Viscosity and structure relationship with equimolar substitution of CaO with MgO in the CaO–MgO–Al_(2)O_(3)–SiO_(2)slag melts

Currently,the Al_(2)O_(3)content in the high-alumina slag systems within blast furnaces is generally limited to 16wt%–18.5wt%,making it challenging to overcome this *** most studies that concentrated on managing the MgO/Al_(2)O_(3)ratio or basicity,this paper explored the effect of equimolar substitution of MgO for CaO on the viscosity and structure of a high-alumina CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)slag system,providing theoretical guidance and data to facilitate the application of high-alumina *** results revealed that the viscosity first decreased and then increased with higher MgO substitution,reaching a minimum at 15mol%MgO *** transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)results found that the depths of the troughs representing[SiO_(4)]tetrahedra,[AlO_(4)]tetrahedra,and Si-O-Al bending became progressively deeper with increased MgO *** of the Raman spectra showed that the average number of bridging oxygens per Si atom and the X_(Q^(3))/X_(Q^(2))(X_(Q^(i))is the molar fraction of Q^(i) unit,and i is the number of bridging oxygens in a[SiO_(4)]tetrahedral unit)ratio increased from 2.30 and 1.02 to 2.52 and 2.14,respectively,indicating a progressive polymerization of the silicate structure.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results highlighted that non-bridging oxygen content decreased from 77.97mol% to 63.41mol% with increasing MgO concentration,whereas bridging oxygen and free oxygen contents *** analysis demonstrated a gradual increase in the polymerization degree of the tetrahedral structure with the increase in MgO ***,bond strength is another important factor affecting the slag *** occurrence of a viscosity minimum can be attributed to the complex evolution of bond strengths of non-bridging oxygens generated during depolymerization of the[SiO_(4)]and[AlO_(4)]tetrahedral structures by CaO and MgO.

Nanocrystal ODS （oxide dispersion strengthening） aluminide coatings were produced on a stainless steel and nickel-based superalloy by the pock aluminizing process assisted by ball peening, Pure Al powders and 1% of ultra-fine y2O3 powders were mixed by ball milling. The ultra-fine y2O3 powders were dispersed in Al particles. Ball peening welded the Al particles onto the substrate and accelerated the formation of aluminide coating. Nanocrystal ODS aluminide coatings were produced by the outward growth at a much low temperature （below 600℃） in a short treatment time. The effects of the operation temperature and treatment time on the formation of the coatings were analyzed. SEM （scanning electron microscope）, AFM （atomic force microscope）, EDS （energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy）, XRF （X-ray fluorescence spectrometer） and XRD （X-ray diffraction） methods were applied to investigate the microstructure of the coatings. High-temperature oxidation tests were carried out to evaluate the oxidation resistance of the ODS aluminide coatings.

All-safe liquid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASlS-lIBs) is of great interest as they can potentially combine the safety of all-solid-state batteries with the high performance and low manufacturing cost of traditional liquid-state lIBs. However, the practical success of ASlS-lIBs is bottlenecked by the lack of advanced separator technology that can simultaneously realize high performances in puncturing-tolerability,fire-resistance, and importantly, wetting-capability with non-flammable liquid-electrolytes. here, we propose a concept of inorganic in-situ separator(IISS) by hybrid-sol physical crosslinking directly onto the electrode surface to address the above challenges. Particularly, the hybrid-sol is designed with silica nanoparticles as the building block and poly(vinylidene difluoride) nanoparticles as the crosslinking agent. The critical factors for controlling the IISS microstructures and properties have been systematically investigated. The advantages of the IISS have been confirmed by its fast wetting with various fireresistant liquid-electrolytes, customizable thickness and porous structures, robust interface with planar or three-dimensional(3D)-structured electrodes, and importantly, unexpected self-adaptability against puncturing. Enabled by the above merits, a fire-resistant ASlS-lIB is successfully assembled and demonstrated with stable electrochemical performance. This sol-crosslinked IISS may open an avenue for the studies on the next-generation separator technology, cell assembling, solid electrolyte processing as well as non-flammable secondary batteries.

As a class of functional crystalline porous materials, metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) gained rapid development in the past three decades and a large number of MOFs with ordered structures, high surface areas, and functionalized channels have been investigated. MOFs and MOF-derived/composite materials show great potential in many application fields. In this review, we discussed the main applications of MOFs and MOF-derived/composite materials in small molecule storage, separation, luminescence, sensing, multitype catalysis, and energy storage. In addition, challenges and problems in the future research of MOFsrelated fields are also discussed.

This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of electron beam physical vapor depo-sition (EBPVD) technique and the whole process of preparing micro--layer compositelaminate. And several major influencing factors are presented and discussed. It wasfound that residual gas pressure should be low enough to guarantee the unobstructedtransporfation of vapor steam and electron beam; the evaporation method and evapo-ration speed are up to the different vapor pressure deficit of compositions of raw mate-rials; and the substrate temperature could have great influence on the microstructureof the micro--layer laminates.

玉米免耕播种机在作业时会产生振动,影响播种机的工作效率和生产质量,故对其振动特性进行分析和优化非常重要。为此,对玉米免耕播种机振动特性进行了分析与优化。首先,通过试验测试和有限元模拟确定了播种机的振动特性,包括自然频率、振型等;然后,针对振动特性中存在的问题,采用了多种优化方法(如结构优化、材料优化等),以改善播种机的振动性能;最后,通过试验和仿真模拟验证了优化后的播种机性能。研究结果表明:通过优化设计,可以有效地降低播种机的振动幅值,提高工作效率和生产质量。

Efficient and stable photocathodes with versatility are of significance in photoassisted lithium-ion batteries(PlIBs),while there is always a request on fast carrier transport in electrochemical active *** work proposes a general approach of creating bulk heterojunction to boost the carrier mobility of photocathodes by simply laser assisted embedding of plasmonic *** employed in PlIBs,it was found effective for synchronously enhanced photocharge separation and transport in light charging ***,experimental photon spectroscopy,finite difference time domain method simulation and theoretical analyses demonstrate that the improved carrier dynamics are driven by the plasmonic-induced hot electron injection from metal to TiO_(2),as well as the enhanced conductivity in TiO2 matrix due to the formation of oxygen vacancies after Schottky *** from these merits,several benchmark values in performance of TiO2-based photocathode applied in PlIBs are set,including the capacity of 276 mAh g^(−1)at 0.2 A g^(−1)under illumination,photoconversion efficiency of 1.276%at 3 A g^(−1),less capacity and Columbic efficiency loss even through 200 *** results exemplify the potential of the bulk heterojunction strategy in developing highly efficient and stable photoassisted energy storage systems.

Dear Editor, Phenotypic drug discovery, which observes compound effects on physiology,has given way to targeting specific molecules, but has revived by using modern methods to find drugs based on therapeutic outcomes in disease models(Vincent et al., 2022). Osteoarthritis(OA) is a prevalent chronic joint disorder, primarily affecting knee joints, with osteoclast activation due to low-grade inflammation resulting in increased bone resorption and structural changes in the joint(Katz et al.,2021).

最近20多年来,华中村治研究群体坚持田野调研,做从土地中长出理论的学问,被学界称为华中乡土派。大量研究表明,当前中国社会科学研究存在的一个问题是过于强调小循环的对话式研究,而在对话式的研究中,中国式现代化的实践变成支离破碎的经验片段,中国经验的完整性无法呈现,社会科学研究既无法回应中国式现代化实践中需要解答的问题,又无法从中国实践中形成一般化的理论。要改变中国社会科学研究的这一困境,必须强调中国社会科学的主体性,建立从中国式现代化实践中提出问题并回到实践中去接受检验的社会科学研究大循环。只有真正扎根田野,通过饱和经验训练,形成研究者经验质感,具备在研究中的想事能力,从伟大的中国式现代化实践中吸取理论营养,才能真正建立有主体性的中国社会科学。
