低温条件下恩诺沙星的微生物降解研究

在我国高纬度和高海拔地区,低温微生物污染介质的长期高效稳定修复的应用前景广阔,但特定场景下的菌种资源挖掘还处于初期阶段。以污染土壤中常见的喹诺酮类抗生素—恩诺沙星为目标污染物,从低温地区畜禽粪便堆放地土壤中筛选得到4株恩诺沙星低温高效降解菌Z(Providencia sp.,普罗威登斯菌属)、H5(Enterobacter sp.,肠杆菌属)、H35(Providencia sp.,普罗威登斯菌属)、y(Alcaligenes sp.,产碱杆菌属,嗜盐菌),并评估了这4种菌株的降解效率。结果表明,4种菌株在中性或低碱环境(畜禽粪便堆放地)、4~15℃的温度范围内均能生长;低温较常温条件下显著抑制了4株菌的生长和对恩诺沙星的降解。4、8、15℃条件下无菌对照组恩诺沙星的自然降解率分别为10.9%、22.8%和40.6%。4℃条件下,投加量w为5%的Z、H5、H35和y对恩诺沙星的降解率在第14天达到峰值,分别为33.4%、42.1%、38.1%和34.3%。在8℃条件下,Z、H5和y对恩诺沙星的降解率在第12天达到峰值,分别为49.6%、47.9%和48.1%;H35则在第14天达到峰值56.5%。4种菌株均可用于低温区恩诺沙星污染介质的修复。该研究可为我国高纬度和高海拔地区抗生素污染土壤修复提供技术支撑。

Thermodynamic analysis of the reforming of methane with carbon dioxide alone （＂dry reforming＂） and with carbon dioxide and steam together （＂mixed reforming＂） is performed as part of a project which investigates the suitability of these endothermic reactions for the storage of solar thermal energy. The Gibbs free energy minimization method was employed to identify thermodynamically optimal operating conditions for dry reforming as well as mixed reforming with a desired H2/CO molar ratio of 2. The non-stoichiometric equilibrium model was developed using FactSage software to conduct the thermodynamic calculations for carbon formation, H2/CO ratio, CH4 conversion and H2 yield as a function of reaction temperature, pressure and reactant molar ratios. Thermodynamic calculations demonstrate that in the mixed reforming process, optimal operating conditions in a carbon-free zone are under H2O/CH4 /CO2 =1.0/1.0/0.5, p = 1 to 10 bar and T = 800 to 850℃ for the production of syngas with a H2 /CO molar ratio of 2. Under the optimal conditions, the maximum H2 yield of 88.0% is achieved at 1 bar and 850℃ with a maximum CH4 conversion of 99.3%. In the dry reforming process, a carbon formation regime is always present at a CO2/CH4 molar ratio of 1 for T = 700 1000℃ and p = 1-30 bar, whereas a carbon-free regime can be obtained at a CO2/CH4 molar ratio greater than 1.5 and T≥800℃.

Quiescent mixing of aqueous lactose solution with ethanol by gentle pouring allowed controlled observation of a transient, spontaneous emulsification process between ethanol and water. This phenomenon contrasts with the conventional stable phase-separation process for ethanol-water systems with other solutes. The presence of lactose in the dissolved state was deduced to be the key factor causing spontaneous emulsification. This explains the transitional behavior of the phenomenon. Further experiments with aqueous maltodextrin solution, using the same experimental technique, confirmed this phenomenon. The mechanisms determined in this work will form the basis of porous-particle synthesis via the antisolvent vapor-precipitation technique.

During cell division,chromosome segregation is orchestrated by the interaction of spindle microtubules with the *** attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore requires the chromosomal passenger of Aurora B kinase complex with borealin,INCENP and survivin(suR).The current working model argues that suR is responsible for docking Aurora B to the centromere whereas its precise role in Aurora B activation has been ***,we show that Aurora B kinase activation requires suR priming phosphorylation at Ser20 which is catalyzed by polo-like kinase 1(PLK1).Inhibition of PLK1 kinase activity or expression of non-phosphorylatable suR mutant prevents Aurora B activation and correct spindle microtubule *** PLK1-mediated regulation of Aurora B kinase activity was examined in real-time mitosis using fluorescence resonance energy transfer-based reporter and quantitative analysis of native Aurora B substrate *** reason that the PLK1-mediated priming phosphorylation is critical for orchestrating Aurora B activity in centromere which is essential for accurate chromosome segregation and faithful completion of cytokinesis.

Mg-Ni thin films for nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) battery negative electrode were prepared on three different substrates by using magnetron sputtering with compacted Ni and Mg mixture powder. The microstructure of Mg-Ni thin films deposited on the glass and the Ni foil substrate respectively was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the Mg-Ni thin films were in amorphous structure and the composition of the thin film was homogeneous. Electrochemical measurement show the discharge capacity of the thin film negative electrode deposited on the foam Ni substrate was 284.8mAh/g in 6M alkaline electrolyte and the internal resistance was much lower than that of the electrode prepared by the ball-milled powder during the charge-discharge cycle.

Novel method of separating macroporous arrays from p-type silicon substrate

This paper presents a novel method to fabricate separated macroporous silicon using a single step of photo-assisted electrochemical etching. The method is applied to fabricate silicon microchannel plates in 1 O0 mm p-type silicon wafers, which can be used as electron multipliers and three-dimensional Li-ion microbatteries. Increasing the backside illumination intensity and decreasing the bias simultaneously can generate additional holes during the electrochemical etching which will create lateral etching at the pore tips. In this way the silicon microchannel can be separated from the substrate when the desired depth is reached, then it can be cut into the desired shape by using a laser cutting machine. Also, the mechanism of lateral etching is proposed.

Physical properties of sprayed antimony doped tin oxide thin films:The role of thickness

Transparent conducting antimony doped tin oxide （Sb：SnO2） thin films have been deposited onto pre- heated glass substrates using a spray pyrolysis technique by varying the quantity of spraying solution. The structural, morphological, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, optical, photoluminescence and electrical properties of these films have been studied. It is found that the films are polycrystalline in nature with a tetragonal crystal structure having orientation along the （211） and （112） planes. Polyhedrons like grains appear in the FE-SEM images. The average grain size increases with increasing spraying quantity. The compositional analysis and electronic behaviour of Sb：SnO2 thin films were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The binding energy of Sn3ds/2 for all samples shows the Sn^4＋ bonding state from SnO2. An intensive violet luminescence peak near 395 nm is observed at room temperature due to oxygen vacancies or donor levels formed by Sb^5＋ ions. The film deposited with 20 cc solution shows 70 % transmittance at 550 nm leading to the highest figure of merit （2.11 × 10^-3 Ω^-1）. The resistivity and carrier concentration vary over 1.22 × 10^-3 to 0.89 × 10^-3Ω cm and 5.19 ×10^20 to 8.52 × 10^20 cm^-3, respectively.

A tunable diode laser absorption spectrometer （TDLAS） for formaldehyde atmospheric measurements has been set up and validated through comparison experiments with a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer （FT-IR） in a simulation *** was generated in situ in the chamber from reaction of ethene with *** HCHO ro-vibrational line intensities （at 2909.71,2912.09 and 2914.46 cm-1） possibly used by TDLAS were calibrated by FT-IR spectra simultaneously recorded in the 1600–3200 cm-1 domain during ethene ozonolysis,enabling the on-line deduction of the varying concentration for HCHO in *** experimental line intensities values inferred confirmed the calculated ones from the updated HITRAN *** addition,the feasibility of stratospheric in situ HCHO measurements using the 2912.09 cm-1 line was *** TDLAS performances were also assessed,leading to a 2σ detection limit of 88 ppt in volume mixing ratio with a response time of 60 sec at 30 Torr and 294 K for 112 m optical *** part of this work,the room-temperature rate constant of this reaction and the HCHO formation yield were found to be in excellent agreement with the compiled literature data.

Sintered silicon carbide(SiC)was etched by a dielectric barrier discharge source.A high voltage bipolar pulse was used with helium gas for the plasma *** stable filament plasma was generated and could be used for SiC *** the processing gas(NF3)mixing rate increased,the width and depth of the etching profile became narrower and *** differentiated V-Q Lissajous method was used for measuring the capacitances(Ceq)of the electrode after the plasma turned *** width of the etching profile was proportional to *** the current peak value/smx of the substrate current in creased,the volume removal rate of SiC *** etch depth was proportional to the ratio of/smx to ***,because of the different characteristics of the plasma disks on SiC substrate by the voltage polarity,the etching profile was ***,in high NF3 mixing process,the etching profile became stable and deeper.
