Excessive emissions of nitrogen oxides from flue gas have imposed various detrimental impacts on environment,and the development of deNO_(x) catalysts with low-cost and high performance is an urgent *** oxide-based material has been explored for promising deNO_(x) ***,the unsatisfactory low-temperature activity limits their practical *** this study,a series of excellent low-temperature denitrification catalysts(ha-FeO_(x)/yZS)were prepared by acid treatment of zinc slag,and the mass ratios of Fe to impure ions was regulated by adjusting the acid ***-FeO_(x)/yZS showed high denitrification performance(>90%)in the range of 180–300°C,and the optimal NO conversion and N2 selectivity were higher than 95%at 250°*** them,the ha-FeO_(x)/2ZS synthesized with 2 mol/L hNO3 exhibited the widest temperature window(175–350°C).The excellent denitrification performance of ha-FeO_(x)/yZS was mainly attributed to the strong interaction between Fe and impurity ions to inhibit the growth of crystals,making ha-FeO_(x)/yZS with amorphous structure,nice fine particles,large specific surface area,more surface acid sites and high chemisorbed *** in-situ DRIFT experiments confirmed that the SCR reaction on the ha-FeO_(x)/yZS followed both Langmuir-hinshelwood(L-h)mechanism and Eley-Rideal(E-R)*** present work proposed a high value-added method for the preparation of cost-effective catalysts from zinc slag,which showed a promising application prospect in NO_(x) removal by selective catalytic reduction with ammonia.

The reconstruction of global annual mean temperatures made by the PAGES 2k Consortium in 2019 represents one of the most influential sequences of global climate variability over the Common ***,it is still not clear how the reconstruction can be influenced by the selection of reconstruction methods and the selection of proxy records with different temporal resolutions over different *** adopt a widely used Composite-Plus-Scale method to elucidate the effects of the selection of the proxy records on temperature *** ensure the uniformity of data,different types of proxy records spanning the past~2000 years from the PAGES 2k proxy network were used to investigate the potential effects of proxy selection in hemispheric and global temperature reconstructions during the past two *** long-term trends,spectral characteristics,and volcanic responses of the annual temperatures were studied based on the *** results reveal a significant cooling trend in the global annual mean temperature using both tree-ring and non-tree-ring records during the 1–1850CE period,and show that the cooling exhibits a stronger trend in the Southern hemisphere(Sh)than that in the Northern hemisphere(Nh).yet,the long-term trends vary according to different combinations of proxy *** reconstructions based on different types of proxies also exhibit different features in terms of volcanic responses and spectral ***-ring-based temperature reconstructions show stronger cooling responses to tropical volcanic eruptions,while non-tree-ring-based reconstructions suggest less robust volcanic responses,which may be related to dating uncertainties and low temporal resolution of the ***-ring width records tend to preserve a substantial proportion of high-frequency(years)variability,whereas non-tree-ring proxies tend to capture a larger fraction of low-frequency(>200 years)*** are needed to reduce uncertainti

The control of the pseudospin of sound wave has attracted increasing attention in recent *** the finite-size effect of topological acoustics,we successfully construct an h-shaped acoustic topological pseudospin switcher that sound wave energy can be easily switched through different *** interesting phenomenon of pseudospin flipping is numerically and experimentally demonstrated.A quantitative interference theory is proposed that the constructive and destructive interference of pseudospin states leads to pseudospin flipping and preserving in multiple *** verify the key parameters of the design,including the length of the passage and its interface state dispersion,and the theory can be extended to other topology acoustics and photonics ***,the tunable topological sonic crystal we use provides adjustable convenience to pseudospin switcher *** pseudospin switching behavior offers an efficient method to control the acoustic topological edge state transport,which has great potential in versatile applications,such as integrated acoustics,acoustic security,and information processing.

Addressing the challenges of passive Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)indoor localization technology in Non-Line-of-Sight(NLoS)and multipath environments,this paper presents an innovative approach by introducing a combined technology integrating an improved Kalman Filter with Space Domain Phase Difference of Arrival(SD-PDOA)and Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI).This methodology utilizes the distinct channel characteristics in multipath and NLoS contexts to effectively filter out interference and accurately extract localization information,thereby facilitating high precision and stability in passive RFID *** efficacy of this approach is demonstrated through detailed simulations and empirical tests conducted on a custom-built experimental platform consisting of passive RFID tags and an R420 *** findings are significant:in NLoS conditions,the four-antenna localization system achieved a notable localization accuracy of 0.25 m at a distance of 5 *** complex multipath environments,this system achieved a localization accuracy of approximately 0.5 m at a distance of 5 *** compared to conventional passive localization methods,our proposed solution exhibits a substantial improvement in indoor localization accuracy under NLoS and multipath *** research provides a robust and effective technical solution for high-precision passive indoor localization in the Internet of Things(IoT)system,marking a significant advancement in the field.

Although heteroatom doping is an effective way to improve the catalytic activity of transition metal phosphides(TMPs),the mechanism of activity enhancement needs to be further *** this end,we synthesized a Co-doped Ni_(2)P catalyst as a research model and found that the introduction of heterogeneous Co reconstructed the charge distribution around the P site,which effectively enhanced the hydrogen evolution reaction(heR)activity of the pure Ni_(2)*** on in-situ Raman real-time monitoring technology,we monitored for the first time that Co doping triggered a switch of the active site(from the original Co-active site to the P-active site),which promoted the adsorption of h_(2)O to enhance the heR *** density functional theory(DFT)calculations indicated that the P site of Co-Ni_(2)P expressed the highest activity and the Ni site of pure Ni_(2)P expressed the highest activity,which further confirms the in-situ Raman monitoring *** active site turnover mechanism discovered in this study will undoubtedly provide more rational and targeted ideas for future catalyst design.

The Sabatier principle has been widely used for designing electrocatalysts for energy conversion applications,but it is rarely mentioned in the research of cathode catalyst of *** our work,the "volcanic" relationship between the catalytic activity and the adsorption energy of the catalyst to the intermediates is first demonstrated based on the first-principles calculation,which meets the Sabatier principle and can be used to design the cathode *** increases in the number of nitrogenvacancy in WN shift the d-band center and increase the interaction with the *** catalytic activity increases first and then decreases with the increase of adsorption energy,which was proved in the *** optimal catalyst for moderate adsorption of intermediate makes the thin LiaCO3distribute *** exhibits a median voltage difference of 0.68 V and an energy efficiency of 84.33% at20 μA cm-2with a limited capacity of 200 μA h cm-2.

Inspired by the natural photosynthesis systems,the integrated harnessing and conversion of CO_(2) present a promising solution for addressing the ever-rising global atmospheric concentration of CO_(2).hollow multi-shelled structured(hoMS)photocatalysts,featuring alternating shells and cavities,have recently gained recognition as efficient nano-reactors for capturing CO_(2) molecules and facilitating effective photoreduction within these hierarchical structures,leveraging the preeminent enrichment *** this work,to augment the photocatalytic efficacy of hoMS in CO_(2) treatment,highly dispersed Cu_(x)O nanoparticles(NPs)were incorporated on the CeO2 shells through a polymer-assisted impregnation method to create more active sites and strengthen the interaction between the hetero-shells and CO_(2) *** photoreduction of the CO_(2)-to-CO rate under a diluted CO_(2)(15%,volume fraction)atmosphere is improved by the introduction of Cu_(x)O NPs,with the highest CO yielding rate reaching 120µmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1) without any sacrificial *** comparison experiments and theoretical calculations reveal that the Cu_(x)O NPs promote the adsorption of CO_(2) molecules in hoMS,accelerate the charge transfer efficiency,and stabilize the surface oxygen vacancies(Ovs)during the photoreduction CO_(2) conversion *** hope these easy-to-prepare hoMS nanoreactors can contribute to the effective enrichment and valorization of CO_(2) in industrial exhaust gases.
