner and employs a concept of bond as a solution to the process heterogeneity. OBSDOSC is proposed in order to do some efforts to overcome some defects which current design tools usually have such as not user friendly and too professional. This paper proposes a pattern which describes the basic features of semi-automatic composite mode, discusses the whole lifetime of composed service and highlights how to lessen the descriptive heterogeneity and process heterogeneity and how to facilitate the design of composing a service.

The potential mechanism by which Ca alleviates Al toxicity was investigated in barley seedlings. It was found that 100 Al-alone treatment inhibited barley plant growth and thereby reduced shoot height and root length, and dry weights of root, shoot and leaf; promoted Al accumulation but inhibited Ca absorption in plant tissues; and induced an increase in the activities of superoxide dismutase （SOD）, catalase （CAT）, and peroxidase （POD） and in the level of lipid peroxidation （MDA content） in leaves. Except for the increase in Ca concentration in plant tissues, treatment with 0.5 mM Ca in the absence of Al had less effect on the above-mentioned parameters, compared with the control. Addition of Ca efficiently reduced Al toxicity, which is reflected by the promotion of plant growth, reduction in Al concentration and MDA content, increase in Ca concentration and in SOD, POD, and CAT activities compared with the Al-alone-treatment; with increase in Ca level （3.0 raM）, the ameliorative effect became more dominant. This indicated that the alleviation of aluminum toxicity in barley seedlings with Ca supplementation could be associated with less absorption of Al and the enhancement of the protective ability of the cell because of increased activity of the antioxidative enzyme.

Surface electromyography(EMG) is a bioelectrical signal that recognizes speech contents in a non-acoustic form. Activity detection is an important research direction in EMG research. However, in the low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) environment, it is difficult for traditional methods to obtain accurate active signals. This paper proposes a new energy-based spectral subtraction backtracking(E-SSB) method to segment EMG active signal in the low SNR environment. Compared with traditional energy detection, the algorithm in this paper adds spectral subtraction(SS) to filter out the clutter, and raises a retrospective idea to improve the classification performance. The experiment results show the proposed activity detection method is more effective than other methods in the low SNR environment.

A hepatic lymphangioma is a rare benign neoplasm and is usually associated with lymphangiomas of other viscera.A hepatic lymphangioma can be solitary,cystic or associated with multiple liver lesions and is characterized by cystic dilatation of lymphatic vessels in the hepatic parenchyma.A solitary lymphangioma is *** we report a rare case of a solitary huge primary hepatic cystic lymphangioma in a 42-yearold *** was discovered on routine physical examination and the patient had no obvious *** and computed tomography(CT) showed a giant "hepatic neoplasm" that occupied the right liver *** lesion was approximately 20.0 cm × 15.0 cm × 10.0 cm in size and contained cystic and solid *** were multiple septa inside the tumor,with some calcifications in the *** resection was *** examination revealed multiple cystic structures lined with epithelial cells on the inner walls,accompanied by interstitial swelling and *** patient has now been followed up for nearly two years after surgery,with no recurrence to date.
