In recent years,medical institutions have moved toward electronic medical record system(EMRS) to provide better medical care *** our ultimate objective is to measure the workflow improvement of the nursing staff by using EMRS,we initially examined use of EMRS and PMRS in the environment where EMRS has not completely replaced *** and gathering patient information takes place before and after the *** nurse leader and the junior nurses especially tend to work *** is probably due to using both PMRS and EMRS at the same *** more of PMRS tasks into EMRS will probably reduce the workload of *** use of EMRS and PMRS also seem to differ based on the nurse’s *** detailed study is needed to get a better grasp on how EMRS and PMRS are used with factors like nurse’s experience,work style,responsibility,and the circumstance at the time of information gathering or entry taken into ***,senior nurses should be involved in educating the junior nurses on how to use the medical record systems(both EMRS and PMRS) for information gathering,data entry and *** of knowledge between senior and junior nurses is needed and should be encouraged.

Diterpenes are the most complex and abundant plant metabolites,some of which play significant roles in both primary and secondary ***-kaurene synthase is the key enzyme for gibberellins(GAs)biosynthesis,which may act as a catalyst in the formation of entkaurene,the precursor for GAs,by cyclization or rearrangement of the substrate ent-copalyl diphosphate(ent-CPP).Ilex latifolia Thunb(Aquifoliaceae)is a widely distributed Chinese plant whose leaves are used to process a popular Chinese bitter tea named'Kudingcha',which has anti-microbial,anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory ***,we isolated a diterpene synthase gene from the leaf transcriptome of ***,and further identified its biosynthesis activity by in vitro enzymatic *** heterologous expressed ent-kaurene synthase of ***(IlKS)in *** could catalyze ent-copalyl diphosphate(ent-CPP)to form ***-specific expression indicated that IlKS had the highest transcript level in roots which is maybe the major location of ent-kaurene *** study would help us to determine diterpenoid metabolism and GAs biosynthesis in ***,to better understand the regulation function of GAs in growth and development.

BACKGROUND Studies have shown that covered self-expandable metallic stents(CSEMS)with a low axial forces after placement can cause early recurrent biliary obstruction(RBO)due to precipitating sludge *** To ascertain whether the angle of CSEMS after placement is a risk factor for RBO in unresectable distal malignant biliary obstruction(MBO).METHODS Between January 2010 and March 2019,261 consecutive patients underwent selfexpandable metallic stent insertion by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography at our facility,and 87 patients were included in this *** evaluated the risk factors for RBO,including the angle of CSEMS after placement as the primary *** measured the obtuse angle of CSEMS after placement on an abdominal radiograph using the SYNAPSE PACS *** also evaluated technical and functional success,adverse events,time to RBO(TRBO),non-RBO rate,survival time,cause of RBO,and reintervention procedure as secondary *** We divided the patients into two cohorts based on the presence or absence of *** angle of CSEMS after placement(per 1°and per 10°)was evaluated using the multivariate Cox proportional hazard analysis,which was an independent risk factor for RBO in unresectable distal MBO[hazard ratio,0.97 and 0.71;95%confidence interval(CI):0.94-0.99 and 0.54-0.92;P=0.01 and 0.01,respectively].For early diagnosis of RBO,the cut-off value of the angle of CSEMS after placement using the receiver operating characteristic curve was 130°[sensitivity,50.0%;specificity 85.5%;area under the curve 0.70(95%CI:0.57-0.84)].TRBO in the<130°angle group was significantly shorter than that in the≥130°angle group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION This study suggests that the angle of the CSEMS after placement for unresectable distal MBO is a risk factor for *** novel results provide pertinent information for future stent management.

在利用PU8 捕获载体从小鼠 ES 细胞中寻找有关对发育起重要作用基因时,一阳性ES克隆编号为Ayu17-449 被捕获,经过Southern blotting法证实捕获载体单一整合在Ayu17-449号ES细胞的基因组中。通过用 5′RACE 法得到所捕获基因的一小段cDNA,在EST数据库中比对,得到一5 523 bp cDNA 序列,在Celera数据库中它包含于两个相邻基因,根据这两个基因的 mRNA 设立了一系列的引物进行 RT-PCR 和测序,用这两个基因的不同片段分别作探针进行 Northern blotting 分析,确定这是一个 RNA 约 9 kb 并编码 1 920 个氨基酸的新基因(定名为 Ayu17-449 基因,其 cDNA 序列和编码蛋白序列发表在NCBI数据库,编号为DQ079067)。Northern blotting揭示Ayu17-449基因高度表达在小鼠的脑、肾脏、心脏、肺、肌肉和胃等组织。PU8 捕获载体具有X-gal报告基因,能从蛋白表达水平揭示它所捕获的基因的表达模式。X-gal染色结果显示,Ayu17-449蛋白高度表达在小鼠的脑、肾脏、心脏等组织,与Northern blotting 法的结果高度一致。X-gal染色切片结果进一步证明 Ayu17-449 蛋白主要表达在脑的神经细胞和肾脏近曲小管细胞中。Ayu17-449 基因的编码蛋白在数据库(Scansite, http://***/)做功能基团分析后,揭示其编码蛋白的N末端含有Granin基团,大量文献证实Granin基团具有参与激素的分泌的功能,显示Ayu17-449基因可能与激素的分泌有关。
