A new phenolic compound, 6-(2-acetyl-3,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one(1), along with other six known phenolic derivatives(2-7), were isolated from the mangrove rhizosphere fungus Penicillium janthinellum HK1-6 cultured in potato dextrose broth medium containing 30 g L^(-1) of natural sea salt. The structure of the new compound(1) was elucidated by comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data including 1D and 2D NMR spectra. The proposed biosynthetic pathway of compound 1 was also studied in this research. Interestingly, a brominated phenolic derivative, aryl bromide(compound 8), was obtained from this fungal strain cultured in medium containing 30 g L^-1 of NaBr instead of natural sea salt. Compound 8 is proposed as a new natural product and formed through bromination of compound 7 when the fungus was cultured with NaBr. The neuroprotective effect of compound 1 on oxygen-glucose deprivation(OGD)-induced injury was investigated in rat spinal cord astrocytes. MTT assay demonstrated that compound 1 can attenuate OGD-induced cell viability loss in rat spinal cord astrocytes.

In this study,twinning behaviors of an extruded Mg-4.7Gd-3.4Y-1.2Zn-0.5Zr(wt%)alloy sheet along different directions extrusion direction(ED),45°:45°to ED and transverse direction(TD)under tension and compression were *** results show that:(i)the twinning frequency of the extruded alloy sheet along different directions shows obvious anisotropy under both tension and compression while demonstrating opposite orders of ED>45°>TD under tension and TD>45°>ED under *** anisotropic twinning frequencies are both in accord with their average twinning Schmid factor(TSF)orders.(ii)Under both tension and compression,the twinning variants(TVs)with the highest and the second highest TSF are frequently selected with ***,the TV selection law under tension has a certain difference from that of compression,which should be related to the TSF distributions of ortho-TV,meta-TV and para-TV under tension and compression.

应用质子核磁共振技术（1H-NMR）结合解卷积的峰提取方法,建立了中药黄芪注射液中氨基酸、有机酸类和糖类等8种初生代谢成分的含量检测方法。注射液样品经冷冻干燥后精密称取10 mg,加入0.6 m L D2O（含内标TSP 0.02 g/m L）用于NMR测试。根据1H-NMR指纹谱,从黄芪注射液中鉴定出20种初生和4种次生代谢成分。应用解卷积法提取乙酸、脯氨酸、焦谷氨酸、丙二酸、甘氨酸、葡萄糖、蔗糖、甲酸8种初生代谢成分的定量峰,然后进行峰面积积分,并采用内标法计算各个成分的含量。在给定浓度范围内,8种成分呈现良好的线性相关（R2>0.9990）,精密度RSD<3.8%,重现性RSD<2.7%,稳定性RSD<4.5%,回收率为91.4%;02.7%。结果表明,与常规处理方法相比,解卷积检峰再积分的方法可降低复杂体系中质子信号峰的重叠度,获得更加精确的定量峰积分面积,从而进一步提高1H-NMR含量分析的准确度。采用本方法对5个厂家共20批黄芪注射液样品中的8种初生代谢成分进行了含量测定,并运用主成分分析法对不同厂家的样品进行了聚类和区分。

Test on mechanical behavior of SRC L-shaped columns under combined torsion and bending moment

Investigations of the seismic behavior of steel reinforced concrete L-shaped columns under constant axial compression and cycled bending-shear-torsion load were *** specimens,which considered two parameters,i.e.,the moment ratio of torsion to bending(γ)and the aspect ratio(column length-to-depth ratio,φ),were prepared for the *** this study,the failure process,torsion-displacement hysteresis curves,and flexure-displacement hysteresis curves were *** failure characteristics,mechanical behavior of specimens such as the failure patterns,hysteresis curves,rigidity degradation,ductility and energy dissipation,are *** experimental research indicated that the major failures of the specimens were bending failure,bending-shear failure and bending-torsion failure as the moment ratio of torsion to bending(γ)*** torsion-displacement hysteresis curves were pinched in the middle,formed a slip platform,and the phenomenon of“load drop”occurred after the peak *** bending-displacement hysteresis curves were plump,which showed that bending capacity of the specimen was better than its torsion ***,the energy dissipation of the specimen was dominated by torsion in the early stage and ultimately governed by the bending moment in the later *** results also indicated that the displacement ductility coefficient and interstory rotation angle of the failure point were less than 3.0 and 1/50,respectively,which means the test specimen performance does not meet the requirement of the Chinese Code for Seismic Design of Buildings(GB 50011-2014)in this respect.

Development of a novel fabricating thin-walled TA2 titanium tube via high-frequency induction welding

Due to the problems of low welding efficiency, large heat-affected zone, and poor welding quality in the process of welding thin-walled titanium tubes by argon arc welding, there are few studies on the use of high-frequency induction welding(HFIW) of thin-walled titanium alloy tubes. The evolution law of weld microstructure and mechanical properties of the thin-walled titanium tube needs to be further studied because of rapid welding speed and the small heat-affected zone of HFIW. Therefore, a novel manufacturing method via high-frequency induction welding is proposed in this paper to solve the existing problems. With an industrial-grade titanium TA2 tube(wall's thickness is 0.5 mm) as the research object, a comparative study is conducted in this research to examine the morphology, microstructure, microhardness, and tensile characteristics of welded joints at different welding power. The findings demonstrated a significant efficacy of HFIW in resolving these challenges. The mechanical properties and microstructue of heat-affected zone(HAZ) were characterized. The lowest hardness is measured at202 HV, while the base material was recorded as 184 HV, when the welding speed of HFIW is set at 50 m/***, the heat-affected zone has the highest hardness at 224 HV, a tensile strength of 446.8 MPa and a postfracture elongation of 16%. The results showed that HFIW can not only greatly improve the welding efficiency,significantly improve the microstructure of weld joint and HAZ, and improve the mechanical properties of thinwalled titanium pipe, but also provide a highly feasible welding method for welding ultra-thin-walled pipes.
