Ge-containing Lewis acidic zeolites are typically synthesized using a conventional hydrothermal strategy from amorphous silica sources,through a long time-and energy-consuming approach limiting their wide *** study reports a rapid synthesis strategy for a series of IWV aluminogermanosilicate zeolites(T-x-Al)with a wide range of Si/Ge molar ratios(5–15)by interzeolite transformation of dealuminated FAU(DA-FAU).notably,Ge-rich IWV could be obtained with crystallization time as short as one day by the equimolecular Si/Ge ratio *** effect of synthetic parameters was investigated and the obtained T-x-Al samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS,ICP,^(29)Si and^(27)Al MAS nMR,FTIR,and n_(2)physisorption *** with a previously reported IWV germanosilicate(h-3),T-x-Al displayed a better catalytic activity in Baeyer-Villiger(BV)oxidation,attributed to the presence of the active framework Ge sites with the assistance of the extraframework Al *** cyclic catalysis tests revealed that the presence of framework Al species contributed to the stability of the ***,T-x-Al,with 14-membered ring(MR)supercages,outperformed the typical 12-MR Sn-beta catalyst in the BV oxidation of large ketone-like 2-admantanone,indicating a promising potential application in the macromolecular catalytic process.

Existing studies have underscored the pivotal role of n-acetyltransferase 10(nAT10) in various cancers. however, the outcomes of protein-protein interactions between nAT10 and its protein partners in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(hnSCC) remain unexplored. In this study, we identified a significant upregulation of RnA-binding protein with serine-rich domain 1(RnPS1) in hnSCC, where RnPS1 inhibits the ubiquitination degradation of nAT10 by E3 ubiquitin ligase, zinc finger SWIM domain-containing protein 6(ZSWIM6), through direct protein interaction, thereby promoting high.nAT10 expression in hnSCC. This upregulated nAT10 stability mediates the enh.ncement of specific tRnA ac^(4)C modifications, subsequently boosting the translation process of genes involved in pathways such as IL-6 signaling, IL-8 signaling, and PTEn signaling that play roles in regulating hnSCC malignant progression, ultimately influencing the survival and prognosis of hnSCC patients. Additionally, we pioneered the development of TRMC-seq, leading to the discovery of novel t RnA-ac^(4)C modification sites, thereby providing a potent sequencing tool for tRnAac^(4)C research. Our findings expand the repertoire of tRnA ac^(4)C modifications and identify a role of tRnA ac^(4)C in the regulation of mRnA translation in hnSCC.

Using first-principles calculations and crystal structure search methods, we found that many covalently bonded molecules such as h2, n2, CO2, nh3, h2O and Ch4may react with.naC l, a prototype ionic solid,and form stable compounds under pressure while retaining their molecular structure. These molecules,despite whether they are homonuclear or heteronuclear, polar or non-polar, small or large, do not show strong chemical interactions with surrounding na and Cl ions. In contrast, the most stable molecule among all examples, n2, is found to transform into cyclo-n5-anions while reacting with.naC l under high pressures. It provides a new route to synthesize pentazolates, which are promising green energy materials with high energy density. Our work demonstrates a unique and universal hybridization propensity of covalently bonded molecules and solid compounds under pressure. This surprising miscibility suggests possible mixing regions between the molecular and rock layers in the interiors of large planets.

In this paper, we present a detector-integrated vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser(VCSEL) with a movable high-contrast grating(hCG) mirror in an n-i-p-i-n manner. The detector-integrated VCSEL with a movable hCG can achieve three functions, including wavelength tuning, power monitoring, and resonant-cavity-enh.nced(RCE)photon detection. Currently, the device can achieve a wavelength tuning range of 27 nm at room temperature wh.n the suspended hCG is driven by the reverse-bias voltage. The n-i-p structure located at the upper part of the device can serve as an intra-cavity photodiode to monitor the output power due to the defect absorption. The RCE photon detection function of the detector-integrated VCSEL with a movable hCG is measured, and it has a peak responsivity at about 926 nm. This detector-integrated VCSEL with a movable hCG will be useful for sensing and imaging.

Selective catalytic nh_(3)-to-n_(2) oxidation(nh_(3)-SCO)is highly promising for abating nh_(3) emissions slipped from stationary flue gas after-treatment *** practical application,however,is limited by the non-availability of low-cost catalysts with high activity and n_(2) ***,using defect-rich.nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes(nCnT-AW)as the support,we developed a highly active and durable copper-based nh_(3)-SCO catalyst with a high abundance of cuprous(Cu^(+))*** obtained Cu/nCnT-AW catalyst demonstrated outstanding activity with a T_(50)(*** temperature to reach 50% nh_(3) conversion)of 174℃ in the nh_(3)-SCO reaction,which outperformed not only the Cu catalyst supported on n-free O-functionalized CnTs(OCnTs)or nCnT with less surface defects,but also those most active Cu catalysts in open *** kinetics measurements and temperature-programmed surface reactions using nh_(3)as a probe molecule revealed that the nh_(3)-SCO reaction on Cu/nCnT-AW follows an internal selective catalytic reaction(i-SCR)route involving nitric oxide(nO)as a key *** to mech.nistic investigations by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,and X-ray absorption spectroscopy,the superior nh_(3)-SCO performance of Cu/nCnT-AW originated from a synergy of surface defects and ***,surface defects promoted the anchoring of Cu O nanoparticles on n-containing sites and,thereby,enabled efficient electron transfer from n to Cu O,increasing significantly the fraction of SCR-active Cu^(+)sites in the *** study puts forward a new idea for manipulating and utilizing the interplay of defects and n-dopants on carbon surfaces to fabricate Cu^(+)-rich Cu catalysts for efficient abatement of slip nh_(3)emissions via selective oxidation.
