The applications of single-cell and spatial technologies in recent times have revolutionized the present understanding of cellular states and the cellular heterogeneity inherent in complex biological systems. These advancements offer unprecedented resolution in the examination of the functional genomics of individual cells and their spatial context within tissues. In this review, we have comprehensively discussed the historical development and recent progress in the field of single-cell and spatial genomics. We have reviewed the breakthroughs in single-cell multi-omics technologies, spatial genomics methods, and the computational strategies employed toward the analyses of singlecell atlas data. Furthermore, we have highlighted the advances made in constructing cellular atlases and their clinical applications,particularly in the context of disease. Finally, we have discussed the emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in this rapidly evolving field.

Investigating the spatial differentiation characteristics of soil organic carbon（SOC）in regional agricultural land and analyzing its driving factors are important for screening auxiliary variables for SOC prediction in agricultural land and the accurate prediction of soil carbon stock. This study considered SOC in different types of agricultural land landscape complexes in Beijing as the research object. The differences in SOC content and its stock in different landscape complexes were explored based on the long-term positional monitoring data on the quality of cultivated land in Beijing and the field sampling and testing data. Utilizing multi-source and open-source data as environmental variables that affected SOC spatial differentiation，we explored the quantitative and spatial relationships between SOC and climate，topography，soil parent material，land use，and biomass factors in different landscape complexes through GeoDetector and geographically weighted regression modeling. Additionally，we constructed a structural equation model to reveal the pathways that influence each driving factor on SOC in terms of direct and indirect effects. Ultimately，the major controlling factors of SOC were identified in the study area. The results showed that：① The mean values of ω（SOC）for various types of landscape complexes in the study area ranged from 6.23 to 28.26 g·kg−1，with a variation coefficient of 3.80% to 33.92%，showing spatial heterogeneity. ② Climate，topography，soil parent material，land type，and biomass factors contributed to SOC at highly significant levels（P © 2025 Science Press. 文章基于中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS) 2016—2020年数据,构建互联网使用方式对社会信任影响的理论框架,探究中国社会信任的时空演进特征,并运用Ordered Probit模型分析不同互联网使用方式对社会信任的影响。研究发现:1)互联网发展为不同维度社会信任构建带来更多可能,拓宽了社会信任的形成渠道。2)中国社会信任构成以熟人信任为主,东部、中部、西部和东北部的熟人信任水平呈现“低-高-低”时空演进特征,陌生人信任水平随着时间推移在不同区域均有明显提升。3)不同互联网使用方式对社会信任存在差异化影响,信息传递的正向促进效应对熟人信任和陌生人信任均有积极作用。4)网络社交的“双面”效应表现为对熟人信任有消极作用而对陌生人信任有积极作用。

基于农村产业融合发展的农民消费升级是我国目前扩大内需及乡村振兴的重要基础。利用2006—2020年中国省级农村面板数据,在对农村产业融合和农民消费升级测度以及影响机制分析的基础上,实证研究农村产业融合推动农民消费升级的效应及影响机制。研究发现:(1)农村产业融合能够显著提升农民的消费水平,且具有一定的区域差异性;(2)农村产业融合对农民消费升级的影响呈现先增长后降低的长期效应;(3)农村产业融合通过增收和优化农村产业结构的中介效应推动了农民的消费升级,农民收入和农村产业结构在其中发挥部分中介作用。基于此,推动农民消费升级,促进乡村振兴应从农村产业融合开始,通过生产、分配、交换、消费等各环节的改善,全面提升农村高质量发展。

本文考察了我国企业的ESG评级对其被跨国公司并购的影响及作用机制,并利用2009~2021年A股上市公司数据进行检验。研究发现,企业履行ESG的优势能够显著提升企业被外资并购的可能性,且国有企业相比非国有企业、东部地区相比中西部地区的提升作用更加明显;非重污染企业、高环境规制强度地区企业的ESG优势能够显著提升企业被外资并购的可能性,而重污染企业、低环境规制强度地区企业的提升作用则不显著。机制分析表明,企业践行ESG能够提升企业的社会声誉和治理能力、降低运营成本,由此带来企业价值的提升;也能够促进技术创新、降低融资约束并增加研发投入,由此带来企业生产率水平的提高,通过提升企业价值和生产率进而增加企业被外资并购的可能性。本文揭示了东道国企业践行ESG在外资引进中发挥的重要作用,也对我国向全球传递和践行可持续发展理念具有重要启示。

槲皮素调控CTRP6介导的心肌细胞焦亡对急性心肌梗死大鼠心肌损伤的作用机制

目的探究C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白6(C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 6,CTRP6)在槲皮素(quercetin,Que)抑制急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)后大鼠心肌细胞焦亡中的作用及机制。方法采用冠状动脉左前降支结扎法建立AMI大鼠模型。首先,将实验分为假手术组(Sham)、AMI组、槲皮素低剂量组(Que-L,25 mg·kg^(-1))、槲皮素高剂量组(Que-H,100 mg·kg^(-1))、福辛普利钠片组(fosinopril,4 mg·kg^(-1)),每组各10只。各组大鼠按照对应的药物剂量或是生理盐水灌胃,1次/d,连续14 d。多普勒超声检测心功能变化,观察大鼠心肌组织病理学变化,Western blot检测焦亡相关蛋白和CTRP6表达。通过以上实验指标检测筛选得出Que最佳给药剂量。随后,将实验分为Sham、AMI、Que(100 mg·kg^(-1))、Que+si-NC组、Que+si-CTRP6,每组各10只。干预14 d后,检测心肌梗死、心肌损伤指标、细胞焦亡、CTRP6及PI3K/Akt通路蛋白表达。结果与Sham组相比,AMI组大鼠LVEDV、LVESV明显增加,EF、FS明显降低(P<0.05),心肌组织出现明显病理损伤,纤维化程度增加,心肌梗死面积增加,LDH、CK-MB、cTnI水平,TUNEL阳性细胞比率升高,NLRP3、cleaved caspase-1、GSDMD-N、IL-1β、IL-18表达增加,CTRP6表达,p-PI3K/PI3K、p-Akt/Akt比值降低(均P<0.05)。与AMI组相比,Que-L和Que-H大鼠心功能指标以及心肌组织病理损伤程度减轻,心肌梗死面积降低,LDH、CK-MB、cTnI水平,TUNEL阳性率降低( P <0.05),细胞焦亡相关蛋白表达降低,CTRP6及PI3K/Akt通路蛋白表达增加( P <0.05),且呈剂量相关性。与Que组相比,Que+si-CTRP6组大鼠上述指标变化均得到明显逆转。结论 Que能够抑制心肌细胞焦亡,改善AMI大鼠心肌梗死,其机制与上调CTRP6表达,促进PI3K/Akt信号通路活化相关。

岸电系统通过关闭停靠船舶发电设备来降低港口区域的排放,是港口能源-交通融合的中枢装备,其运行和规划对未来港口综合能源系统实现“碳中和”目标具有重要作用。为厘清当前研究现状并指出制约岸电系统发展的瓶颈问题,从岸电系统的环境效益评估、岸电系统的技术标准及其部署方案、岸电系统政策规划及运营策略3个方面对港口岸电系统进行综述。分析表明,岸电系统在港口绿色发展中起关键作用,但目前岸电系统的安装率与使用率呈现较大矛盾。针对岸电系统的未来发展,提出岸电全生命周期规划、岸电系统能源-交通融合管理、岸电系统多方主体运行管理3项未来发展重点。

In the era of time-domain,multi-messenger astronomy,the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than *** gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor(GECAM)is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients,launched in December,2020.A real-time on-board trigger and location software,using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)method for blind search,is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time *** this work,we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients,especially for weak bursts missed by on-board *** pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode,offering options for blind search and targeted *** targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts,such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts(GRBs).From the ground search of the data in the first year,GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients,including soft gamma-ray repeaters,X-ray binaries,solar flares,terrestrial gamma-ray *** report the properties of each type of triggers,such as trigger time and light *** this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum,the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1×10^(-8)erg cm^(-2)s^(-1)(10-1000 ke V,burst duration of 20 s).These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system(both blind search and targeted search)is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.
