用Ｙ－迷宫反应观察长期饮用不同浓度的氟化钠溶液对小鼠学习记忆行为的影响，然后用电镜和计算机图像分析仪观测小鼠脑内海马ＣＡ３区ＧｒａｙⅠ突触结构的损伤效应。结果表明：饮用高浓度氟化钠溶液能显著降低小鼠的学习能力，并能引起小鼠海马ＣＡ３区突触后致密物质厚度极显著减小，和引起突触间隙宽度极显著变大等超微结构的变化。结果提示，慢性氟中毒对小鼠的学习能力的显著影响可能与其脑内突触界面结构的病理变化有关。

采用基于第一性原理的密度泛函理论平面波超软赝势法,研究了y掺杂SrTiO3体系的空间结构和电子结构性质,得到了优化后体系的结构参数,掺杂形成能,能带结构和电子态密度.对比掺杂浓度为0.125,0.25,0.33时,Sr1-xyxTiO3和SrTi1-xyxO3的掺杂形成能,发现y替代Sr能形成更稳定的结构.对Sr1-xyxTiO3(x=0,0.125,0.25,0.33)的结构进行了优化,结果表明y替代Sr后,随着掺杂浓度增大,体系的晶格常数逐渐减小,稳定性逐渐增强.对不同掺杂浓度的Sr1-xyxTiO3能带结构的计算结果表明:纯净的SrTiO3是绝缘体,价带顶在R点,导带底在Γ点,费米能级处于价带顶;掺杂y后,费米能级进入到导带底中,体系呈金属性;掺杂浓度越大,费米能级进入导带的位置越深,禁带宽度也近似变宽.

Three-way pipes, T and y pipes, are very important connecting components in pipeline systems, their strength are related to the safety of pipelines. In the case that crack is not detected in the three-way pipe, ANSyS finite element program version 5.6 is applied to study the stress distribution of the three-way pipe and to obtain the optimum fillet radius in the crotch region of the two pipes. The reasonable intersection angle of the two pipes is also obtained. In the case that a surface crack is detected in the three-way pipe, the maximum stress intensity factor (SIF) near the front of the surface crack is studied.

Dry eye is a common ocular disease that results in discomfort and impaired vision,impacting an individual’s quality of life.A great number of drugs administered in eye drops to treat dry eye are poorly soluble in water and are rapidly eliminated from the ocular surface,which limits their therapeutic ***,it is imperative to design a novel drug delivery system that not only improves the water solubility of the drug but also prolongs its retention time on the ocular ***,we develop a copolymer from mono-functional POSS,PEG,and PPG(MPOSS-PEG-PPG,MPEP)that exhibits temperature-sensitive sol-gel transition *** thermo-responsive hydrogel improves the water solubility of FK506 and simultaneously provides a mucoadhesive,long-acting ocular delivery *** addition,the FK506-loaded POSS hydrogel possesses good biocompatibility and significantly improves adhesion to the ocular *** comparison with other FK506 formulations and the PEG-PPG-FK506(F127-FK506)hydrogel,this novel MPOSS-PEG-PPG-FK506(MPEP-FK506)hydrogel is a more effective treatment of dry eye in the murine dry eye ***,delivery of FK506 in this POSS hydrogel has the potential to prolong drug retention time on the ocular surface,which will improve its therapeutic efficacy in the management of dry eye.

Havelock型格林函数的传播项被积函数是高频振荡且奇异的复变函数,文献[4]引入变量代换获得了一种兼具积分效率和精度的积分方法,本文研究了该方法的积分稳定性,发现该方法仍存在如下的积分困难:(1)θ=γ时复函数中分母为零引起的计算溢出;(2)θ=π/2是复函数在y及z方向偏导数的无穷间断点;(3)场点与源点横坐标相同时伪奇异点变为真奇点。针对这些积分困难,采用极限公式计算θ=γ处复函数的值避免计算溢出;在保证积分精度的前提下采用截断方法略去θ=π/2邻近区域的积分消除无穷间断处的奇异;针对(3)采用分区法处理以避开原被积函数的高频振荡,并消除奇异性。伪奇异性存在的条件是场点必须在点源传播波的传播范围内,伪奇异点最多为2个。

曲面重构是计算机辅助设计和逆向工程领域中的研究热点,提出了一种基于平行轮廓横截面信息利用NURBS理论构造分支曲面实体的新方法。根据相邻横截面上轮廓线间的不同对应关系;如果是"一对一"的情况,可直接构造蒙皮曲面;如果"一对多"的情况,则转换为多个"一对一"的情形先构造包络面,再对包络面进行裁剪,利用四边Coons曲面片填充算法完成分支曲面的重构;如果是"多对多"的情况,则将之转换为两个"一对多"关系再来进行曲面重构。对多个连续的"一对一"关系复合蒙皮,提高了重构曲面的光滑度;通过添加方向导线,避免了额外的优化时间;把"多对多"转化为两个"一对多",降低了直接利用"多对多"关系构造曲面的复杂性;通过对参数区间的调整,实现了对中间带位置和宽度的灵活控制,为重构分支曲面的形状提供了可控性。

目的:进行抗菌药物的实验室检测的研究工作,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:依照NCCLS标准,对429例感染病人的病原菌进行动态监测,做药敏试验,测定血药浓度和药动学参数,对数据进行分析。结果:细菌耐药性有逐步增强且敏感性下降趋势;联合药敏试验对难治性感染有积极治疗意义;进行血药浓度、抗生素后效应测定及求算药动学参数,可使抗感染治疗更加及时,更有针对性。结论:抗菌药物的实验室检测及研究对临床合理使用抗菌药物起关键作用。

Influence of aging treatment on corrosion behavior and mechanism of Mg–y alloys

This paper studied the influence of aging treatment on the corrosion behavior and mechanism of Mg-y alloys with different y content through corrosion mass loss test, electrochemical test and corrosion morphologies observation. Results show that the peak-aging times of Mg-（0.25, 2.5, 5, 8 and 15） y alloys at 250 ℃ were 4, 6, 10, 12 and 16 h. The aging treatment reduced the corrosion resistance of Mg-y alloys, and the corrosion resistance of Mg-y alloys became worse with increasing of the aging time. The change magnitude of the open circuit potentials for Mg-（0.25, 2.5）y alloys was greater than that of Mg-（5, 8 and 15）-y alloys. The polarization curves of Mg （0.25, 2.5, 5, 8 and 15） y alloys had the similar shape after aging treatment, and the slopes of the anodic branch were greater than those of the cathodic branches. After aging treatment, the corrosion modes of Mg-0.25y and Mg-（2.5, 5, 8 and 15） y alloys were uniform corrosion and pitting corrosion with small local deep corrosion.
