Combined with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） analysis of sodium vanadate solution,the relationship between conductivity and structure was investigated by measuring the electric conductivity of the solution under different alkali concentrations and molar ratios of NaOH to V2O5. Results suggest that the polymerization vanadium acid radical ions gradually transform into monomer with the solution diluting. When the solution is diluted to a certain extent,only the vanadium acid radical ion with V-OH chemical bond exists in the solution. At NaOH concentration of below 105.21 g·L^（-1）,the vanadate anions mainly exist in the form of vanadium acid radical ion with V-OH chemical bond and the ion transference number is approximately from 0.58 to 0.82. In the medium NaOH concentration range of 105.21-117.03 g·L^（-1）, the vanadate anions mostly exist in the form of vanadium acid radical ion with V-OH and V-O-V chemical bonds and the ion transference number is approximately 3.29. At NaOH concentration of above 117.03 g·L^（-1）, vanadate anions exist in the form of vanadium acid radical ion with V-OH and V-O-V chemical bonds.

Nano TiOembedded in diatomite(NTED)synthesis materials were prepared by a sol-gel method in absolute ethyl alcohol suspension. NTED synthesis materials have a higher specific surface area and larger pore volume using micromeritics ASAP 2020. The result of characterization was measured by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope(SEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). The cyanide wastewater was employed to evaluate the adsorption capacity and photocatalytic activity of prepared NTED synthesis materials. The better photocatalytic activity and adsorption capacity of NTED synthesis materials are attributed to their high surface area and higher UV absorption intensity for the cyanide wastewater.

Due to their toxicity,the increased distribution of microcystins(MCs) has become an important worldwide *** have been recognized as inhibitors of protein phosphatase 2A(PP2A) through their binding to the PP2A catalytic ***,the exact mechanism of MC toxicity has not been elucidated,especially concerning the cellular response and its *** further dissect the role of PP2A in MC-induced toxicity,the present study was undertaken to determine the response of PP2A in human amniotic epithelial(FL) cells treated with microcystin-LR(MCLR),one of the MC *** results show that a low-dose treatment of MCLR in FL cells for 6 h induced an increase in PP2A activity,and a high-dose treatment of MCLR for 24 h decreased the activity of PP2A,as *** increased mRNA and protein levels of the PP2A C subunit may explain the increased activity of ***,MCLR altered microtubule post-translational modifications through *** results further clarify the underlying mechanism how MCLR affects PP2A and may be helpful for elucidating the complex toxicity of MCLR.

A novel natural-synthetic hybrid block copolymer was synthesized by Aeromonas hydrophila 4AK4 in poly（ethylene glycol）（PEG,M_n=200） modified *** hybrid biomaterial consists of the natural hydrophobic polymer poly（3-hydroxybutyrat-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate）（PHBHHx） end-capped with hydrophilic PEG,which has the increased flexibility as well as the improved thermal *** of diethylene glycol（DEG） and ethylene glycol could not result in the accumulation of hybrid block *** and ethylene glycol,together with PEG-200,could cause a reduction of molar mass of PHBHHx,resulting in a series of low molecular weight polymer and the reduction of the polymer yield as well as the cellular *** vitro degradation of PHBHHx and PHBHHx-PEG with different molecular weight showed that the decrease of molecular weight accelerated the degradation of copolymers,but PEG modification has little effect on its degradation *** results in this study provided a convenient and direct method to produce a series of PHBHHx and PHBHHx-PEG materials with adjustable molecular weight and broad molecular weight distribution which will be very useful for the biomedical applications.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies, ranking the sixth in the world, with 55% of cases occurring in China. Usually, patients with HCC did not present until the late stage of the disease, thus limiting their therapeutic options. Although surgical resection is a potentially curative modality for HCC, most patients with intermediate-advanced HCC are not suitable candidates. The current therapeutic modalities for intermediate-advanced HCC include: (1) surgical procedures, such as radical resection, palliative resection, intraoperative radiofrequency ablation or cryosurgical ablation, intraoperative hepatic artery and portal vein chemotherapeutic pump placement, two-stage hepatectomy and liver transplantation; (2) interventional treatment, such as transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, portal vein embolization and image-guided locoregional therapies; and (3) molecularly targeted therapies. So far, how to choose the therapeutic modalities remains controversial. Surgeons are faced with the challenge of providing the most appropriate treatment for patients with intermediate-advanced HCC. This review focuses on the optional therapeutic modalities for intermediateadvanced HCC.

Slug flow or high GVF(Gas Volume Fraction)conditions can cause pressure disturbance waves and alternating loads at the boundary of mechanical seals for multiphase pumps,endangering the safety of multiphase pump *** mechanical seal model is simplified by using periodic boundary conditions and numerical calculations are carried out based on the Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation ***(User Define Function)programs such as structural dynamics equations,alternating load equations,and pressure disturbance equations are embedded in numerical calculations,and the dynamic response characteristics of mechanical seal are studied using layered dynamic mesh *** results show that when the pressure disturbance occurs at the inlet,as the amplitude and period of the disturbance increase,the film thickness gradually *** the fundamental reason for the hysteresis of the film thickness change is that the pressure in the high-pressure area cannot be restored in a timely *** maximum value of leakage and the minimum value of axial velocity are independent of the disturbance period and determined by the disturbance *** mutual interference between enhanced waves does not have a significant impact on the film thickness,while the front wave in the attenuated wave has a promoting effect on the subsequent film thickness changes,and the fluctuation of the liquid film cavitation rate and axial velocity under the attenuated wave condition deviates from the initial *** with pressure disturbance conditions,alternating load conditions have a more significant impact on film thickness and *** actual operation,it is necessary to avoid alternating load conditions in multiphase pump mechanical seals.
