A high-Q quartz crystal microbalance(QCM)sensor with a fundamental resonance frequency of 210 MHz is developed based on inverted mesa *** mass sensitivity reaches 5.332×10^17 Hz/kg at the center of the electrode,which is 5-7 orders of magnitude higher than the commonly used 5 MHz or 10 MHz QCMs(their mass sensitivity is 10^10-10^12 Hz/kg).This mass sensitivity is confirmed by an experiment of plating 1-ng rigid aluminium films on the surface of the QCM *** comparing the changes in QCM equivalent parameters before and after coating the aluminum films,it is found that the QCM sensor maintains the high-Q characteristics of the quartz crystal while the mass sensitivity is significantly ***,this QCM sensor may be used as a promising analytical tool for applications requiring high sensitivity detection.

Currently， significant hurdles lie ahead in China’s lacustrine shale oil exploration and exploitation， particularly due to the high clay mineral content， which severely impacts pore development in organic-rich shales. In this study， we take the medium- to high-maturity shale of the Qingshankou Formation (K2qn) in the Gulong Sag， Songliao Basin， China， as an example and analyze the dynamic evolution of the clay minerals and their effects on pore development by core observations， scanning electron microscopy， X-ray diffraction， physical property and nitrogen adsorptions to provide a valuable reference for the effective evaluation of lacustrine clay-rich shale oil reservoirs. Our findings reveal that the dynamic transformation of clay minerals in the Qingshankou Formation is classified into three stages based on diagenesis， thermal maturity， and mineral characteristics: the initial stage (vitrinite reflectivity (Ro) 1.3%). Clay minerals play crucial roles in controlling shale reservoirs during the rapid transformation process， which is evidenced by the formation of shrinkage fractures， enhanced pore connectivity， increased porosity， and expanded space for shale oil adsorption and storage. In addition， authigenic quartz can form during the transformation of clay minerals， contributing to increased reservoir brittleness and improving the potential for reservoir fracturing.

Structural control of the Getang Carlin-type gold deposit in Southwest China

The Getang is a representative Carlin-type gold deposit in Southwest China. It has a proven reserve of about 30 tonnes at an average grade of 5.1 g/t Au. The orebodies occur as stratabound lenses， and are structurally controlled by shallow NWW- and NE-trending fold-fault systems and the unconformity between the Upper and Middle Permian. In this study， the regional- and deposit-scale structural investigations， joints and finite strain measurements， and stress and dynamic analysis were conducted with an aim to reveal the structural process of the Getang gold deposit and clarify the relationship between the gold mineralization and structures. Three phases of deformation were identified in the deposit: （1） paleokarst was generated by a crustal uplift when the Youjiang Basin experienced extension at the end of the Middle Permian， laying the foundation for the unconformity; （2） the NW-trending structures were formed under a NNE–SSW compression during the Indochina-South China collision （Indosinian orogeny） in Triassic; （3） the NE-trending structures were generated or reactivated under a NW–SE-oriented compression during the Yanshanian intracontinental orogeny. The unconformity has recorded two episodes of tectonic evolution in the NNE–SSW and NW–SE directions. Structural analyses and geochronology data suggest that the Getang gold deposit was formed as a result of tectonic switch from compression to extension during the Yanshanian intracontinental orogeny.

In this paper, we define and study polynomial entropy on an arbitrary subset and local measure theoretic polynomial entropy for any Borel probability measure on a compact metric space,and investigate the relation between local measure-theoretic polynomial entropy of Borel probability measures and polynomial entropy on an arbitrary subset. Also, we establish a variational principle for polynomial entropy on compact subsets in the context of amenable group actions.

CDK4/6 inhibitors are the standard treatment in advanced HR+/HER2-breast cancer ***,the resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitors is inevitable and the strategies to overcome resistance are of great ***,we show that the palbociclibresistant breast cancer cells expressed significantly higher levels of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 proteins because of upregulated protein *** Cyclin D1 or CDK4 led to cell cycle arrest while silencing Cyclin E1 or CDK2 restored the sensitivity to ***,PI3K/mTOR pathway was hyper-activated in palbociclib-resistant cells,leading to more phosphorylated 4E-BP1 and higher levels of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 *** PI3K/mTOR pathway with a specific PI3Kαinhibitor(BYL719)or an mTOR inhibitor(everolimus)reduced the protein levels of Cyclin D1 and CDK4,and restored the sensitivity to *** tumor samples expressed significantly higher levels of Cyclin D1,CDK4,p-AKT and p-4E-BP1 after progression on palbociclib *** conclusion,our findings suggest that overexpressed Cyclin D1 and CDK4 proteins lead to the resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitor and PI3K/mTOR inhibitors are able to restore the sensitivity to CDK4/6 inhibitors,which provides the biomarker and rationale for the combinational use of CDK4/6 inhibitors and PI3K/mTOR inhibitors after CDK4/6 inhibitor resistance in breast cancer.

Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis(Eg PA) is a rare systemic small- and medium-sized-vessel vasculitis. The literature contains only a few reports of gastrointestinal perforation with this condition. We report a patient with EPgA treated with high-dose steroid who underwent emergency surgery for intestinal perforations. We performed a simple repair of the 11 perforations. Intestinal fistulas developed 8 d postoperatively; they healed well after 60 d of continuous washing and negative pressure suction. The clinical data of 14 additional patients with EgP A or Churg-Strauss syndrome complicated with gastrointestinal perforation, which were reported from 1996 to 2014, were also collected and compared. The formation of multiple perforations and fistulas following high dosage steroid administration can have a good outcome with appropriate management. Meticulous attention to abdominal symptoms and appropriate interventions can result in timely management. Corticosteroid administration remains a very important perioperative procedure for EPgA.
