Mass organic matter accumulation induced by rapid redox variations in lakes:Evidence from the Miaoxi area,Bohai Bay Basin,China

The Member 4 of the Paleogene Shahejie Formation(Es4) in the Bohai Bay Basin is interspersed with a set of high-quality source rocks typified as intercalation of red and black mudstones. A large amount of petroleum(crude oil) originates from these source rocks. The Paleocene-Eocene Thermal Maximum(PETM)event occurred during the deposition of Es4 in the Bohai Bay Basin, and the organic matter enrichment model under this event is worth further investigation due to its relationship with and influence on petroleum accumulations. Well LK25-A, as the first oil exploration well drilled into the Es4 in Miaoxi area, serves as a valuable case to study organic matter accumulation. In this study, we integrate total organic carbon(TOC),Rock-Eval pyrolysis, microscopic observation, vitrinite reflectance(VRo), elemental analysis, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) to evaluate the hydrocarbon generation potential, organic matter types, thermal maturity, and sedimentary environment of the Es4 in Miaoxi area. The analysis of maceral and rock pyrolysis data reveals that Type I and Type II organic matter make up the majority of Paleogene mudstones in this region. The TOC and rock pyrolysis data show that mudstones in this area have high organic matter abundance and oil-generation potential. The measured vitrinite reflectance distribution of mudstone samples, which ranges from 0.3% to 0.74%, demonstrates that the Paleogene strata are at the immature to mature stage, and the samples from this area contain a sizable amount of bituminite and mineralbituminous groundmass. The analysis of biomarkers in the mudstone samples indicates that most of the mudstones in this area are in lacustrine and brackish-hypersaline lacustrine environment under a reducing condition, and some of the red mudstones in the Es4 are formed under a suboxic condition. Rice bacterial blight is a devastating disease worldwide,causing significant yield *** how plants defend against microbial infection is critical for sustainable crop *** this study,we show that ALEX1,a previously identified pathogen-induced long noncoding RNA,localizes to the nucleus and directly binds AUXIN RESPONSE FACTOR 3(ARF3).We showed that ARF3 forms the condensates in the nucleus via its intrinsically disordered middle region(MR),and that these ARF3 condensates display solid-like *** further revealed that ALEX1 directly binds the MR of ARF3 to regulate ARF3 condensate dynamics and promote ARF3 *** dispersed,dimeric form of ARF3,referred to as its functional phase state,enhances its ability to transcriptionally repress the expression of downstream target genes such as JAZ13,thereby modulating the jasmonic acid signaling pathway and enhancing pathogen resistance in ***,this study reveals the role of a long noncoding RNA in regulating protein condensation and complex assembly,thus contributing to plant pathogen resistance.

Discovery of primary lung cancer following resection of rectal cancer lung metastasis:A case report

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)ranks high among the most common types of malignant *** primary cause of cancer-related mortality is metastasis,with lung metastases accounting for 32.9%of all cases of metastatic CRC(MCRC).However,cases of MCRC in the lungs,which present concurrently with primary peripheral lung adenocarcinoma,are exceptionally *** SUMMARY This report describes the case of a 52-year-old female patient who,following a colonoscopy,was diagnosed with moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma based on rectal mucosal biopsy findings.A preoperative chest computed tomography scan revealed a ground-glass nodule in the right lung and a small nodule(approximately 0.6 cm in diameter)in the extramural basal segment of the left lower lobe,which suggested multiple lung metastases from rectal *** treatment and follow-up led to a diagnosis of rectal cancer with left lung metastasis and peripheral adenocarcinoma of the lower lobe of the right *** This case report describes the therapeutic journey of a patient with lung metastasis from rectal cancer in addition to primary peripheral adenocarcinoma,thus underscoring the critical roles of multidisciplinary collaboration,personalized treatment strategies,and comprehensive patient rehabilitation guidance.

柴油机缸盖振动信号中含有丰富的、与工作状态相关的信息,是进行状态监测和故障诊断的有效手段之一。但是采集的信号中往往伴随着较强的噪声信息。柴油机采用恒定运行工况,转速为2000r/min,扭矩为200N·m,分别在72.6、92.6和112.6 MPa的喷射压力下,利用完备总体经验模态分解(CEEMD)与相关性方法相结合的方法对缸盖振动信号进行降噪,对降噪信号进行重构,采用希尔伯特包络谱和功率谱密度(PSD)方法对重构振动信号进行分析。根据希尔伯特包络谱确定了重构信号的主特征频率,该主频率与PSD的特征频率保持一致,主要集中在(1500~2500)Hz之间,同时PSD值在喷射压力为92.6MPa时得到最小值。此外,提取并分析了三种喷射压力下重构信号的时域和频域特征值,在喷射压力为92.6MPa时加速度的均方根值(RMS)和最大值分别为11.24m/s^(2)和46.9m/s^(2)。随着喷射压力的增加,均方频率和重心频率增大,高频能量比例增加。

当前,中国人口老龄化和经济发展水平发生了巨大变化,然而1980年代中国学者提出的“未富先老”概念依然在被广泛沿用,此概念是否还符合目前的中国国情值得重新审视。对中国人口老龄化和经济发展的对应关系进行分析,可以发现:(1)从全国整体来看,中国依然处在“未富先老”的发展状态。(2)从区域差异视角来看,当前中国同时存在“未富未老”“未富先老”“已富已老”三种发展状态,区域差异明显。(3)2023年,处于“未富先老”发展状态的省份占比超过七成,大部分位于中西部地区。有8个省份处于“已富已老”的发展状态,主要位于东部地区。(4)辽宁和西藏分别是唯一处于“未富重老”和“未富未老”阶段的省份。因此,需要因地制宜,分类施策,充分利用不同区域经济发展的阶段性和老龄化程度的差异性,在国家区域协调发展战略的引领下,结合本地实际情况灵活应对人口老龄化社会的机遇与挑战。

电-气区域综合能源系统(EGRIES)中的电、气能源耦合且电力与天然气传输速率存在差异性,使得其安全校正的控制变量多且调整时间尺度不同。为此,提出一种基于双智能体深度强化学习的EGRIES多时间尺度安全校正控制方法。基于EGRIES多能流模型和天然气网络调节较慢的特性,进行控制变量的调整时间尺度分类;构建基于双智能体强化学习的安全校正控制框架,采用合作型双智能体分别进行长时间和短时间尺度控制变量调整量的决策,设计基于近端策略优化(PPO)算法的智能体1和智能体2模型;在此基础上,离线训练PPO双智能体,当系统进入紧急状态时,双智能体相互合作在线产生可靠的安全校正控制策略,使系统恢复到正常状态。算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。
