Relaxor antiferroelectric-relaxor ferroelectric crossover in NaNbO_(3)-based lead-free ceramics for high-efficiency large-capacitive energy storage

Relaxor ferroic dielectrics have garnered increasing attention in the past decade as promising materials for energy *** them,relaxor antiferroelectrics(AFEs)and relaxor ferroelectrics(FEs)have shown great promise in term of high energy storage density and efficiency,*** this study,a unique phase transition from relaxor AFE to relaxor FE was achieved for the first time by introducing strong-ferroelectricity BaTiO_(3)into NaNbO_(3)-BiFeO_(3)system,leading to an evolution from AFE R hierarchical nanodomains to FE polar nanoregions.A novel medium state,consisting of relaxor AFE and relaxor FE,was identified in the crossover of 0.88NaNbO_(3)–0.07BiFeO_(3)–0.05BaTiO_(3)ceramic,exhibiting a distinctive core-shell grain structure due to the composition *** harnessing the advantages of high energy storage density from relaxor AFE and large efficiency from relaxor FE,the ceramic showcased excellent overall energy storage *** achieved a substantial recoverable energy storage density W_(rec)~13.1 J/cm^(3)and an ultrahigh efficiencyη~88.9%.These remarkable values shattered the trade-off relationship typically observed in most dielectric capacitors between W_(rec)andη.The findings of this study provide valuable insights for the design of ceramic capacitors with enhanced performance,specifically targeting the development of next generation pulse power devices.

Sabatier principle guiding the design of cathode catalysts for Li-CO2 batteries

The Sabatier principle has been widely used for designing electrocatalysts for energy conversion applications,but it is rarely mentioned in the research of cathode catalyst of *** our work,the "volcanic" relationship between the catalytic activity and the adsorption energy of the catalyst to the intermediates is first demonstrated based on the first-principles calculation,which meets the Sabatier principle and can be used to design the cathode *** increases in the number of nitrogenvacancy in WN shift the d-band center and increase the interaction with the *** catalytic activity increases first and then decreases with the increase of adsorption energy,which was proved in the *** optimal catalyst for moderate adsorption of intermediate makes the thin LiaCO3distribute *** exhibits a median voltage difference of 0.68 V and an energy efficiency of 84.33% at20 μA cm-2with a limited capacity of 200 μA h cm-2.

Royal jelly(RJ)is a biologically active substance secreted by the hypopharyngeal and mandibular glands of worker *** is widely claimed that RJ reduces oxidative ***,the antioxidant activity of RJ has mostly been determined by in vitro chemical detection methods or by external administration drugs that cause oxidative *** RJ can clear the endogenous production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in cells remains largely ***,we systematically investigated the antioxidant properties of RJ using several endogenous oxidative stress models of *** found that RJ enhanced sleep quality of aging Drosophila,which is decreased due to an increase of oxidative damage with *** supplementation improved survival and suppressed ROS levels in gut cells of flies upon exposure to hydrogen peroxide or to the neurotoxic agent ***,RJ supplementation moderated levels of ROS in endogenous gut cells and extended lifespan after exposure of flies to heat *** deprivation leads to accumulation of ROS in the gut cells,and RJ attenuated the consequences of oxidative stress caused by sleep loss and prolonged ***,RJ prevented cell oxidative damage caused by heat stress or sleep deprivation,with the antioxidant activity in vivo independent of Keap1/Nrf2 *** supplementation activated oxidoreductase activity in the guts of flies,suggesting its ability to inhibit endogenous oxidative stress and maintain health,possibly in humans.

New insights into the effect of hard carbons microstructure on the diffusion of sodium ions into closed pores

Closed pores formed in hard carbons play an essential role in sodium storage at plateau ***,the effect of different structural features on the diffusion of sodium ions into closed pores remains ***,a precursor reconstruction strategy is conducted to regulate carbon microstructures including interlayer spacing,defect concentration,and closed pore volume by changing the ratio of aromatic and polysaccharide *** structure parts tend to develop disordered carbons with fewer defects,larger interlayer spacing,and smaller closed pore volume,while polysaccharide components prefer to form disordered carbons with more defects,smaller interlayer spacing,and larger closed pore *** the correlation analysis of microstructure features and the sodium storage capacity below 0.1 *** finds that the intercalation capacity is proportional to the ratio of pseudo-graphitic domains,whereas the pore filling capacity appeared at lower potential gradually decreases with the increasing defect concentration due to homo-ionic repulsion effect,without linear correlation with shortrange microcrystalline and closed pore *** optimized sample with suitable interlayer spacing and defect concentration exhibits a high plateau capacity of 241.7 m Ah/*** work provides insights into the exploitation of closed pore sodium storage performance.

A Data-Oriented Method to Optimize Hydraulic Fracturing Parameters of Tight Sandstone Reservoirs

Based on the actual data collected from the tight sandstone development zone, correlation analysis using theSpearman method was conducted to determine the main factors influencing the gas production rate of tightsandstone fracturing. An integrated model combining geological engineering and numerical simulation of fracturepropagation and production was completed. Based on data analysis, the hydraulic fracture parameters wereoptimized to develop a differentiated fracturing treatment adjustment plan. The results indicate that the influenceof geological and engineering factors in the X1 and X2 development zones in the study area differs ***, it is challenging to adopt a uniform development strategy to achieve rapid production increase. Thedata analysis reveals that the variation in gas production rate is primarily affected by the reservoir thickness andpermeability parameters as geological factors. On the other hand, the amount of treatment fluid and proppantaddition significantly impact the gas production rate as engineering factors. Among these factors, the influence ofgeological factors is more pronounced in block X1. Therefore, the main focus should be on further optimizing thefracturing interval and adjusting the geological development well location. Given the existing well location, thereis limited potential for further optimizing fracture parameters to increase production. For block X2, the fracturingparameters should be optimized. Data screening was conducted to identify outliers in the entire dataset, and adata-driven fracturing parameter optimization method was employed to determine the basic adjustment directionfor reservoir stimulation in the target block. This approach provides insights into the influence of geological,stimulation, and completion parameters on gas production rate. A guidance strategy for rendezvous and docking to the space station in the Earth-Moon NRHO orbit

With the development of space technology,it is possible to build a space station in Earth-Moon space as a transit for Earth-Moon round-trip and entering in the deep *** and docking is one of the key technologies for building an Earth-Moon space station.A guidance strategy for rendezvous and docking from the Earth orbit to the space station in the Earth-Moon NRHO orbit is proposed in this paper,which is suitable for engineering ***,the rendezvous and docking process is divided into three sections,i.e.,the large-range orbit transfer section,far-range guidance section,and close-range approaching *** suitable terminal of large-range orbit transfer is selected according to the eigenvalue of NRHO orbit state transition *** two-impulse guidance method based on the relative motion equation in the three-body problem is adopted for the far-range guidance *** impulse time and amplitude are solved with the optimization *** linear constant three-body relative motion equation is proposed for the close-range approaching section,and the rendezvous and docking is completed by a two-stage linear ***,a simulation analysis is carried out,and the simulation results show that the adopted dynamics equations and the designed guidance law are effective,and the three flight phases are naturally connected to accomplish the rendezvous and docking mission from the Earth orbit to the space station on the Earth-Moon NRHO.

Chemical warfare agents represent a severe threat to mankind and their efficient decontamination is a global ***,traditional disposal strategies have limitations,including high energy consumption,use of aggressive reagents and generation of toxic ***,inspired by the compartmentalized architecture and detoxification mechanism of bacterial microcompartments,we constructed oil-in-water Pickering emulsion droplets stabilized by hydrogen-bonded organic framework immobilized cascade enzymes for decontaminating mustard gas simulant(2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide,CEES)under sweet *** exemplified droplet systems were developed with two-enzyme(glucose oxidase/chloroperoxidase)and threeenzyme(invertase/glucose oxidase/chloroperoxidase)cascades,both achieving over 6-fold enhancement in decontamination efficiency compared with free enzymes and>99% selectivity towards non-toxic *** found that the favored mass transfer of sugars and CEES from their respective phases to approach the cascade enzymes located at the droplet surface and the facilitated substrate channeling between proximally immobilized enzymes were key factors in augmenting the decontamination *** importantly,the robustness of immobilized enzymes enabled easy reproduction of both the droplet formation and detoxification performance over 10 cycles,following long-term storage and in far-field locations.

MALDI coupled with laser-postionization and trapped ion mobility spectrometry contribute to the enhanced detection of lipids in cancer cell spheroids

Cancer cell spheroids(CCS) are a valuable three-dimensional cell model in cancer studies because they could replicate numerous characteristics of solid tumors. Increasing researches have used matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging(MALDI-MSI) to investigate the spatial distribution of endogenous compounds(e.g., lipids) in CCS. However, only limited lipid species can be detected owing to a low ion yield by using MALDI. Besides, it is still challenging to fully characterize the structural diversity of lipids due to the existence of isomeric/isobaric species. Here, we carried out the initial application of MALDI coupled with laser-postionization(MALDI-2) and trapped ion mobility spectrometry(TIMS) imaging in HCT116 colon CCS to address these challenges. We demonstrated that MALDI-2 is capable of detecting more number and classes of lipids in HCT116 colon CCS with higher signal intensities than MALDI. TIMS could successfully separate numerous isobaric/isomeric species of lipids in CCS. Interestingly, we found that some isomeric/isobaric species have totally different spatial distributions in colon CCS. Further MS/MS imaging analysis was employed to determine the compositions of fatty acid chains for isomeric species by examining disparities in signal intensities and spatial distributions of product ions. This work stresses the robust ability of TIMS and MALDI-2 imaging in analyzing endogenous lipids in CCS, which could potentially become powerful tools for future cancer studies.
