LLaMA-LoRA Neural Prompt Engineering:A Deep Tuning Framework for Automatically Generating Chinese Text Logical Reasoning Thinking Chains

The exption of Chinese natural language processing(NLP)has stimulated research in the broader NLP ***,existing large language models have limitations in comprehending and reasoning in *** paper addresses these limitations by enhancing Chinese language models comprehension and reasoning capabilities while minimizing resource *** propose LLaMA-LoRA,a neural prompt engineering framework that builds upon the LLaMA-13B model and incorporates the Low-Rank Adaptation(LoRA)of Large Language Models technique for ***-of-Thought(CoT)are crucial for generating intermediate reasoning chains in language models,but their effectiveness can be limited by isolated language *** reasoning resulting from conventional prompts negatively impacts model *** prompts are introduced to encourage reasoning chain generation and accurate answer *** the model with an extensive corpus of Chinese CoT data enhances its comprehension and reasoning *** LLaMA-LoRA model demonstrates exceptional performance across numerous Chinese language tasks,surpassing benchmark performance achieved by related language models such as GPT-3.5,Chat-GLM,and OpenAssistant,delivering accurate,comprehensive,and professional *** availability of our open-source model code facilitates further research in the field of Chinese text logical reasoning thinking chains.

针对现有的基于图网络的情感分析模型在处理方面短语的内部语义和不同方面之间的情感交互关系时准确度不高等局限性,文章提出一种面向方面级情感分析的交互式图卷积网络模型。首先,利用句子中上下文和方面词之间的句法依存关系,在方面短语内部模块中整合各方面短语之间的内部语义相关性,并将不同方面之间的情感交互关联起来,生成4种类型的邻接矩阵图,实现对方面短语内部语义性和句子中不同方面之间情感交互关系的建模。其次,构建一个方面交互图,用于跨方面关系的建模,以解决不同方面之间的情感交互。最后,在图卷积网络中设置一个全局节点,进一步解决句子中存在多个方面词时精度浮动的问题。在4个公开数据集上的结果表明,该模型在准确率和F1值上均有所提升。

Three-dimensional parametric contact analysis of planetary roller screw mechanism and its application in grouping for selective assembly

The planetary roller screw mechanism(PRSM)is a novel precision transmission mechanism that realizes the conversion between linear and rotary *** contact characteristics of helical surfaces directly determine PRSM’s performance in load-carrying capacity and transmission ***,studying the contact characteristics of PRSM forms the fundamental basis for enhancing its transmission *** this study,a three-dimensional parametric analysis method of contact characteristics is proposed based on the PRSM meshing principle and PyVista(a high-level API to the Visualization Toolkit).The proposed method considers the influence of machining errors among various thread *** effects of key machining errors on contact positions and axial clearance,as well as their sensitivities,are *** excellent solution accuracy,this method exhibits higher calculation efficiency and stronger robustness than the analytical and numerical meshing *** influence of nominal diameter and pitch errors of the screw,roller,and nut on the axial clearance follows a linear relationship,whereas flank angle errors have negligible effects on the axial *** corresponding influence coefficients for these three machining errors on the axial clearance are 0.623,0.341,and *** variations in contact positions caused by individual errors are *** angle errors and roller diameter errors result in linear displacements of the contact points,whereas pitch errors cause the contact points to move along the arc of the roller *** on the proposed threedimensional parametric contact characteristics analysis method,the Fuzzy C-Means clustering algorithm considering error sensitivity is utilized to establish a component grouping technique in the selective assembly of critical PRSM components,ensuring the rational and consistent clearances based on the given component’s machining *** study provides effective guidance for analyzing conta

Cascaded channel decoupling based solution for RIS regulation matrix

A brand new green coating technology for realizing the regulation of spherical propellant energy release process

To achieve the controllable release of energy of nitrocellulose-based propellants,this paper combines the cellulose-based nanocomposites aqueous coating(Surelease?-NC)with fluidized bed coating equipment to successfully prepare the coated spherical propellant for the first *** effects of fluidized bed coating temperature,air velocity,flow speed and atomization pressure on the adhesion rate,coating integrity and coating uniformity of the coated spherical propellant were investigated,and the preparation of coated spherical propellant with homogeneous size and structural integrity was achieved for the first *** microscopic morphology,chemical structure,water vapor adsorption behavior,combustion performance,and ageing resistance property of the coated spherical propellant were systematically investigated by,Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Micro confocal raman spectrometer,field scanning electron microscopy(SEM),dynamic vapor adsorption techniques,and closed bomb test,confirming the surface core-shell structure and the tightly bonded interfacial structure of coated spherical ***,the coated spherical propellant has good hygroscopic,excellent progressive burning and long storage stability.

Supplementation of Lycium barbarum residue increases the growth rate of Tan sheep by enhancing their feed intake and regulating their rumen microbiome and metabolome

Lycium barbarum residue(LBR), a by-product of L. barbarum processing, is packed with bioactive components and can be potentially utilized as a feed additive in animal husbandry. However, the fundamental understanding of its effectiveness on livestock animals is still lacking, particularly in ruminants. To explore the effects of LBR on the growth performance, rumen fermentation parameters, ruminal microbes and metabolites of Tan sheep, sixteen fattening rams(aged 4 mon) were fed a basal diet(CON, n=8) or a basal diet supplemented with 5% LBR(LBR, n=8). The experiment lasted for 70 d, with 10 d adaptation period and 60 d treatment period. The results showed that the LBR enhanced the average daily feed intake, average daily gain(Pduced the relative abundances of Oscillospira and Succinivibrio(P<0.05). The LBR altered the ruminal metabolome(P<0.01) by increasing the abundances of ruminal metabolites involved in amino acids(e.g., L-proline, L-phenylalanine, L-lysine, and L-tyrosine), pyrimidine metabolism(e.g., uridine, uracil, and thymidine), and microbial protein synthesis(e.g., xanthine and hypoxanthine). In conclusion, LBR had positive effects on the growth rate of Tan sheep as well as on rumen fermentation parameters, rumen microbiome and rumen metabolome.

Paradigm for Determining the Optimal Ultradeep and Superthick Saline Aquifer for High-TDS Mine Water Geological Storage

Saline aquifers are the most popular waste and CO_(2)injection and storage reservoirs *** project proposes that several optimal injection positions should be investigated as hydraulic pressure-focused positions,in order to relieve the high demands of pump *** comprehensive indices(F_(i))representing the injectivity of different burial depths were obtained by using information entropy,based on the mercury injection experimental data of 13 rock *** results demonstrated that the burial depths of No.4,No.1 and No.2 in the Liujiagou Formation were the most suitable positions for hydraulic focused injection,which means the upper 30 m thickness could be regarded as the hydraulic focused range in the saline aquifer with an average thickness of 400 *** addition,some laboratory experiments and in situ tests were carried out for the purpose of certifying and analyzing results,including SEM,XRD,brittleness index and *** results suggested that the rock samples at the No.4,No.1 and No.2 burial depth ranges have loose microstructure,weak cementation,as well as dual pores and *** lithology is mainly quartz and feldspar,but the clay mineral content is high(10%-25%),which is positive for *** lithology is suitable for hydraulic fracturing to form extended cracks and micro-fissures during high-TDS(total dissolved solids)mine water injection,because of the high brittleness ***,a theoretical and technical framework for high-TDS mine water injection was established,based on operating pilot *** theoretical defects and drawbacks learned from the field practices were summarized and solutions *** research in this study could provide guidance and a paradigm for the inexpensive treatment of high-TDS mine water by injection and storage.

Introducing urea into tirapazamine derivatives to enhance anticancer therapy

Tirapazamine（TPZ） has been approved for multiple clinical trials relying on its excellent anticancer ***,as a typical hypoxia-activated prodrug（HAP）,TPZ did not exhibit survival advantages in Phase Ⅲ clinical trials when used in combination therapy due to the insufficient hypoxia levels in patients' *** this study,to improve the therapeutic effects of TPZ,we first introduced urea to synthesize a series of urea-containing derivatives of *** urea-containing TPZ derivatives showed increased hypoxic cytotoxicity（9.51-30.85-fold） compared with TPZ,while maintaining hypoxic ***,one of these derivatives,showed 20-fold higher cytotoxicity than TPZ while maintaining a similar hypoxic cytotoxicity *** highly efficiently deliver TPZP to the tumors and reduce its side effects on healthy tissues,we further prepared TPZP into a nanodrug with fibrin-targeting ability:***4-NPs,a vascular disrupting agent,was used to increase the fibrin level within tumors and exacerbate tumor *** being combined with CA4-NPs,FT11-TPZP-NPs can accumulate in the hypoxia-aggravated tumors and activate sufficiently to kill tumor *** a single-dose treatment,FT11-TPZP-NPs+CA4-NPs showed a high inhibition rate of 98.1% against CT26 tumor models with an initial volume of ～480 mm3and four out of six tumors were completely eliminated;it thereby exerted a significant antitumor *** study provides a new strategy for improving the therapeutic effect of TPZ and other HAPs in anticancer therapy.
