We present the viewpoint that optimization problems encountered in machine learning can often be interpreted as minimizing a convex functional over a function space,but with a non-convex constraint set introduced by model *** observation allows us to repose such problems via a suitable relaxation as convex optimization problems in the space of distributions over the training *** derive some simple relationships between the distribution-space problem and the original problem,e.g.,a distribution-space solution is at least as good as a solution in the original ***,we develop a numerical algorithm based on mixture distributions to perform approximate optimization directly in the distribution *** of this approximation is established and the numerical efficacy of the proposed algorithm is illustrated in simple *** both theory.and practice,this formulation provides an alternative approach to large-scale optimization in machine learning.

A potential reason for the failure of tumor therapies is treatment *** to chemotherapy,radiotherapy.and immunotherapy continues to be a major obstacle in clinic,resulting in tumor recurrence and *** major mechanisms of therapy resistance are inhibitions of cell deaths,like apoptosis and necrosis,through drug inactivation and excretion,repair of DNA damage,tumor heterogeneity,or changes in tumor microenvironment,*** studies have shown that ferroptosis play a major role in therapies resistance by inducing phospholipid peroxidation and iron-dependent cell *** ferroptosis inducers in combination with clinical treatment techniques have been used to enhance the effect in tumor ***,versatile ferroptosis nanoinducers exhibit an extensive range of functions in reversing therapy resistance,including directly triggering ferroptosis and feedback ***,we provide a detailed description of the design,mechanism,and therapeutic application of ferroptosis-mediated synergistic tumor *** also discuss the prospect and challenge of nanomedicine in tumor therapy resistance by regulating ferroptosis and combination therapy.

In the paper,we propose a novel linearly implicit structure-preserving algorithm,which is derived by combing the invariant energy quadratization approach with the exponential time differencing method,to construct efficient and accurate time discretization scheme for a large class of Hamiltonian partial differential equations(PDEs).The proposed scheme is a linear system,and can be solved more efficient than the original energy-preserving ex-ponential integrator scheme which usually needs nonlinear *** experiments are performed to verify the conservation,efficiency.and good performance at relatively large time step in long time computations.

The deformation structure of soft sediments has always been a research hotspot,which is of great significance for analyzing the tectonic and sedimentary evolution background of a basin,as well as the physical properties of *** studies have reported that a large number of soft sediment deformation structures are developed in the western part of Liaohe *** this study,through core observation and thin section identification,various types of deformation structures are identified in the core samples which are collected from the upper Es4 in the Leijia region,western sag of Liaohe depression,such as liquefied dikes,liquefied breccia,convoluted laminae,annular bedding,synsedimentary faults,vein structures,*** on the characteristics of core structure,single well profile and continuous well profile,combined with the regional background,this study clarifies that the deformation structure of soft sediments in the study area is mainly caused by seismic *** is found that the permeability.and porosity of deformation layers in the study area are higher than those of the undeformation layers,which proves that the deformation structure of soft sediments has a good effect on improving the physical properties of reservoirs.

The development of accurate,rapid and practical electrochemical sensing technology for antibiotic detection has an important application prospect in many fields such as food safety,environmental monitoring,medical and health *** this research,kanamycin specific DNA aptamer and its partially complementary short chain were self-assembled onto the surface of an integrated portable plastic gold electrode(PGE)by Au-s bond,and a simple kanamycin electrochemical biosensor interface was *** the same time,the epoxy resin channel layer was designed,and the auxiliary instrument was set up independently in the laboratory,which could help to measure and analyze eight groups of samples automatically in *** quantitative analysis results showed that in 20 min,the sensor had a good linear relationship between the peak current change of square wave voltammetry.and the negative logarithm of kanamycin concentration when kanamycin concentration was in the range of 1-10o0μmol/L,and the detection limit could reach 0.40μmol/*** addition,the discrimination could be achieved within 5 min in the real-time analysis *** sensor had a simple construction method,good selectivity.and stability.and could be used for rapid or real-time detection of kanamycin residues in actual water samples,which provided a new direction for the practical detection of kanamycin in environmental watersamples.

Recently,much attention has been focused on the false vacuum islands that are flooded by.an expanding ocean of true-vacuum bubbles slightly later than most of the other parts of the *** delayed decay regions will accumulate locally larger vacuum energy density by staying in the false vacuum longer than those already transited into the true vacuum.A false vacuum island with thus acquired density contrast of a super-horizon size will evolve locally from radiation dominance to vacuum dominance,creating a local baby Universe that can be regarded effectively as a local closed *** such density contrasts of super-horizon sizes can ever grow large enough to exceed the threshold of gravitational collapse,primordial black holes will form similar to those collapsing curvature perturbations on super-horizon scales induced by small-scale enhancements during *** not,such density contrasts can still induce curvature perturbations potentially observable *** this paper,we revisit and elaborate on the generations of primordial black holes and curvature perturbations from delayed-decayed false vacuum islands during asynchronous first-order phase transitions with fitting formulas convenient for future model-independent studies.

Dynamic Update Scheme of Spectrum Information Based on Spectrum Opportunity Incentive in the Database-Assisted Dynamic Spectrum Management

To solve the problem of delayed update of spectrum information(SI) in the database assisted dynamic spectrum management(DB-DSM), this paper studies a novel dynamic update scheme of SI in DB-DSM. Firstly, a dynamic update mechanism of SI based on spectrum opportunity incentive is established, in which spectrum users are encouraged to actively assist the database to update SI in real time. Secondly, the information update contribution(IUC) of spectrum opportunity is defined to describe the cost of accessing spectrum opportunity for heterogeneous spectrum users, and the profit of SI update obtained by the database from spectrum allocation. The process that the database determines the IUC of spectrum opportunity.and spectrum user selects spectrum opportunity is mapped to a Hotelling model. Thirdly, the process of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities is further modelled as a Stackelberg game by establishing multiple virtual spectrum resource providers(VSRPs) in the database. It is proved that there is a Nash Equilibrium in the game of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities by VSRPs. Finally, an algorithm of determining the IUC based on a genetic algorithm is designed to achieve the optimal IUC. The-oretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method can quickly find the optimal solution of the IUC, and ensure that the spectrum resource provider can obtain the optimal profit of SI update.
