The interface healing mechanism of fine-grained Ni-Co-based superalloy during hot-compression bonding(HCB)is *** HCB,the incompatibility.of deformation between theγand the primary γ′leads to a large number of dislocation pairs(DP),stacking faults(SF),and micro-twins(MT)in the primary γ′.These defects act as fast channels for elemental diffusion,leading to supersaturation of the primary γ′and promoting the growth of the γ-*** the one hand,the primary γ′with a γ-shell moves towards the bonding interface due to anomalous yielding phenomena of the primary γ′and plastic flow during HCB *** increase in the number of defects leads to the growth of γ-γ′heterogeneous epitaxial recrystallization(HERX)grain with coherent structure at the bonding interface,which promotes the bulge of the interface grain boundaries(IGBs).on the other hand,the nucleation and growth of a necklace-like distribution of discontinuous dynamic recrystallization(DDRX)grain at the interface lead to the healing of *** the synergistic action of DDRX and HERX,the mechanical properties of Ni-Co-based superalloy joints through HCB achieve the same level as the base *** finding further enriches the theory.of interface healing in HCB.

Conductive grease has been considered as a potential solution in addressing electric erosion issue inside motor *** the conductive grease performance,especially the electric and tribological behaviour is crucial for its *** paper combines bulk grease characterization and contact film study considering both electrical and tribological loading *** results show that the electric performance for the selected conductive grease sample is electric field dependent,including both frequency and voltage *** film impedance inside the contact area is closely related to the external electric field,running condition,and lubrication *** following film impedance calculation tells that not only bulk grease electric parameters,but the contact parameter,lubricant film contour and lubrication condition should be considered when performing the overall bearing electrical modelling.

This study uses a sample of A-share listed companies to investigate the impact of China's Data Basic Institutional System on capital market reactions and the mechanism by which it exerts *** findings reveal that within a 5-day period before and after the policy announcement,listed companies with high data resources experience a significantly higher abnormal return compared to those with low data ***,this difference becomes more pronounced as enterprise technology intensity ***,the policy enhances the capital market's perception of the value of data resources and its potential for generating multiplier *** tests confirm that post-implementation of the policy,the capital market reevaluates the long-term value of enterprises associated with data *** comprehensive examination contributes empirical evidence to support academic research,inform policy formulation,and guide strategic planning in relevantindustries.

The eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in China are a typical mountainous region of soil and gravel,where gravel could affect the water movement process in the *** study focused on the effects of different gravel contents on the water absorption characteristics and hydraulic parameters of stony *** stony soil samples were collected from the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains in April 2023 and used as the experimental materials to conduct a one-dimensional horizontal soil column absorption *** experimental groups with gravel contents of 0%,10%,20%,30%,40%,and 50%were established to determine the saturated hydraulic conductivity(K_(s)),saturated water content(θ_(s)),initial water content(θ_(i)),and retention water content(θ_(r)),and explore the changes in the wetting front depth and cumulative absorption volume during the absorption *** Philip model was used to fit the soil absorption process and determine the soil water absorption *** the length of the characteristic wetting front depth,shape coefficient,empirical parameter,inverse intake suction and soil water suction were derived from the van Genuchten ***,the hydraulic parameters mentioned above were used to fit the soil water characteristic curves,unsaturated hydraulic conductivity(K_(θ))and specific water capacity(C(h)).The results showed that the wetting front depth and cumulative absorption volume of each treatment gradually decreased with increasing gravel *** with control check treatment with gravel content of 0%,soil water absorption rates in the treatments with gravel contents of 10%,20%,30%,40%,and 50%decreased by 11.47%,17.97%,25.24%,29.83%,and 42.45%,*** the gravel content increased,inverse intake suction gradually increased,and shape coefficient,K_(s),θ_(s),andθ_(r)gradually *** the same soil water content,soil water suction and K_(θ)gradually decreased with increasing gravel *** the same soil water s

The effects of surf zone eddy generated by alongshore currents on the deformation and transport of dye are still poorly understood,and related tracer release experiments are ***,a tracer release laboratory experiment was conducted under monochromatic,unidirectional incident waves with a large incident angle(30°)on a plane beach with a 1:100 slope in a large wave basin.A charge-coupled device suspended above the basin recorded the dye patch *** evolution of eddy dye patch was observed and the transport and diffusion were analyzed based on the collected ***,a linear instability numerical model was adopted to calculate the perturbation velocity field at the initial *** observation and image processing results show that surf zone eddy patches occurred and were separated from the original dye *** numerical analysis results demonstrate that the structure of the perturbation velocity field is consistent with the experimental observations,and that the ejection of eddy patches shoreward or offshore may be ascribed to the double vortex.

The Impact of Global Value Chain Embedment on Energy Conservation and Emissions Reduction:Theory and Empirical Evidence

An in-depth investigation into the effect of embedment in global value chain(GVC)on energy conservation and emissions reduction is of great significance for scientifically assessing the environmental impact of GVC participation,and promoting high-quality development in *** paper incorporates GVC embedment,energy consumption and carbon emissions into the same analysis framework for the first *** on the WIoD database,this paper theoretically and empirically examines the impact and mechanism of global value chain embeddedness on carbon emission reduction from two dimensions:energy consumption intensity and energy consumption *** study found that GVC embedment significantly reduced the industry’s carbon emission intensity;developing economies’embedment in GVC helped reduce their carbon emission intensity,while the effect was not obvious in developed *** embedment had a significant inhibitory effect on the carbon emissions in both upstream and downstream industries,but not conducive to carbon reduction of lowtech *** mechanism test shows that the GVC embedment not only exhibits the dual effects of energy conservation and emissions reduction,but also has a significant impact on carbon emissions by reducing the energy consumption intensity and improving the energy consumption structure.

Manipulating the energy structure of materials represents an efficient way to regulate their light absorption behaviors. For example, constructing donor-acceptor(D-A) structures to increase the polarizability and reduce the energy bandgap of local molecules has been widely used in the field of organic photovoltaics with ordered structures. Remarkably, even in disordered and chaotic systems such as melanin-like poly.opamine(PDA), visible and near-infrared light absorption can be significantly improved using this strategy. However, there has been a noticeable dearth of research on the ultraviolet(UV) light absorption regulation of bioinspired polymers with disordered and chaotic architectures by tailoring the D-A microstructures. In this study, a series of benzoheterocyclic molecules with strong electron-donating features screened by molecular simulation calculations were involved in disrupting the D-A structures within PDA. The destruction of D-A structures promoted the increase of the energy band gap and finally boosted the UV absorption of PDA. The resulting PDA nanoparticles with enhanced UV absorption were further employed to fabricate UV shielding composite films to protect the growth of plants from harmful UV radiation. This research may.open up new avenues for structural disruption of bioinspired polymers for enhanced photoprotection applications.

A New Method for the Aging Evaluation of oil-Paper Insulation Using η-Butanol and Methanol

To improve the accuracy and efficiency.of the aging life prediction and assessment of transformer oil-paper insulation,and to make up for the deficiencies of traditional characterizers,such as 2-furfural,carbon monoxide,and carbon dioxide,a method for the simultaneous determination of methanol,ethanol,n−propanol,and η-butanol in oil with a single injection is established by headspace-gas chromatography-mass *** measured results show that the determination limits of the four alcohol characterizers can be controlled to 10μg/kg *** on this method,the change patterns of the above four alcohols with thermal aging time and degree of polymerization are obtained through thermal aging experimental ***,η-propanol,and η-butanol in oil indicate nearly linear correlations with thermal aging time and degree of polymerization,similar to that of *** analyzing 52 sets of measured data of 500 kV EHV transformers in operation,η-butanol is found to have excellent performance,and a new method to evaluate the aging state of oil-paper insulation employing η-butanol and methanol is proposed along with the aging attention value *** measured data of 500 kV EHV transformers in operation indicate that the combination of η-butanol and methanol as the preferred characterizers can effectively compensate for the shortcoming of traditional characterizers in the early stages of aging,and the feasibility.of the method is *** possible pathways for the generation of η-butanol by cellulose cleavage during the aging of oil-paper are proposed from the chemical structure of cellulose.
