Amorphous powder cores based on spherical （Fe0.76Si0.09B0.1P0.05）99Nb1 amorphous powder and their SiO2 layer prepared by in situ coating insulation process were investigated in detAll. These cores were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analyses, and the results revealed that the surface layer of the amorphous powder was composed of SiO2 with uniform surface coverage. The thickness of the SiO2 insulating layer could be controlled by adjusting the tetraethyl orthosilicate （TEOS） content. By cold-pressing with epoxy resin under a pressure of 1800 MPa, a ring powder core with an outer diameter of 20.3 ram, inner diameter of 12.7 mm, and height of 5.3 mm was prepared. The FeSiBPNb composite core showed its best properties when the TEOS content was 2 mL/g （the volume of TEOS for each gram of （Fe0.76Si0.09B0.1P0.05）99Nb1 amorphous powder, mL/g）, which showed good relative permeability in the high-frequency range of up to 10 MHz and a low core loss of 320 W/kg under the maximum magnetic flux density of 0.1 T and frequency of 100 kHz.

MXenes obtained significant attention in the field of energy storage devices due to their characteristic layered structure,modifiable surface functional groups,large electrochemically active surface,and regulable interlayer ***,the self-restacking and sluggish ions diffusion kinetics performance of MXenes during the alkali metal ions insertion/extraction process severely impedes their cycle stability and rate *** paper proposes an aniline molecule welding strategy for welding p-phenylenediamine（PPDA） into the interlayers of Ti2C through a dehydration condensation *** welded PPDA molecules can contribute pillar effect to the layered structure of *** pillar effect effectively maintains the structural stability during the sodium ions insertion/extraction process and effectively expands the interlayer spacing of Ti2C from 1.16 to 1.38 nm,thereby enhancing ions diffusion kinetics performance and improving the long-term cycle *** Ti2C-PPDA demonstrates outstanding Na+storage capability,exhibiting a specific capacity of 100.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 0.1 A·g-1over 960 cycles and delivering a remarkable rate capability 81.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 5 A·*** study demonstrates that expanding interlayer spacing is a promising strategy to enhance the Na+storage capacity and improve long-term cycling stability,which provides significant guidance for the design of two-dimensional Na+storage materials with high-rate capability and cycle stability.

Widely used spin-coated nickle oxide （NiOx） based perovskite solar cells often suffer from severe interfacial reactions between the NiOxand adjacent perovskite layers due to surface defect states,which inherently impair device performance in a long-term view,even with surface molecule *** this study,we developed high-quality magnetron-sputtered NiOxthin films through detailed process optimization,and compared systematically sputtered and spin-coated NiOxthin film surfaces from materials to *** sputtered NiOxfilms exhibit improved crystallinity,smoother surfaces,and significantly reduced Ni3+or Ni vacancies compared to their spin-coated ***,the interface between the perovskite and sputtered NiOxfilm shows a substantially reduced density of defect *** solar cells （PSCs） fabricated with our optimally sputtered NiOxfilms achieved a high power conversion efficiency （PCE） of up to 19.93%and demonstrated enhanced stability,maintaining 86.2% efficiency during 500 h of maximum power point tracking under one standard sun ***,with the surface modification using (4-(2,7-dibromo-9,9-dimethylacridin-10（9H）-yl)butyl)p hosphonic acid （DMAcPA）,the device PCE was further promoted to 23.07%,which is the highest value reported for sputtered NiOxbased PSCs so far.

In the intricate process of natural product biosynthesis, a metabolon can enhance metabolic flux by associating sequential enzymes. A fungal metabolon, comprising of flavin-dependent monooxygenase Spe F and P450 monooxygenase Spe G, is identified in the biosynthesis of spiro polycyclic alkaloids(+)-notoamide B and its diastereomer(+)-versicolamide B. Using notoamide E as a substance, Spe F/Spe G metabolon can control the stereoselectivity of its 2,3-epoxidation, followed by hydrogen atom ion at C-17 to generate reactive epoxide tau-m A with dienyl iminium unit. Subsequently,(+)-notoamide B and(+)-versicolamide B are produced via tandem nonenzymatic inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reaction and semipinacol rearrangement. This provides the first example of metabolon in the biosynthesis of spiro-prenylated indole alkaloids.

The propagation characteristic of hydroacoustic waves is studied for an ideal compressible two-layer fluid with different densities covered by an elastic ice *** conditions are simplified by adopting linear assumption and then the dispersion relation is *** analysis and visualization of the dispersion relation present the introduction of compressibility leads to the appearance of hydroacoustic wave modes while the density stratification leads to the appearance of interfacial wave *** ice thickness and the density ratio of the two fluid layers increase the wave number and group speed of hydroacoustic waves at the same frequency while the phase speed decreases.

【目的】研究酸性饲粮对东方蜜蜂微孢子虫繁殖和意大利蜜蜂免疫力的影响,验证酸性饲粮是否能够防治蜜蜂微孢子虫疾病,为在养蜂中合理使用酸性饲料提供科学依据。【方法】以意大利蜜蜂为研究对象,选取400只新出房蜜蜂,随机分为4组,分别为对照组、微孢子虫组、微孢子虫+柠檬酸组(含50 g·L^(-1)柠檬酸)和微孢子虫+醋酸组(含400 mL·L^(-1)醋酸),每组100只,检测并分析感染后第1天和第3天免疫基因的相对表达量,统计分析感染7 d后蜜蜂体内微孢子虫数量和蜜蜂存活率。【结果】4个试验组之间的存活率差异极显著(P0.05)。在微孢子虫组中,蜜蜂感染3 d内检测到11个免疫基因的相对表达量未显著下降(P>0.05),但酸性饲粮处理组中的部分免疫基因PGRPSC4300和Abaecin的表达量显著下降(P<0.05)。【结论】含有50 g·L^(-1)柠檬酸和400 mL·L^(-1)醋酸的饲粮无法抑制微孢子虫繁殖,也不能提高蜜蜂免疫力和存活率,不适用于治疗蜜蜂微孢子虫病。

Structural Safety Assessment for FLNG-LNGC System During Offloading Operation Scenario

The crashworthiness of the cargo containment systems （CCSs） of a floating liquid natural gas （FLNG） and the side structures in side-by-side offioading operations scenario are studied in this paper. An FLNG vessel is exposed to potential threats from collisions with a liquid natural gas carrier （LNGC） during the offioading operations, which has been confirmed by a model test of FLNG-LNGC side-by-side offioading operations. A nonlinear finite element code LS-DYNA is used to simulate the collision scenarios during the offioading operations. Finite element models of an FLNG vessel and an LNGC are established for the purpose of this study, including a detailed LNG cargo containment system in the FLNG side model. Based on the parameters obtained from the model test and potential dangerous accidents, typical collision scenarios are defined to conduct a comprehensive study. To evaluate the safety of the FLNG vessel, a limit state is proposed based on the structural responses of the LNG CCS. The different characteristics of the structural responses for the primary structural components, energy dissipation and collision forces are obtained for various scenarios. Deformation of the inner hull is found to have a great effect on the responses of the LNG CCS, with approximately 160 mm deformation corresponding to the limit state. Densely arranged web frames can absorb over 35% of the collision energy and be proved to greatly enhance the crashwo- rthiness of the FLNG side structures.
