Background:Human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1)remains a persistent global health ***,a continuous exploration of novel therapeutic strategies is essential.A comprehensive understanding of how HIV-1 utilizes the cellular metabolism machinery for replication can provide insights into new therapeutic ***:In this study,we performed a flux balance analysis using a genome-scale metabolic model(GEM)integrated with an HIV-1 viral biomass objective function to identify potential targets for anti–HIV-1 *** generated a GEM by integrating an HIV-1 production reaction into CD4+T cells and optimized for both host and virus optimal states as objective functions to depict metabolic profiles of cells in the status for optimal host biomass maintenance or for optimal HIV-1 virion *** analysis was used to predict biochemical reactions altered optimal for HIV-1 *** addition,we conducted in silico simulations involving gene and reaction knock-outs to identify potential anti–HIV-1 targets,which were subsequently validated by human phytohemagglutinin(PHA)blasts infected with ***:Differential analysis identified several altered biochemical reactions,including increased lysine uptake and oxidative phosphorylation(OXPHOS)activities in the virus optima compared with the host *** silico gene and reaction knock-out simulations revealed de novo pyrimidine synthesis,and OXPHOS could serve as potential anti–HIV-1 metabolic *** vitro assay confirmed that targeting OXPHOS using metformin could suppress the replication of HIV-1 by 56.6%(385.4±67.5 pg/mL in the metformintreated group vs.888.4±32.3 pg/mL in the control group,P<0.001).Conclusion:Our integrated host-virus genome-scale metabolic study provides insights on potential targets(OXPHOS)for anti-HIV therapies.

二战后美国的基础教育一直处于变革之中,美国学区督导在每一次教育改革中都发挥了一定的作用,其角色也随当时政治、经济和社会环境的变化而处于变化中。二战后美国先后经历了六次教育改革,学区督导在这些改革中分别扮演着应用社会科学家、民主型领导者、交流沟通者、关系管理者、文化建设者等多个角色。美国学区督导参与教育改革的角色嬗变呈现出如下特点:学区督导角色的专业要求越来越高,承担的职责越来越多;学区督导角色与公共教育权力分配方式相对一致;专业性和政治性之间的张力促进了学区督导角色的嬗变。

教育焦虑是我国家长教育心态的真实写照。“双减”政策实施以来,家长们的教育焦虑表现出新的波动。子女学业成就和家庭综合资本共同影响着家长的教育焦虑。在“双减”背景之下,对我国江西省靖安县子女学业成就不同、家庭综合资本不同的13位初三学生家长进行半结构化的一对一访谈,采用质性研究软件NVIVO11.0对访谈材料进行编码分析,结果发现:子女学业成就不同的家长教育焦虑水平总体呈上升趋势,其焦虑水平排序为中等生家长>优等生家长>后进生家长;家庭综合资本薄弱的中等生家长更焦虑;无论家庭资本如何,优等生家长普遍存在焦虑。其中,家庭综合资本较高的优等生家长考虑更长远的社会公平问题,更多关注孩子的长远发展;家庭综合资本较低的优等生家长的焦虑来源于子女当下学习状态的变化、补习费用上涨带来的经济压力以及难以提供辅导支持的责任压力。

教育局长是基层教育行政管理组织中的“关键少数”,也是我国基础教育改革和发展政策的执行者,他们在一定程度上决定了我国基础教育改革与发展的质量。论文借助NVivo12软件对中国知网中1978-2022年630份教育局长资料进行文本分析,通过词频分布呈现教育局长关注基础教育领域主题的基本情况,在编码的基础上提炼出其关注义务教育发展、体制机制改革、落实教育方针、信息化赋能教育四个主题的变化情况。教育局长关注点变化受教育局长个人经历、教育场域他者等主观因素,以及政治政策、经济发展、地区现状、科技发展等客观因素的影响。通过分析表明:(1)教育局长关注基础教育领域的主题与国家的政策背景高度一致,政策环境的变化为其提供了外部条件;(2)教育局长的个人素养为其快速关注到基础教育领域的问题提供了基础条件;(3)教育局长始终是引领者的角色,但是教育局长的关注点落地离不开校长与教师群体的集体实践;(4)教育局长对基础教育领域关注点的表现样态与传达方式都存在差异。本研究可以为当前教育局长引领基础教育改革与发展提供参考。

Herein, we show that a self-assembled phase of potassium(K)-doped single-layer para-sexiphenyl(PSP) film on a gold substrate is an excellent platform for studying the two-impurity Kondo model. On K-doped PSP molecules well separated from others, we observe a Kondo resonance peak close to EFwith a Kondo temperature of 30 K. The Kondo resonance peak splits when another K-doped PSP molecule is present in the vicinity, and the splitting gradually increases with the decrease in intermolecular distance without signs of phase transition. Our data demonstrate how a Kondo singlet state gradually evolves into an antiferromagnetic singlet state due to the competition between Kondo screening and antiferromagnetic Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida coupling,as described in the two-impurity Kondo model. Intriguingly, the antiferromagnetic singlet is quickly destroyed on increasing temperature and transforms back to a Kondo singlet below the Kondo temperature. Our data provide a comprehensive picture and quantitative constraints on related theories and calculations of the two-impurity Kondo model.

This paper proposes a novel modulated symbols-based one-time pad(SOTP) secure transmission scheme using physical layer *** classical physical layer key generation and exclusive OR(XOR)encryption in the discrete binary space,we design a framework for modulated symbols-based one-time pad(OTP) encryption,where the cryptographic primitive and mathematical model of SOTP is given to build a practical cryptographic *** with existing physical layer encryption(PLE) schemes,we provide rigorous proof that the framework can meet perfect secrecy and correctness *** addition,we provide a specific scheme of physical layer OTP secure transmission for quadrature amplitude modulation(QAM) and phase-shift keying(PSK) symbols based on physical layer *** scheme realizes the unification of bit encryption and symbol encryption,which can adaptively select the quantization level according to the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) to minimize the symbol error rate(SER).Further,we analyze the performance quantitatively and derive the closed-form expressions of SER,which indicates that the proposed scheme has a lower ***,simulation results verify that the proposed symbol-wise OTP secure transmission scheme can achieve perfect secrecy and high reliability.

目的研究四氢嘧啶(Ectoine)对人角质形成细胞(HaCaT)的细胞活力、细胞凋亡率和细胞活性氧(ROS)的影响,并分析水通道蛋白3(AQP3)、紧密连接蛋白-1(Claudin-1)、闭锁连接蛋白(ZO-1)的表达水平。方法设置Ectoine浓度实验组和空白对照组,培养HaCaT细胞(24 h),采用CCK8法检测HaCaT细胞的细胞活力,甄选最佳的Ectoine作用浓度。用Western Blot法检测HaCaT细胞的AQP3、Claudin-1、ZO-1表达水平;用流式细胞仪检测HaCaT细胞的凋亡率及胞内ROS水平。结果CCK8法检测结果显示,0.10%Ectoine组、0.20%Ectoine组、0.30%Ectoine组的HaCaT细胞活力均高于120%,其中0.20%Ectoine组最高(146.92%±7.67%)。Ectoine浓度实验组相对于空白对照组,HaCaT细胞的AQP3、Claudin-1、ZO-1表达水平明显升高(P<0.05),且细胞凋亡率和胞内ROS水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论Ectoine可提高HaCaT细胞的细胞活力,降低凋亡率和胞内ROS水平,上调AQP3、Claudin-1、ZO-1表达水平。Ectoine可能与相关保湿蛋白的表达相关,对HaCaT细胞具有一定的保护作用。

The tectonic position of the southwest section of the Qinzhou Bay-Hangzhou Bay Tectonic Junction Zone(QHTJZ)can be determined by examining the Qinzhou-Fangcheng Junction Zone(QFJZ)in *** zone is significant because it was the location of the largest earthquake ever recorded in the inland region of South China,specifically the 1936 Lingshan M6^(3/4)earthquake in ***,this region serves as an optimal location for researching the origins of intraplate earthquakes in South *** study presents a display of a broadband magnetotelluric(MT)prospecting profile that traverses the Guangxi QFJZ and the Lingshan earthquake zone,extending from the northwest(NW)to the southeast(SE).A resistivity structure model was generated using three-dimensional(3D)inversion technology along the *** main faults in QFJZ were analyzed in terms of their deep extension forms and tectonic *** analysis was performed by integrating the results obtained from geology,gravity,wave velocity ratio,Global Position System(GPS),and geothermal *** results showed that(1)the Dongzhong-Xiaodong fault(DXf),the eastern Fangcheng-Lingshan fault(FLf2),and the eastern Hepu-Beiliu fault(HBf2)were all trans-crustal deep faults,and crust-mantle ductile shear zones developed in the deep *** electrical boundary zones,DXf and HBf2,were *** inclined towards the northwest,while HBf2 inclined towards the *** FangchengLingshan fault(FLf)exhibits a tectonic style resembling a“flower”shape in the upper *** the deeper section,it is characterized by an electrical boundary zone that gradually slopes towards the southeast direction.(2)The Hunan-Guangxi Passive Continental Margin(HGPCM)on the NW side of DXf had a stratified resistivity structure and relatively stable Bouguer gravity anomalies,which conformed to the quasi-craton tectonic attribute of the local failure at the southeastern margin of the yangtze Block(YB).The southeastern side of this bloc

Scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy is applied herein to study the pristine and potassium(K)-doped single-layer pquaterphenyl(P4P) films grown on the Au(111) substrate at the molecular level. Abundant complex structural and electronic phases are induced by various K doping. The Fermi-level pinning effect is observed at a low doping level. On the contrary,K3P4P exhibits intriguing versatile phases and properties because charge carriers are effectively doped in. For example, two kinds of molecular vibration modes with energies below 100 meV are observed, indicating a possible strong electron-phonon coupling. The splitting of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital state in K3P4P illustrates an electronic correlation effect, and its strength varies for four different K3P4P phases with different structures. In addition, the appearance of a Kondo resonance on the molecular vacancy/impurity implies a local molecular magnetic moment. Our results demonstrate that the complex electronic properties of an alkali metal-doped P4P/Au film stem from the existence of many competing interactions, such as electronelectron correlations and electron-vibration coupling, which can be effectively tuned via variable carrier doping and molecular structure. Our work also opens new routes toward engineering novel molecular devices and creating new electronic phases in strongly correlated molecular materials.
