Electrochemical urea oxidation reaction(UOR) is a promising alternative to oxygen evolution reaction(OER) for realizing energy-saving hydrogen production. Developing efficient electrocatalysts for UOR becomes a central challenge. Recently, amorphous materials have been extensively used as UOR catalysts because of their numerous defective sites and flexible electronic properties. In this review, recent advancements in the development of amorphous UOR electrocatalysts are analyzed. The UOR mechanism is discussed, and the design of amorphous catalysts is then analyzed. The main catalyst design strategies are illustrated, including nanostructure control,heteroatom doping, composition regulation, and heterostructure construction. Also, electrocatalysts' structureperformance correlation is interpreted. Perspectives in this field are proposed for guiding future studies on the development of high-performance amorphous catalysts towards energy sustainability.

With continuous hydrocarbon exploration extending to deeper basins,the deepest industrial oil accumulation was discovered below 8,200 m,revealing a new exploration ***,the extent to which oil exploration can be extended,and the prediction of the depth limit of oil accumulation(DLOA),are issues that have attracted significant attention in petroleum *** it is difficult to characterize the evolution of the physical properties of the marine carbonate reservoir with burial depth,and the deepest drilling still cannot reach the ***,the DLOA cannot be predicted by directly establishing the relationship between the ratio of drilling to the dry layer and the *** this study,by establishing the relationships between the porosity and the depth and dry layer ratio of the carbonate reservoir,the relationships between the depth and dry layer ratio were obtained *** depth corresponding to a dry layer ratio of 100%is the *** on this,a quantitative prediction model for the DLOA was finally *** results indicate that the porosity of the carbonate reservoir,Lower Ordovician in Tazhong area of Tarim Basin,tends to decrease with burial depth,and manifests as an overall low porosity reservoir in deep *** critical porosity of the DLOA was 1.8%,which is the critical geological condition corresponding to a 100%dry layer ratio encountered in the *** depth of the DLOA was 9,000 *** study provides a new method for DLOA prediction that is beneficial for a deeper understanding of oil accumulation,and is of great importance for scientific guidance on deep oil drilling.

A resonant high-pressure microsensor based on a composite pressure-sensitive mechanism of diaphragm bending and volume compression

In this paper,a composite pressure-sensitive mechanism combining diaphragm bending and volume compression was developed for resonant pressure microsensors to achieve high-pressure measurements with excellent *** composite mechanism was explained,and the sensor structure was designed based on theoretical analysis and finite element *** all-silicon resonant high-pressure microsensor with multiple miniaturized cavities and dual resonators was developed,where dual resonators positioned in two resonant cavities with suitably different widths are used to perform opposite characteristics in pressure and the same characteristics at different temperatures,which can improve pressure sensitivities and realize temperature self-compensation by differential frequency *** microsensor was fabricated by microfabrication,and the experimental results showed that the sensor had an accuracy of±0.015%full scale(FS)in a pressure range of 0.1~100 MPa and a temperature range of−10~50℃.The pressure sensitivity of the differential frequency was 261.10 Hz/MPa(~2523 ppm/MPa)at a temperature of 20℃,and the temperature sensitivities of the dual resonators were−1.54 Hz/℃(~−14.5 ppm/℃)and−1.57 Hz/℃(~−15.6 ppm/℃)at a pressure of 2 *** differential output had an outstanding stability within±0.02 Hz under constant temperature and ***,this research provides a convenient solution for high-pressure measurements because of its advantages,namely,large range,excellent accuracy and stability.

Dendritic cells(DCs)comprise diverse cell populations that play critical roles in antigen presentation and triggering immune responses in the ***,several factors impair the immune function of DCs and may promote immune evasion in *** the mechanism of DC dysfunction and the diverse functions of heterogeneous DCs in the tumormicroenvironment(TME)is critical for designing effective strategies for cancer *** applications targeting DCs summarized in this report aim to improve immune infiltration and enhance the biological function of DCs to modulate the TME to prevent cancer cells from evading the immune ***,factors in the TME that induce DC dysfunction,such as cytokines,hypoxic environment,tumor exosomes and metabolites,and co-inhibitory molecules,have been ***,several key signaling pathways involved in DC dysfunction and signal-relevant drugs evaluated in clinical trials were ***,this review provides an overview of current clinical immunotherapies targeting DCs,especially therapies with proven clinical outcomes,and explores future developments in DC immunotherapies.

The on-demand food delivery(OFD)service has gained rapid development in the past decades but meanwhile encounters challenges for further improving operation *** order dispatching problem is one of the most concerning issues for the OFD platforms,which refer to dynamically dispatching a large number of orders to riders reasonably in very limited decision *** solve such a challenging combinatorial optimization problem,an effective matching algorithm is proposed by fusing the reinforcement learning technique and the optimization ***,to deal with the large-scale complexity,a decoupling method is designed by reducing the matching space between new orders and ***,to overcome the high dynamism and satisfy the stringent requirements on decision time,a reinforcement learning based dispatching heuristic is *** be specific,a sequence-to-sequence neural network is constructed based on the problem characteristic to generate an order priority ***,a training approach is specially designed to improve learning ***,a greedy heuristic is employed to effectively dispatch new orders according to the order priority *** real-world datasets,numerical experiments are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed *** results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the problem by improving delivery efficiency and maintaining customer satisfaction.

WRKy11 up-regulated dirigent expression to enhance lignin/lignans accumulation in Lilium regale Wilson during response to Fusarium wilt

Lilium are highly economically valuable ornamental plants that are susceptible to Fusarium wilt caused by Fusarium *** regale Wilson,a wild lily native to China,is highly resistant to *** this study,a WRKy transcription factor,WRKy11,was isolated from ***,and its function during the interaction between *** and *** was *** ectopic expression of LrWRKy11 in tobacco increased the resistance to F oxysporum,moreover,the transcriptome sequencing and UHPLC-MS/MS analysis indicated that the methyl salicylate and methyl jasmonate levels rose in LrWRKy11 transgenic tobacco,meanwhile,the expression of lignin/lignans biosynthesis-related genes including a dirigent(DiR)was *** lignin/lignans contents in LrWRKy11-transgenic tobacco also significantly increased compared with the wild-type *** addition,the resistance of *** scales in which LrWRKy11 expression was silenced by RNAi evidently decreased,and additionally,the expression of lignin/lignans biosynthesis-related genes including LrDIR1 was significantly ***,LrDIR1 and its promoter(PLrDIR1)sequence containing the W-box element were isolated from *** interaction assay indicated that LrWRKy11 specifically bound to the W-box element in PLrDIR1 and activated LrDIR1 ***,β-glucuronidase activity in the transgenic tobacco co-expressing LrWRKy11/PLrDIR1-β-glucuronidase was higher than that in transgenic tobacco expressing PLrDIR1-β-glucuronidase ***,the ectopic expression of LrDIR1 in tobacco enhanced the resistance to *** and increased the lignin/lignans *** brief,this study revealed that LrWRKy11 positively regulated *** resistance to *** through interaction with salicylic acid/jasmonic acid signaling pathways and modulating LrDIR1 expression to accumulate lignin/lignans.

Background The exudative form of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is characterized by abnormal blood vessel growth,which is stimulated by vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)released from retinal pigment epithelium(RPE).The angiogenic behaviors of vascular endothelial cells in vitro depend on forkhead box protein P1(Foxp1),a transcription repressor widely expressed in human and murine tissues during *** this study,we aimed to determine whether loss of Foxp1 affects laser-induced choroidal neovascularization(CNV)in *** Eye-selective deletion of Foxp1 was obtained by crossing Foxp1flox/flox with Six3-Cre *** photocoagulation was delivered to six-to eight-week-old mice to induce *** expression of Foxp1 and Cre was determined by immunofluorescence in cryostat sections of the *** fluorescein angiography(FFA),optical coherence tomography(OCT),and B4 isolectin staining were applied to analyze the leakage,bulge height,and area of CNV lesions,***-choroid tissues were isolated for the determination of VEGF and pigment epithelium derived factor(PEDF)by Western *** Foxp1 was expressed in retinal ganglion cells,RPE,and the choroidal endothelial *** photocoagulation increased the number of Foxp1+-endothelial cells and induced ***3-Cre reduced Foxp1 expression in RPE but not the endothelium,leading to a lower level of VEGF in the ***1 knockout inhibited pathological angiogenesis and vascular leakage of the laser-induced CNV *** Foxp1 regulates the expression of VEGF in the RPE,and inhibition of Foxp1 could potentially be a novel strategy for the prevention and therapy of neovascularization related to AMD.

Metal–organic framework wafer enabled fast response radiation detection with ultra-low dark current

Semiconductive metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted great interest for the electronic ***,dark currents of present hybrid organic–inorganic materials are 1000–10,000 times higher than those of commercial inorganic detectors,leading to poor charge ***,we demonstrate a ZIF-8(Zn(mim)_(2),mim=2-methylimidazolate)wafer with ultra-low dark current of 1.27 pA·mm^(-2) under high electric fields of 322 V·mm^(-1).The isostatic pressing preparation process provides ZIF-8 wafers with good ***,the presence of redox-active metals and small spatial separation between components promotes the charge *** ZIF-8-based semiconductor detector shows promising X-ray detection sensitivity of 70.82μC·Gy^(-1)·cm^(-2) with low doses exposures,contributing to superior X-ray imaging capability with a relatively high spatial resolution of 1.2 lp·mm^(-1).Simultaneously,good peak discrimination with the energy resolution of~43.78%is disclosed when the detector is illuminated by uncollimated 241Am@5.48 MeVα-*** results provide a broad prospect of MOFs for future radiation detection applications.
